Using Java PathFinder for Construction of Abstractions of Java Programs
Yuldashev, Nodir ; Poch, Tomáš (referee) ; Parízek, Pavel (advisor)
The growing complexity of software systems makes the verification of the systems very difficult. Techniques of formal verification and analysis are used to find bugs in the code, or to prove that the code satisfies some properties. A popular automated verification technique is model checking, which uses state space traversal. However, model checking is prone to state explosion and therefore does not scale to complex multi-threaded software systems. Common solution to this problem (state explosion) is to create an abstraction of the target system, and then verify only the abstraction. We have designed and implemented a tool for construction of abstraction of Java components in behavior protocols, which is based on the Java PathFinder model checker. Results of experiments on several non-trivial components show that the tool can be used in practice.

Spektrum rizik a možné návrhy jejich eliminace při čerpání dotací z evropských strukturálních fondů
Mikulová, Magdaléna ; Písař, Pavel (advisor) ; Zemplinerová, Alena (referee)
The main target sets by this bachelor thesis is to identify the most fundamental risks, which endanger subjects during the pumping of dotations from the european structural funds and suggest possible ways of their elimination. The first part of this bachelor thesis contains theoretical introduction about european grant policy, defines conditions for dotations pumping from funds, specify particulars funds, mentions projects, which already have been succesfully realized. It's also described the actual subjects options how to get money from the european resources. The second, analytic part of work defines number of fundamental risks, which subjects can overtake during the grant process. Risks are specified and are designed possible variants how to avoid them. Subject project's device does not have to be negatively effected by these risks. Bachelor thesis also contains consultancy companies market analysis and questionary research to get some practical knowledge.

The first part talks about reasons why was this problem selected and judges contemporary situation. In this part, there are mentioned targets of the composition too. Next part attends to theoretic level of solved problem. It takes in information about used methodics too. There are mentioned and described individual options, which can solve problem. Following part uses theoretic knowledges in practice. There is suggested data security in the organization. There are selected alertnatives and there are given reasons for each selection. At the end, there is summarized the solution and it is compared with original condition in organization.

There are determined the elementary legislative conditions, that necessarily must be followed by travel agency. The term "offer" is defined and clarified both on the general and detailed level. Practical part is based on product analysis. The product is meant by services, that are prepared by the travel agency Melissa Travel and offered to it's clients. There are investigated basic services and it's complements as well as product price, that is seen as a specific part of the offer. Outer analysis is exploring the ways of distribution and propagation used by travel agency Melissa Travel. On the basis of accomplished analysis the profil of travel agency Melissa Travel is defined and the target type (the client, that travel agency orientates it's activity on) of it's customer is specified.

Hřebačková, Markéta ; Dočkal, Jan (advisor) ; Radimecký, Josef (referee)
The work is monitoring activities and usefulness of Centre for family dealing with mothers on psychotropic addictive drugs and their re-socialization. For the possibility of examination of the programme usefulness for the target group, the single steps of the therapy are shown in a particular client case as followed during the three stages of the project. I also asked fifty clients about eleven questions. The aims of the Centre for family were the criterions for my choice of questions. The inquiry is monitoring the achieved level of re-socialization of clients. The contribution and reasonability of this project has been shown as based on the followed case, figures obtained in the inquiry and the Centre for Family results. The clients who got through the whole programme are stabilized, re-socialized and able to be a part of the society which is very significant for the growth and development of their children. This work is focused on the Centre for Family because of its uniqueness among the other institutions dealing with the drug problems. EU and the Kyoto Protocol: EU Cumate Policy in the Context of World-Wide Activities
Kroupová, Sylvie ; Rovná, Lenka (advisor) ; Weiss, Tomáš (referee)
EU AND THE KYOTO PROTOCOL: EU climate policy in the context of world-wide activities This thesis discusses the role of the European Union in the process of international negotiations on the Kyoto Protocol to the United Nations Framework convention on Climate Change, which sets the targets for reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the ratifying countries. With these negotiations the world-wide climate policy was launched. The EU introduced itself as the world leader on the field of promoting high targets and a maximum range of domestic actions. In the international negotiation process, which was in run since 1992, EU had to urge other major emitters of greenhouse gases, above all the United States and Russia, on ratifying the Kyoto protocol. After the US had declined the Protocol, the EU put a great effort in bringing Russia to ratification of the Protocol so that it could enter into force. The EU was also the main initiator of further discussions on climate change strategy in the post-Kyoto period since 2012. As the process of the Protocol's ratification took almost six years, the EU has started its own climate policy with the aim of fulfilling its Kyoto targets. The examination of the EU climate policy domestic actions is the second and the main target of this thesis. In the conclusion I have discussed the...

Mobbing at a sick-nursery working place Key words: psychical terror, conflicts, aggression, nursing staff The work deals with psychical terror at a working place. The aim of theoretical part is to show possible strategies of mobbing and to indicate possibilities of protecting in the case of becoming its victim. At the theoretical level the most often types of stricken persons are defined. The work is aimed to the children's age in searching the sourses. In the empirical part of the work are the symptoms of mobbing and sourses of its origin in nursing staff are discovered. Another aim is comparing differences between standard and acute nursing care. Three concrete casuistries show real mobbing in use among nurses. According to my search "fat ground" for the rise of mobbing exists at the most places of work. The work judges also the approach of superiors, especially departmental sisters, to solve conflict situations at a working place.
