The tittle of this dissertation is The Probe into Probleme of illegitimated Children in Czech on the Basis of Research selected ecclesiatistic Registers on Dominion Kostelec nad Černými Lesy between 1785 and 1873. This study presents one of the most prodigies in the family life of our ancestors. The first theoretical part is composed of ten chapters with more subchapters. The second chapter is about archive materials and literature by czech and foreign authors. The third chapter consists in description of historical and ethnological names of illegitimated children, their mothers, their fathers and abortus, pragnancy etc. The next essay talks about prenuptial sex, possibility of meeting young single people, opinions their parents and rural society on, for example, virginity. The fourth chapter is generally about illegitimated children and their parents, their nuptial and reasons of their positions in the society. The next essay consists in description of crime of the past - infanticide. The subsequent theme is about natality theories, especially malthusianism. The succeed part is about obstruction of weding for unwealthy rural and municipal people. The next chapter is specially ethnological and folkloral. Postavení jaderné energetiky v ekonomice členských států EU

Tato práce má za úkol analyzovat postavení jaderné energie v evropském prostoru a na jejím historickém a současném vývoji vytvořit ucelený pohled na stav tohoto odvětví a posloužit tak širší veřejnosti k právě nadcházejícím diskuzím o budoucnosti tohoto zdroje v ekonomice Evropské unie. Životně důležitý význam energetiky pro přežití, ale i rozvoj a pokrok lidstva, byl významným důvodem pro výběr tématu předkládané bakalářské práce. Především zabezpečení dostatečného množství energie bez výrazného zatížení životního prostředí se stalo současným problémem lidstva a jeho řešení se dostalo do popředí mnoha diskuzí nejen politiků a odborníků. A právě jaderná energie se v poslední době stala častým předmětem těchto diskuzí, což bylo nejvýznamnějším motivem pro výběr daného tématu.

Personal assistance in supported living for people with learning disability

The main topíc of this thesis is assistance in supported living for people with mental retardation. The theoretical part of this essay defines these concepts in the context of the new trends in the care for people with mental retardation. Then we focus on persona! assistent himself; we describe his personality, demands on his professional skills and his approach towards the clients. Then there are introduced some psychological aspects of assistance. We pay attention on motives for this helping profession, on burn-out syndrom and ethical aspects of assistanť s work. The aim of the practical part is to explore the current situation in assistance in Czech republic. The goal of my investigation was to find out using mainly qualitative research methods, who is the typical assistant in supprorted living, why did he choose his profession and how does he experience his work. The results pointed out, that there is a large specific group of young women working in this profession as well the lack of other age groups of assistants and the lack male assistants. The most frequented motives for assistance are the posibility of using the skills obtained by previous education and experience, the meaningfullness of this work and the wish to provide high quality service for mentally handicaped people. The general public image of Lord Byron (in)famously amounts to a set of gilded platitudes - the Romantic sex-symbol, the lover of women, men, wine and freedom, the revolutionary suffering the premature death of a true hero - all adding up to constitute the notorious notion of a celebrity, anchored in the melodrama of an exotic life with a tragic end. In short, ever since the phenomenal success of the first two cantos of Childe Harold's Pilgrimage in 1812, the poet has been distilled into a rather appetizing cocktail of hyperbole, originating in the theretofore unprecedented cult of personality epitomized by sheer stylishness and daunting eroticism. Thus in the long run, as far as the laity is concerned, we inevitably see Lord Byron join the catalogue of ill-famed idols featuring the disparate likes of John Wilmot or James Dean. Moreover, the scandalous momentum of the poet's life has continuously been pushing the oeuvre into a shameful shade, the consequence of which being that Byron's work is largely perceived as merely echoing, in fateful chimes, the biographical bane of incest, debauchery, intolerable cruelty in matrimony etcetera - the allegedly numerous moral trespasses eventually resulting in a dramatic fall from grace and exile. Vedoucí práce Ivana Čihánková. Anotace Tato práce se věnuje rozvodové situaci a vtahům mezi rodiči a dětmi během rozvodu rodičů. V práci je popsáno jaké možnosti péče, tedy formální určení vztahů, jsou v České republice používány. Dále jak konflikt mezi rozvádějícími manželi může zasáhnout do vztahů s dětmi. Zabývá se jak nevhodnou komunikací, pomluvami, kritikou až tématem popouzení a programování dítěte proti druhému rodiči. Další část práce se věnuje tématu syndromu zavrženého rodiče, tedy následku programování, kdy dítě jednoho z rodičů více či méně odmítá, tedy zavrhuje. V poslední části se můžeme dočíst o možnostech a práci odboru sociálně právní ochrany dětí, a jakým způsobem pracují s dětmi z rozvádějících se rodin a jaké jsou zkušenosti pracovníků OSPOD s výše popsanými tématy. Initiatory rituals of Czech and French adolescents (qualitative comparative analysis)

