Thirty Years War and development of the countryside social structure on the manor of Brandýs nad Labem in 16th-18th century

Výzkum venkovské společnosti v období raného novověku náleží již více než jedno století k frekventovaným tématům českého dějepisectví a v jeho vývoji lze vymezit několik etap. Nelze se přitom omezovat jen na nástin proměn heuristické základny, interpretačních modelů a metodické výbavy agrárních dějepisců, ale ve stejné míře je třeba věnovat pozornost také širšímu sociokulturnímu rámci, v němž historická věda a její představitelé ve své době působili, a který více či méně předurčoval tematickou skladbu výzkumu i způsoby konstruování jeho výsledkú. Pevné zakotvení historiografie v dobových společenských procesech se již od první fáze soustavného zájmu o agrární problematiku projevovalo v periodizaci a konceptualizaci jejího výkladu, který, ať už souhlasně či polemicky, navazoval na dualistickou dějinnou koncepci Františka Palackého, a byl tak od počátku svázán s procesem politické emancipace českého národa a jeho ideovou legitimizací. 1 Výsledkem bylo, že se ústředním tématem či alespoň pozadím takřka všech diskusí stala otázka degradace sociální pozice venkovského obyvatelstva, příčin tohoto jevu, jeho časového prúběhu a obsahové náplně. Periodicals in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm in the first half of 20th Century

Diploma thesis named Periodicals in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm in the 1st half of 20th century describes press developmental changes issued in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. Firstly, thesis characterizes what kind of press has been issued in Frenštát, what was in its content, who was the target group and how the press reflected current issues. Thesis is divided into three historical parts according to global political issues and changes in press trends. Mentioned three parts are the periods between 1900 -1918, 1918 - 1945, 1945 - 1950, when the press trends had been changing step by step from popularity of the local press and magazines expansion, towards political press and establishing of company magazine. All this changes are reflected on the background of town and global history. The reader is in introduction briefly acquainted with the town history, its cultural wealth, famous persons, development of the local clubs and industry. Secondly follows the main part of the thesis, where is in detail described particular types of newspapers in mentioned time periods. Part of the thesis is quantitative content analysis of two chosen newspapers with aim to determinate, what were the topics, in what range, who was the target group and what type of news was dominating: local, nationwide or global.

Short-time prediction of the leading factors of the Czech labour market

The diploma work analyses the leading factors of the Czech labour market. Firstly, it analyses and assesses an impact of individual factors on the labour force during the period lasting from 1997 till 2007 and it searches for the reasons regarding each variable progress. Moreover it aspires to identify possible mutual dependences between various indicators that formulate better position for the following outlook. Secondly, the work provides a short-time prediction of the most important factors that will probably affect the quantity of the labour force in the Czech Republic in course of following years. After the quantity prediction the work explains consequences regarding possible affection of the national economy's growth and identifies possible opportunities and threats connected with the changing structure of the Czech labour force.

Development of the Czechoslovak State Railways Administration in the years 1918-1938

The aim of this paper is to present the development of administrative structures of the Czechoslovak State Railways (CSD) from 1918 to 1938. In the introduction I will give the history of railways in the period 1918 - 1938, including nazionalization largest private railway companies and the impact of these events on the administrative structure Following is a brief description of the management of Austrian and Hungarian State Railways on Czechoslovak territory, which came out of the structure of management for future CSD. I shall then consider the origins of the administrative structure of the independence of the CSD and its development throughout the period. This work is part of the particular division of the Ministry of Railways, each Directorate of State Railways, and other organizational units of the CSD. Added to all ministers of short vignettes railway tracks and broken down between individual Directorate of State Railways. All the work I wanted to finish the event in Munich due to the aforementioned structure, the development brief administration in subsequent periods and comparing the current situation.

