Comparison of Personal Assistance and Home Day Care (Domiciliary Services) in the Care of the Elderly

The thesis deals with comparison of personal assistance and home day care (domiciliary services) in the care of the elderly people. Firstly is outlined the senior's status in the Czech Republic, the current opportunities in the field of social services in the care of seniors and considered the importance of personal assistance and home day care, changes in quality of life of seniors using these two types of terrain social services. Then is summarized the specific differences and joints elements of home day care and personal assistance from the theoretical and practical point of view. The second part is made by directed interviews with seniors. The main hypothesis was based on the presumption that seniors first began to use home day care and after that personal assistance. Second hypothesis supposes that most of the elderly people don't have sufficient financial incomes to cover expenses of applied social services. Evaluation of directed interviews partly confirmed defined hypothesis.

Knowledges from different researchers showed necessity to begin with primary prevention activities from childhood. This function has primarily family and home - folks, then preJschool education and schools. This thesis is about possibilities how to make the primary prevention for children and young people more effective. Particular attention is paid on the primary prevention programs in schools. But there are other factors very important beyond these activities. And it is homeJfolks, primarily family and peers but also terms in the society. There are very important protective and risk factors, which prevention tends to enhance or tries to minimise. There are a lot of methods and criterias which are very important in these programs to be consider effective. And it is very important to adapt methods and forms of these programs to the age of individual. There are mentioned information about specificity in class of age, various types of programs and methods in this essay. The Impact of Neuro-rehabilitation on the Cerebro-Spinal Multiple Sclerosis Patients Movement Deficit (intention tremor) Lesions

Název práce: Vliv neurorehabilitace na poruchy související s hybným deficitem (intenční tremor) klientů s roztroušenou sklerózou mozkomíšní. The impact of neuro-rehabilitation on the cerebro-spinal multiple sclerosis patients movement deficit (intention tremor) lesions. Cíl práce: Cílem této studie je zjistit, zda a jakým způsobem neurorehabilitace (terapie na neurofyziologickém podkladě) ovlivňuje hybný deficit klientů (intenční tremor) s roztroušenou mozkomíšní sklerózou, dále i ovlivnění ostatních příznaků spojených s nemocí jako jsou (svalová síla, poruchy rovnováhy, spasticita, koordinace pohybu, kvalita pohybu a jeho uvědomění si, zlepšení posturálních reakcí atd.). Metoda: Sledování bylo provedeno formou kasuistické studie 7 osob, zařazených do dvouměsíční terapie s prvky na neurofyziologickém podkladě. Jednalo se o individuální hodinovou terapii, která probíhala 2 x týdně. Zúčastněné osoby se na počátku výzkumu podrobily neurologickému vyšetření, poté byly klienti vyšetřeni jiným fyzioterapeutem 2x v době, kdy ještě neprobíhala terapie, po dvouměsíční terapii bylo provedeno závěrečné vyšetření fyzioterapeutem. Výsledky: Terapií na neurofyziologickém podkladě je možné pozitivně ovlivnit hybný deficit (intenční tremor) a ostatní příznaky spojené s onemocněním roztroušené sklerózy mozkomíšní....