Ačkoliv je dospívání nekonečnou inspirací spisovatelů, skladatelů, malířů i dalších umělců, věda jako by se tohoto tématu zalekla a obcházela jej opatrně po špičkách, aniž by přinášela skutečné a hluboké poznání. Existují sice četné teorie, které se do podstaty období pokoušejí proniknout, žádná jej ale zcela nepojme a nakonec si většina z nich musí přiznat, že se jedná o vysoce individuální a tedy neuchopitelnou část života. Rozhodla jsem se proto přispět svou diplomovou prací k poznání zmíněného životního období, konkrétně zaměřit se na přechod mezi dětstvím a dospělostí. Téma je mi blízké i z osobních důvodů, jelikož jsem tento přechod sama nedávno zažila, a měla tak možnost o něm přemýšlet. Abych se mohla uvedené problematice věnovat, je třeba nejprve odpovědět na následující otázky: "Co to ve skutečnosti znamená být dospělý? Jak se liší dospělý člověk od dítěte?" Odpovědi zdaleka nejsou tak snadné, jak by se mohlo na první pohled zdát. S respektem k individuálním zvláštnostem jsem si kladla za cíl nalézt určité shodné rysy, které by mohly posloužit jako základ hlubšího poznání.

The work deals with the issue of Music in Literature, especially related to 20th century British fiction. To demonstrate the roles of music in the novel, the thesis analyses selected works by E. M. Forster and Anthony Burgess from the musical point of view. Based on the study and analysis of both primary and secondary sources, the work tries to present the readers both with the existing findings about the theme as well as my own analysis. The aim of the work is to reveal the ties between music and literature and introduce a another possible angle of discussing not only the selected authors but literature in general, enriching thus both our literary and musical experience. Nach der politischen Wende 1989 tauchte das Wort vom "Blick über die Grenze" auf. Mit diesem Begriff kamen wahrscheinlich zuerst die Autoren des Lesebuchs "Böhmen" von der "edition lichtung" aus Viechtach im Bayerischen Wald.1 Zehn Jahre später war der "Blick über die Grenze" der Chamer Zeitung und Kötztinger Zeitung als tägliches Feuilleton über bayerisch-deutschtschechische Themen geboren (Ende 2001). Kurz vorher konnte man im Tschechischen Rundfunk Pilsen bereits die Sendung "Pohled přes hranice" hören, also mit dem gleichen Titel. Inzwischen ist ein neues Buch "Böhmerwald' des Viechtacher Verlags erschienen, das sich ebenfalls als "Blick" verstehen könnte.2 Einmal wöchentlich präsentiert die Sächsische Freie Presse (Chemnitz) eine ganze Seite als "Blick nach Böhmen", und zwar ebenfalls schon seit ein paar Jahren.

Cílem této práce je ukázat nový pohled na postavení Evropské unie jako celku v mezinárodních organizacích. Práce přibližuje pojem mezinárodní organizace, její typické právní znaky, cíle, funkce, role a historii, jež jsou nutným základem pro důkladné pochopení zkoumaného tématu. Následně je charakterizována Evropská unie, její cíle, funkce, role, postavení ve světě a právní základy, dle kterých vystupuje na mezinárodním poli. V závěrečné části je zkoumáno postavení Evropské unie v několika vybraných mezinárodních organizacích z pozice člena, pozorovatele a formy spolupráce.