Arabic minority groups in Germany

The submitted thesis is titled "Arab National Minorities in Germany". Tts primary a1m is to shed light for a Czech reader on the much discussed issues of large foreigner communities in a 'Western' (in this case German) society that are perceived as culturally different from the rest of the population, thus giving rise to a number of stereotypes and anxieties as well as, occasionally, open conflicts. Basic research questions refer to the true nature of those minorities, the implications of their presence there and the way the state approaches them. First, the paper justifies the term 'Arab minorities', proceeding to the circumstances of their emergence and growth in Germany. Developments of those groups after the World War TI are dealt with in more detail and are differentiated according to the basic processes: recruitment of labour farce as applied for Morocco and Tunisia, and reception oť reťugee waves notably in cases of Lebanon, Algeria and Iraq. In the second chapter, a characterization of the respective minorities is provided, as seen from several diverse points of view. The implementation flat tax in Czech Republic

The work is dedicated to analyse concept of the implementation flat tax in the Czech Republic. Theoretical part is based on the Tax theory, there are also described basic characteristics of tax systems, their functions and generally accepted fundamentals, which should proper tax system fulfil. Further theoretical part discuss tax theories development and their impact on practical questions about taxation during human history. The last part of the theoretical part is aimed straight at the flat tax. Characterize original concept of the flat tax and brings wider economic society opinions, which are completed by practical experience from the countries, where have been flat tax already implemented. Finally there are some alternatives to the flat tax mentioned, which were in case of the Czech Republic proposed. In practical part there are two tax systems compared, mainly focused on individual groups of tax payers, which differ in gross income and number of family members. I set up six groups of gross income in the way that best fits in the Czech circumstances. Aim is to compare tax burden for individual income groups in both tax systems. Analysis of the impact of the implementation flat tax for the specific income groups of inhabitants together with possible macroeconomic impact on the whole economy shows, whether the flat tax system in the Czech Republic is contibution or not.

Podnikatelský plán: instantní přírodní superjídlo

The goal of the thesis is to develop a business plan for an instant natural food replacement operating on the Czech market, analyse the potential and feasibility of this business idea and calculate the financial estimates of the business. In the first part of the thesis, theoretical background on business planning is mapped with special focus on recent developments such as canvas business model, lean canvas and lean startup approach. This is followed by business plan structure which serves as a base for the practical part. Last topic of the theoretical part summarizes current trends in the food industry and especially market with functional food, dietary supplements, powdered food replacement, and anticipated future developments. The practical part of the thesis is constituted by the business plan for the startup selling natural powdered meal-replacement on the Czech market. The goal of this part is to verify the business model by conducting a customer survey, assess the market potential, develop the company strategy and analyse its feasibility based on the financial model for potential use by external stakeholders.

Insurance of tour operators

This bachelor thesis deals with insurance of tour operators. At the beginning are characterized differences between tour operators and travel agents that have to be distinguished for this insurance product. The second chapter focuses on development of tour operators insurance in the Czech Republic. There is described the legislative process of the law 159/1999 Sb and its amendment about some conditions of entrepreneurship in the field of tourism. There are also specified conditions for gaining and sustaining guarantee insurance in case of tour operator bankruptcy. A part of the chapter is devoted to the bank guarantee and the state supervision. The next chapter provides an overview of insurance companies that offer this type of insurance. Last two chapters are more practical. One of them analyses the amendment of the law 159/1999 Sb. issued on 1 January 2016. There are summarized reasons of this amendment and comparison of the law before and after the amendment. The other practical chapter describes the reasons of bankruptcy of tour operator called Marine Tour and the procedure in case of tour operator bankruptcy. The conclusion summarizes recommendations for a selection of a suitable tour operator.

The Efficiency of Online Marketing Tools

This Master´s Thesis characterizes and compares three tools of the performance marketing on the internet - Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-per-click advertising (PPC) and Facebook Ads. The theoretical part analyses specific advantages and limitations of each tool and current trends in the development of these tools. The application part compares SEO, PPC and Facebook in terms of the price and quality of visits. The comparison is performed on the data of 74 clients of the Fresh Services digital agency, gathered from 2014 to 2016. It identifies significant differences in prices for the visit among instruments, while the revealed differences in conversion rates have not been proven to be statistically significant. The conclusion provides recommendations for applying these tools to a marketing of small and medium enterprises.