An attempt to classify the literary motif of a double character

This study aims at working out a consistent typology that might be applied on the literary motif of a double in its entire variety, i. e. from simple comedies with alike brothers and sisters to the stories, the themes of which are the split within the human psyche, the relation of man to his mirror, or painted, image, and the like. It is divided into two basic parts. In the first part, after the reader has been briefly informed of the concept and articulation of this motif by some earlier writers (O. Fischer, E. Frenzel), the author offers his own articulation: the core of the double-motif is a situation in which identities or important properties of a certain subject are mutually exchanged. While the above mentioned earlier writers in their articulation accentuate rather the form of the double-ness, for instance the double-ness based on kindred rather than the double-ness acquired e.g. through a spell, this work dwells on the intention of the double-ness, for example of a double-ness, acquired in whatever way, purposed to cheat or play a game. The proposed typology the starting point of which is basically the semiological concept of sign, works with a whole range of new, or newly used terms, and strives to build up a complex and internally coherent system. Anglická anotace Anotace: Předmětem práce je marxismus a jeho vztah k náboženství, jak jej pojímali především jeho zakladatelé - Karel Marx a Bedřich Engels. Práce je rozdělena do pěti částí. V první stručně popíši jejich život, abychom si mohli utvořit ucelený obraz jejich učení, jež by bez znalosti jejich života nemohlo být správně pochopeno. Druhá část pak bude věnována historickým a myšlenkovým zdrojům marxismu, ve třetí části se budeme zabývat dialektickým materialismem. Ve čtvrté pojednáme o historickém materialismu a v poslední, páté části, bude předmětem našeho zájmu marxistická antropologie, náboženství a morálka. Enterprise Content Management in products of Microsoft Office System 2007

The aim of this bachelor thesis is characteristic of Microsoft Office System 2007 product line in the Enterprise Content Management area with an emphasis on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 technology, as a center of Enterprise Content Management (ECM). In the first part, author defines the concept of ECM and its areas, which covers the Microsoft Office System. Then he consults the Microsoft Office System in relation to the global architecture of IS / ICT, summarizes the essential news of the Microsoft Office System 2007 product line compared to the older version. Another part is devoted to Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS 2007) technology. The author focuses on the elements of its architecture and for each of the areas that MOSS 2007 from the perspective of trying to arch over the concepts of ECM. Readers should therefore be done to get a view for whether it is appropriate to use MOSS 2007 as a center of business management content and document management system. In the last part the author designs the architecture and makes the calculation of this solution with regard to the number of users of medium-sized company and the anticipated return on investment.

Název práce Útočné herní pojetí v rozestavení 4-3-3 (Attacking game conception in system 4-3-3) Cíl práce Hlavním cílem mé diplomové práce bylo na základě rozboru videozáznamu a studia odborné literatury zjistit a zaznamenat útočné herní prvky v systému 4-3-3 u týmu ,j Nizozemí na Mistrovstvf světa 2006 v Německu. ~ Metoda K získání potřebných informací jsem použil metodu nepřímého pozorování videozáznamu. Zjištěné informace byly poté statisticky zpracovány. Výsledky Výsledky prezentují rozdíly při zakládání útoku, při jeho vedení a také při jeho zakončování o proti systému 4-4-2 a objasňují existenci opakujících se trendů v herním systému 4-3-3. Use of Biometrics in the Czech Republic

Tato práce se zabývá, v nynější době, velmi aktuální a atraktivní vědou ? biometrií. V celém informačním systému podniku je, oprávněně, kladen největší důraz na bezpečnost. Jako nejúčinnější nástroj se v současné době jeví použití biometrik. Prvním cílem této práce je zdůraznění výhod, ale také nevýhod využití biometrik. Využití biometrik se ukazuje jako velmi efektivní nástroj v zabezpečení. Neúčinnější je ovšem využití biometrik v kombinaci s jinými bezpečnostními prvky. Podstatná část mé práce analyzuje jednotlivé biometrické technologie. Zaobírá se nejen technologiemi fyziologickými, ale také behaviorálními. Technologie jsou navzájem porovnávány a hodnoceny. Tato analýza směřuje k hlavnímu cíly mé diplomové práce. Tímto cílem je navržení co nejúčinnějšího využití biometrik v praxi. Doporučení je rozděleno do tří kategorií podle stupně požadovaného zabezpečení. Toto doporučení je poté srovnáno s reálným rozvržením biometrických systémů v praxi. Poslední dvě kapitoly jsou věnovány nejznámějšímu využití biometrie v praxi, tedy pasům v České republice. Zde je rozebrán nejen pohled architektury projektu CDBP, ale především zabezpečení dat uložených v pasu. Poslední kapitola je věnována pohledu do budoucnosti a spojení biometrie s kryptografií.
