Educational needs of teachers in leisure education

The theme of the thesis is to identify the educational needs of teachers in leisure education. The theoretical part is focused on the identification and analysis of educational needs. It also focuses on staff training, their competencies and the use of competency approach to their education. The theoretical part concludes with a chapter on after-school education and the teachers' activities. The aim of the research is to identify the educational needs of these teachers and the specification of their competencies. The research section includes a survey carried out by the technique of unstructured written interviews. According to the analysis of the obtained information the competencies of teachers are specified and the competency model is created. The competency model can be used for the selection, evaluation and remuneration and other training of the teachers in after-school education. Identifying educational needs of teachers offers them themes and ideas for their professional training.

Analysis of the educational needs of pupils with behavioral problems

My bachelor's thesis is entitled "Analysis of the educational needs of pupils with behavioral problems". It iconsists of a literary survey of the field and a research proposal following the conclusions of the theoretical part of the work. Last mentioned is divided into three parts. The first one is dealing with educational needs of students (meaning needs of all pupils). The second one defines a group of students, which we refer to as "students with behavioral problems." And the third part analyzes their educational needs. Results of mentioned parts imply the need to focus on creating an school environment, which will prevent behavioral problems of pupils. Training needs analysis of teachers at upper primary schools

SUMMARY: This bachelor thesis is aimed at training needs analysis of teachers at upper primary schools. The first part of thesis defines the basic concepts associated with the profession of the teacher and their further education. It also aimed at the training needs analysis process in general and the specific educational needs of teachers. The practical part of this thesis presents the results of own research which I gained by performing questionnaire survey among teachers at upper primary school and by interview with the director of the school. Based on this are educational needs of teachers at the upper primary school analyzed. Educational needs of kindergarten's headmasters at different stages of their careers

The bachelor thesis deals with educational needs of kindergarten headmasters in different stages of their professional practice and with opportunities of further education for these workers. Considering the scope of the topic, this broad subject is narrowed down to the kindergarten headmasters in the region of Ústí nad Labem and training opportunities in the region. The theoretical part is based on technical literature applicable laws and regulations, various internet sources and also on our own experience. The basis for the research part was a questionnaire survey and its subsequent evaluation. The work gives an insight into the diversity of educational needs of kindergarten headmasters at the beginning of their professional practice and in the end of it. It also answers the question, whether there is sufficient offer of further education even for workers with years of experience in management of kindergartens. Educational Needs of Social Divisions' Workers on Municipalities in Former Česká Lípa District

The diploma thesis is focused on the matter of continuing education of social department workers in municipalities in former Česká Lípa district. Specifically, it looks at what the educational needs in this area, workers have. The theoretical part is focused on the terminology. Firstly, it devotes to the characteristic of the former Česká Lípa district from the perspective of social work performed by the workers of municipalities. It also discusses the continuing education of workers and training needs analysis. This part also describes the burnout syndrome that is related to a supervision which is also a part of this thesis. The practical part is focused on the social workers' needs of continuing education. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out which of the skills and knowledge for workers are the most needed. In the research, there was used the methodology of quantitative analysis via halfstructured questionnaires and the following structured interviews in order to gain the necessary qualitative data. The partial goals are to find out if the willingness of workers to participate on continuing education has impact on the burnout syndrome, or how burnout syndrome is related to participation in the supervision.

Irena Lhotková, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: The Bachelors's Thesis "Educational needs of pedagogic workers interest education " aims to identify and analyze the training needs of teachers of formal education, specifically those teachers and educators of free time school groups and school clubs. The work is divided into two part is, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to three sub- regions-1) it discusses the legislative anchoring of teachers, 2) it explains the fundamental concepts of the corresponding sphere, and 3) it describes the options and types of further education of teachers. The practical part is conceived as an analysis of the educational needs of target groups. In terms of methodology, structured interviews and questionnaires were used . The aim of the work was to determine the preferences of the respondents in the area of supplementary education . Identification of the Educational Needs of Kindergarten Directors

This diploma thesis focuses on the educational needs of educators in leadership positions on whom increasingly higher demands are placed, resulting from changes in society, which are reflected in the transformations of schools. It points out the urgent need to identify the current educational needs of kindergarten directors, to adapt the range of education available to their needs and thus create the basis for systematic, life-long education. The work is based on theoretical knowledge, professional literature, legal requirements, competences and other fields and activities which form the basis for educational needs of directors. It explains terminology used in education and identifies the current state in the continuing education of school directors. It offers various methods and forms of continuing education. The thesis also contains a research section focusing on kindergarten directors. It provides information on their approach to continuing education, their specific educational needs, identifies gaps in currently available range of offered courses and looks into their motivation to further self-education. This work is a recommendation and a proposal for possible options in the continuing education of kindergarten directors and is based on their needs as well on the needs of potential candidates...

This thesis is to analyse and balance the contemporary educational system of selected medium-sized enterprise and its effort of finding new possibilities and ways leading to improval of corporate educational concept which leads to the growth of knowledge potential of individual workers and the business as a whole. The goal of this thesis is the evaluation of contemporary educational system of employees in selected medium-sized enterprise, its comparison with educational system of another enterprise with similar business orientation and finally draft of possibilities how to improve the educational system of given enterprise.
