Innovations in the management of non-formal education

This final thesis deals with innovations in the management of informal education. The main goal of this work is to determine the extent to which the executives of leisure education organizations recognize the need for innovations in different areas of the organization, to compare the extent and content of specific innovations in selected organizations and explore in which areas and based on which stimuli the innovations in these organizations arise. The obtained information is useful for efficient preparation of further training of organization executives and described examples of good practice as an inspiration to improve the performance of leisure and informal education organizations. The theoretical part incorporates leisure and informal education into the overall education system of the Czech Republic and its development is illustrated on the laws and decrees from 1948 to present. Research in the form of structured interview reveals the respondents view on innovations in leisure education and shows the respondents experience with the introduction of innovations in their own organizations. The conclusions of this research clearly show the need for innovation in informal and leisure education for the competitiveness of individual organizations. THE INFRINGEMENT OF LAW-GIVEN REGULATION HEN CREATING INNER RULES (FOR CLUB OR CAMP) in dependence on law-awarness of the autors ABSTRACT: Thesis The infringement of law-given regulations when creating inner rules (for clubs or camps) in dependence on law-awareness of the authors describes the relation between the frequency of violating legal regulations and the legal awareness of the authors of inner rules. This thesis is based on the theoretical knowledge of legal regulations obligatory for organizations dealing with free-time activities or voluntary education. The theoretical part is focused on the competence of chief operatives and the delegation of creating inner rules. The practical part consists of analysis of a questionnaire and a sample of written documents and compares the theoretical knowledge with obtained data. The thesis also offers alternatives for further improvements in the area.
Control Systems of Management Processes in Leisure Centres

Management within education system as in other areas is about general management, organisation, planning, leadership and supervision. The system of managerial work is one of the key supporting elements that simplifies achieving the goals. Intended aim of the bachelor's thesis is the description of the level of supervisory system of management processes in leisure centres in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis defines leisure centres, management and supervisory processes. The research presented in the thesis has verified the setup of supervisory system of management processes in leisure centres. Quantitative research method has been utilised, i.e. method of questionnaire's survey, that showed data for description of supervisory system's level. In conclusion, partial or complete system of supervision of management processes is set in leisure centres.

This final thesis deals with innovations in the management of informal education. The main objective is to highlight the importance of innovations in informal and leisure education, and bring inspiration to the managers of informal and leisure education in the form of examples of good practice. In the theoretical part informal and interest education is incorporated into the overall educational system of the Czech Republic and its development is illustrated on the laws and decrees from 1948 to present. The research in the form of structured interview with respondents revealed their view on innovations in leisure education and showed their experience with the introduction of innovations in their own organizations. The process and the conclusions of structured interviews clearly highlighted the need for innovation in informal and leisure education for the competitiveness of informal education organizations. The executives of school facilities for leisure education as well as organizations of informal education can hereby find inspiration for each specific innovation in the examples of good practice.
Founder's evaluation of headmasters of leisure time centers

The aim of this dissertation is to describe current state of evaluation of leisure time centres' directors, approaching the topic from the point of view of a superior institution that adjusts reward amounts. Firstly, the paper classifies leisure time centres in the Czech education system. Then, it goes on to describe current state of these centres in the Czech Republic, including funding, youth workers and laws that influence activities of particular directors and superior institutions. After that, the work focuses on the topic of directors' evaluation from various aspects. It describes evaluation methods that can be used in the process, including the procedure of adjusting reward amounts. Then, the work analyses particular kriteria that are published in certain cases by superior institutions at their web pages. It describes the most common evaluation criteria and procedures, seen both from the position of leisure time centres' directors and from their superior institutions. At the end, there are recommendations for superior institutions that can be used in the process of adjusting reward amounts for leisure time centres' directors.
Free Time Centre for Youth and Childern in Havířov

Dissertation is project of four-floor free-time center with basement, situated in Havířov-Město. Building is used for art lessons, drama class, ceramic class and natural science class. In basement are situated four parking places, utility room, mechanical room, boiler room, furniture storage room, workshop with sanitary facilities for maintenance man and bicycle room. In ground floor is situated administrative facility of building- headmaster’s office, headmaster’s assistant’s office, guidance counsellor’s office, conference room and kitchen. Then there are sanitary facilities for employees and visitors, reception and waiting room for children and parents. In first floor are classrooms for art and ceramic lessons with storage room, sanitary facilities and office for teachers. Second floor consists of halls for drama classes with storage rooms, office for teachers, dressing rooms and sanitary facilities. In third floor are classrooms for natural science lessons, storage rooms, office for teachers and terrace. Floors are connected through two stairways, one with three stair flights and elevator, second with two stair flights. Building has flat roof. Project was completed using ArchiCAD software. The emphasis was put on correct disposition and architectural resolution and safe using of building.
Institution for leisure children under 18 years in Pilsen region

The bachelor thesis deals with mapping of children and youth centres in Pilsen region and thesis is specialized for children and youth centres in city Pilsen. One of the identified institution undergoes thorough analysis. Thesis has two parts. First part is theoretical. In theoretical part are identified basic concepts in this issues like for example youth, free time, or institution of interest education. Second part of thesis is research part who deals practice this issues in Pilsen region. At first was compiles data about location and found children and youth centres in Pilsen region. On this basis are described children and youth centres in city Pilsen and one of these centres is choose for thorough analysis. In analysis is Children and Youth Centre Talent o.p.s. and target is determine whether institution fullfill function in section of interest education. Method of research is institional analysis by Bronislaw Malinowski. In the end of thesis is ratings this institutions accroding to results of analysis and the proposed recommendation for improvement function this institution.
Communication Mix

The main theme of this thesis is marketing communication mix. The main objective of the thesis is proposal of recommendation in the area of communication mix with objective increase in sales of services in selected company. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part is based on an analysis of secondary sources. In the theoretical part of thesis is described principle of marketing, marketing communication and communication mix. In the practical part is introduced the Labyrint company, which deals with offering services. Secondly is described her communication mix and individual tools of the communication mix, which are used. Practical part is processed on the base analysis evaluation of communication mix. This analysis of the communication mix is based on outputs of semi-structured interview. In the last part of this thesis is written a recommendation for communication mix of company. In conclusion, there is a summary and recommendation to the future.
