Téma nemanželských dětí a svobodných matek zajisté patří do zorného úhlu více skupin badatelů v humanitních vědních oborech. V prvé řadě historiků, archivářů, etnologů (kulturních a sociálních antropologů), sociologů, demografů nebo badatelů v gender history. Každý vědec by se jistě na tuto problematiku díval ze svého hlediska vystudovaného odborníka ve zvýše zmíněných vědách. Předkládaná rigorózní práce nebude výjimkou. Mojí snahou zde bylo skloubit pohled (historické) etnologie a historické demografie. Téma nemanželských dětí a svobodných matek je sice marginálním fenoménem v historii, přesto se alespoň k částečnému zpracování tématu rozhodlo více, hlavně zahraničních, autorů. V českém prostředí se setkáváme spíše s dílčími pracemi, např. výzkum matričních záznamů v jedné lokalitě, pohled na infanticidium z hlediska právního dopadu, pohled na situaci odložených dětí apod. V drtivé většině případů se jedná o články v odborných periodikách. I ve větších etnografických monografiích se setkáme se stranou či dvěmi na toto téma, někdy nás autor odbude odstavcem nebo se nezmíní vůbec. V obecných historických pracích toto téma také nebývá rozpracováno do většího rozsahu. Hlavní příčiny menšího zájmu badatelů o výzkum sexuálního chování našich předků, nemanželský a předmanželský sex, antikoncepční a abortivní... The tittle of this dissertation is The Probe into Probleme of illegitimated Children in Czech on the Basis of Research selected ecclesiatistic Registers on Dominion Kostelec nad Černými Lesy between 1785 and 1873. This study presents one of the most prodigies in the family life of our ancestors. The first theoretical part is composed of ten chapters with more subchapters. The second chapter is about archive materials and literature by czech and foreign authors. The third chapter consists in description of historical and ethnological names of illegitimated children, their mothers, their fathers and abortus, pragnancy etc. The next essay talks about prenuptial sex, possibility of meeting young single people, opinions their parents and rural society on, for example, virginity. The fourth chapter is generally about illegitimated children and their parents, their nuptial and reasons of their positions in the society. The next essay consists in description of crime of the past - infanticide. The subsequent theme is about natality theories, especially malthusianism. The succeed part is about obstruction of weding for unwealthy rural and municipal people. The next chapter is specially ethnological and folkloral.
