Medical Nurse as the victim of mobbing at the intensive and resuscitation care workplace

Its purpose is to recognize the problems of the mobbing in highly specialized teams of people, renderiug the care at the intensive medicine workplaces. It is no doubt about the fact, that relations among people can be dangerous at the moment, when somebody takes the advantage of superior position to systematic intervention into the professional and private life of other people. In the teoretical level I am concentrated on the utterances, reasous and the course of mobbing process. I give attention to the psychology of the victim and of the culprit I also want to draw near the possibilities of the prevence and the solution of this problem. The core of the dissertation is in the quantitative research in form of the questionnaire. This searching discloses real as well as potential victims of mobbing activities m the uurse - teams of the intensive care. Searched example of the respondents are the nurses from 11 departments of the Faculty Hospital at Hradec Králové. Each department is examined separately. The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to compare transradial and transfemoral access to vessel during the heart cathetrization. considering the subjective perception of client. It is resumpting the present status of interventional treatment of heart diseases, summarizing the most impoilant methods of this treatment and adverts to significance of educating the clients. Empirical research is based on the informations captured from the interviewed clients of the catheterization laboratory in Hradec Králové and it is proposing to evaluate subjective perception of the invasive examination by the client. considering the vessel access.

This bachelor thesis offers a complete overview of the tissue of organ donation and transplantation. The theoretical part contains information on the history of transplantation of vital organs. It describes the opportunities and risks of modern transplantology - the multicultural and ethical aspect. It covers activities of transplant centre and current legislation with emphasis on the criteria determination of brain death. Finally, it outlines the care of the potential donor and his/her loved ones. Empirical part is focused on the exploration level of awareness of the general public in the possibilities of organ donation and transplantation, including attitudes on the topic. Nursing care after heart valve replacement

v anglickém jazyce In this bachelor thesis I would like to highlight the issue of acquired heart defects and their operational solutions. This work contains of anatomy, causes, symptoms of treatment and valvular types of replacements. Also discusses cardio rehabilitation refunds after surgery. During writing this work I have realized that it is very important to do the rehabilitation after surgery. I also deepen my knowledge about the early rehabilitation in hospital care. In the empirical part, I want to point out to the nursing problems with patients after heart valve replacement on the day of arrival at the rehabilitation early center and then 14th and 28th day of spa treatment.

Number of pages: 94 Number of appendices: 5 Year of defense: 2012 Key words: Lymphedema, quality of life, complex decongestiv therapy This bachelor thesis deals with the quality of life of breast cancer patients who suffer from lymphedema. The theoretical part focuses on lymphedema, its treatment, complications and associated limitations in the life of the patient and on the definition of quality of life. Lymphedema is a treatable disease, but it is not always curable. It restricts patients both physically and mentally. The practical part describes the research by means of an anonymous questionnaire. The examined sample consisted of 41 patients who were treated in the Lymhocentre in Náchod and in Nové Město nad Metují. These patients underwent surgery for breast cancer, were within 5 years of the completed cancer treatment and suffer from lymphedema of their hand. The obtained results showed that after the lymphedema treatment 98 % patients showed alleviation of somatic difficulties and improvement in the quality of their lives.

Michaela Votroubková Number of pages: 65 Year of defense: 2016 Keywords: Burnout syndrome, Nurse, intensive care, meaning of life, stress, quntitative research, half-structured questionnaire and MBI questionnaire. This Bachelor's pursuit discusses the Burnout syndrome of a nurse on intensive care ward. It shows why the enthusiasm of a young nurse disappears so fast although she has the spark to start with. In the theoretical part the Burnout syndrome is defined, the cause of emergence, its stages, the utterences and prevention. The base of the empirical part stands on the quntitative research of the permanent exhaustion of the medical staff. It refers to the connection between the Burnout syndrome and the working environment, interpersonal relationships and private life of an ordinary nurse. In the research samples are nurses, working on five different wards within one hospital in Prague. The research was done through two different questionnaires: standardized and half- structured.
Dying and death from health care professionals perspective

This bachelor thesis analyzes - from a health care professionals perspective-an issue of dying and death. In the theoretical part ,terms concerning dying and death are highlited and described. Attention is also given to needs of dying patients, grief and some ethical questions are raised. Paliative and hospic care is also mentioned. Main component of this thesis is a quantitative research. The research investigates health care professionals opinion on some issues related to care in terminally ill and dying patients. A level of composure in care givers is also being discussed.
Quality of life in patients with coronary artery disease after percutaneous coronary intervention treatment

Key words: quality of life, assessment of quality of life, coronary artery disease, percutaneous coronary intervention Bachelor's thesis is focused on assessment of quality of life in 50 patients with chronic coronary artery disease after receiving percutaneous coronary intervention treatment. Risk factors, signs, diagnostic techniques, treatment and prevention were mentioned. Practical part of the thesis is based on questionnaire survey. The objectives are to evaluate the quality of life in patients with chronic coronary artery disease before treatment and assess the effect of treatment on further quality of life in these patients. Patients' compliance of preventive interventions and important differencies between both sexes were measured as well.
