Motivation of employees in the time of economic crises

This bachelor thesis is focused on the motivation and stimulation of employees in the time of economic crises. In these times, it is important to support the motivation of employees more than ever. To start with, the thesis presents a theoretical outline of the subject that ranges from defining the basic concepts of the motivation, to a more detailed and specific listing of motivation in HR. It also describes a incentive program. This introduction is followed by the practical part which starts with a brief description of the company, in which a research was conducted in order to asses the level of motivation and stimulation in this company. Finally I would like to propose an incentive program, which will lead to improvements in this company.

Methodology of French phonetics applied in Czech contemporary education

This diploma thesis deals with the frame of methodology of French phonetics applied in Czech contemporary education for French as a second language. On the one hand, the thesis leans on the analysis of data issued from a research work at two Czech grammar schools and on the analysis of questionnaires filled in by French native speakers (or foreigners learning French); on the other hand, it draws from scientific publications based on various corrective methods and current didactic topics. Its goal is to motivate teachers-to-be to develop their diagnostic competences and to support their self-education in that area. The thesis includes also an outline of important phonetic features that a teacher should keep in mind when teaching correct pronunciation. Finally, several activities based on French vowel are suggested to illustrate the theory concerned.

The goal of bachelor thesis is to analyse stimulative system of ROSS Holding, s.r.o. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains concepts of motivation and stimulation, introduces basic theories of motivation and outlines the usage of stimulation in practise. The practical part deals with introduction of examined company, her current stimulative system and with analysis of stimulation of employees and their satisfaction with the stimulative system.

Law Faculty students - values, motivation and relationship to criminal law

The thesis deals with the values and motivation of Law Faculty students. It focuses primarily on values and their functions in the personality of a person - motivational as well as other. ln the theoretical part values, relations between values and personality or other motivation elements are considered from various theoretical points of view. Methods for value research and their use in practice are described. The aim of the empirical part is to point out the specific value orientation in Law Faculty students. Their orientation is considerably different from that of ordinary population. It also differs in men and women. A complementary aim of the thesis is to outline characteristics common for law students and lawyers who practice criminal law. ln comparison with ordinary population law students (regardless their gender) have strong preference of social and economic value types and their overall value profile in the Study of Values questionnaire is considerably d ifferent, especially in female students. In some value profile characteristics of the Study of Values questionnaire similarities of female law students' and male ordinary population's results, and in law male students' and female ordinary population's results have been found. The reemigration of the Czech minority from Daruvar region (Croatia) after the Second World War in the light of their life stories.

In my thesis I am dealing with the subject of the afterwar reemigration of Czech from Daruvar region (Croatia), the center of Czech minority in the Northern Balcan which was enjoying a flourishing cultural and economical growth in the interwar period. After WWII many of the settlers decided to return to their old homeland in the process of the so-called reemigration which had to compensate for the forced departure of the expelled German minority from the Czech lands. In my thesis I have recorded life-story interviews with expatriates from Daruvar region and I am focusing on several issues in connection with these events. First of all, I am trying to reconstruct the circurmstances, motivation and the course of the reemigration transfers. Secondly, I am also dealing with the topic of the integration of expatriates in the society which had undergone thorough socioeconomical changes after the WWII. Finally, I am analysing the individual evaluations of this life experience and the positive and negative consequences it brought to the expatriates and their families.

The two forms of "pabeni" (palavering) in Czech literature

Based on chosen publications of Bohumil Hrabal, this thesis attempts to theoretically and interpretively define "palavering" (as a strategy of narration) and a "palaverer" (as a specific kind of narrator). This is related to the characteristics of Hrabal's narration strategy and his description of the world, and as well to the study of his motives and prose subject matters. The diploma paper follows style changes in Hrabal's work and at the same time observes its constants. In its conclusion, this thesis attempts to outline Hrabal's relation to Ladislav Klima and to demonstrate the legacy of this writer in the work of Bohumil Hrabal.

Mentoring as a Tool for Developing Human Capital in the Firm

The aim of this thesis is to outline the basic terms and contexts of mentoring in the area of developing the human capital. The thesis is focused on mentoring within the company XY. The thesis is looking into the motives and effects of mentoring, compares the expectations of all interested parties (employees -- mentors and mentees, employer) with the factual results while using this method. The thesis is proposing criteria based on which we can evaluate the effects of mentoring.

The aim of my work is to outline the problems that accompany combat tuberculosis on Worldwide , statistical process incidence of TB cases in the Czech Republic and was also a statistically focus on tuberculosis as an occupational disease . I used the data of books , journals internetu.Vzhľadom and availability of data I had to choose a time period from 2000 to 2006 Team work is somewhat out of date , but I think there is a trend to see the development of this diseases in the country. In the chapter on World TB epidemiology I have tried to summarize the main Moments why it is also for our residents , " fortress Europe " with the trend TBC important . In my home town last month mamy neighbor died of tuberculosis , doc.Solovič talks about some parts of eastern Slovakia as a " endemic " areas incidence of TB. Alone I come from Stary Smokovec and there is ( rather was ) a lot of institutes in treatment of tuberculosis and respiratory diseases , Motivation can also originated from there .

Organizational culture survey

The main motive of this work is the issue of organizational culture, here is outlined its development and importance for the functioning of the organization. The work also deals with the individual elements of organizational culture and introduces some concepts of typologies that are used for their diagnosis. In other parts this work seeks links between organizational culture and performance of the organization, deals with the process of changing organizational culture and tries to describe the process of successful implementation of these changes. Employment of women in Turkey

1 ABSTRAKT Employment of Turkish Women The causes of underemployment and unequal representation of women in the various economic sectors in Turkey should to be taken as a complex and interdisciplinary problem. This paper provides a summary of basic knowledge on the issue of Turkish women who are trying to succeed professionally. Analysis of statistical data of a certain period of time is a part of the employment survey. The history of the women's movement is introduced in order to understand the position of women at present-day Turkey.
