Přístup Bushovy administrativy k otázce iránského jaderného programu: od teorie k praxi

Iranian nuclear program has presented a problem for many years. Even though the regime in Tehran has not formally announced its quest to develop nuclear weapons and has actually denied such accusations, the international community concluded from the actions of the regime that the development of nuclear weapons is the ultimate goal of Tehran. The United States reacted to the course of events and tried to limit the program or stop it altogether. The Bush Administration was not an exception in this regard. Even though the attitude towards Iran changed during 2001 - 2009, the nuclear program progressed further and still presents a great danger. Not only politicians but also academics, experts and analytics were trying to answer the question how to curb the program most effectively. This thesis analyzes and compares concepts of scholars with the actual policy practiced by the Bush Administration and finds out that both approaches vary quite significantly. While the majority of scholars recommended the administration to limit the economic sanctions and refrain from aggressive rhetoric concerning the possibility of military action, the American government tightened the sanctions and sustained the option of intervention. Motivation and remuneration in selected institutions

The main purpose of my thesis was to analyse the system of motivation and remuneration in two selected institutions operating in different areas, based on the study of specialist literature and results obtained of questionnaire survey and the suggestions for the improvement of some discovered shortcomings, which will lead to higher prosperity of both institutions. Theoretical part is devoted to the studying of specialist literature focused on chapters motivation, motive, source of motivation, job satisfaction and dissatisfaction, stimulation and remuneration. In the practical part there were briefly introduced selected institutions kindergarten Nové Domovy and Česká spořitelna, a.s. and after that questionnaires completed by employees were evaluated. In conclusion the results were summarized in forms of tables and there were recommended possible suggestions on the improvement of current system of motivation and remuneration. Based on the survey it can be said that employees of both institutions are well motivated and overall satisfied in their job, although there are several things whose changes would make employees more satisfied. Namely all staff of both institutions is not satisfied with their salary. This is the reason, why the most of institutions nowadays should focused on non- monetary rewards, such as more responsibility, pleasant working conditions, etc. All companies realize that exact human sources are the most important capital and therefore companies would try to develop and permanently improve the system of motivation and remuneration. To this purpose there would be helpful recommendations, which are stated in the end of the thesis.

Title: The Development of Techniques and Tactics of Tennis, including Current Teaching Methods Summary: This bachelor thesis deals with the historical facts of tennis, charting the development of rackets, balls, and surfaces. Besides a brief description of the rules of tennis along with appropriate recommendations for beginners, the thesis covers the development of tennis techniques and tactics. In addition, previous training methods are compared with those of today and their regularities are clarified. Suitable technical manuals and sports websites were used as sources in this work. In conclusion, tennis has passed through many stages and improvements as a sport (not only in terms of teaching methods) since its inception, and it can be reasonably assumed that this trend will continue. The practice of bachelor students of the librarianship

The bachelor's thesis provides information about general high school library and information practice recommendation, that is based on document "European Curriculum Reflections on Library and Information Science Education". The thesis brings information on the text of The Institute Curricula and gives the analysis of students internships that run over at three high schools in the Czech Republic (universities in Praha, Brno and Opava). The introduction describes a genesis of the Bologna Process initiatives and their development. In the next part, there is a brief introduction to the European Curriculum Reflections. The text itself is a conclusion of the EU project inspired by discussions around the Bologna Process. Subsequently, the chapter 11 titled "Practice and Theory: Placement as a part of the Curriculum" is introduced. The third chapter of the thesis focuses on students' internships that run over at the abovementioned high schools. The relevant information obtained from the Library and Information Science university teachers are presented, followed by results compilation and comparison. The perception of the brand Radegast on the Czech beer market

The goal of this masters thesis is to design a set of recommendations for owners of the brand Radegast in the field of improving a brand perception, increasing awareness and maximization of brand value, which will be achieved by analyzing the brand and conducting own quantitative research. The first chapter aims to define the brand itself as well as its strategic management. In the second chapter, specifically the brand Radegast is analyzed, including its history, marketing programs as well as the ownership by Plzeňsky Prazdroj and SABMiller. The final chapter contains my own research of perception of Radegast on the Czech beer market together with recommendations for the brand owners.
Lace-making tradition, the possibility of its preserving and presenting on the example of Vamberk lace

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to describe the possibility of preservation and presentation of the traditional lace making. The bachelor's thesis describes the historical development of lace making abroad, the extension of this craft in the Czech lands and also the development in this area until now. The thesis also focuses on lace education and other forms of support. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis focuses on Vamberk lace, its history and present. The thesis also includes marketing and financial analysis of Vamberk lace CZ company. The thesis also contains the survey, which reveals the potential of Vamberk lace for the future. The survey leads to the definition of the target groups and its requirements. On the basis of all information, the author makes some suggestions which should lead to improving of the current situation of the Vamberk lace CZ company.
Analysis of a Specific Company from the Perspective of CRM

The bachelor thesis is in theoretical part explaining the term CRM, its history, development and modern trends. It describes company procedures and various CRM functions. It also discusses the theoretical benefits of CRM and its implementation in the company. The practical part introduces a real company, analyzes its business processes with a focus on their flaws and their subsequent optimization. It processes questionnaires filled out by the departments of sales and invoicing and interviews with the heads of these departments. Based on the acquired knowledge, recommendations for the introduction of CRM are made.
The implementation process of the employees’ appraisal system of renowned Czech insurance company

Employees' appraisal belongs to the active instruments of human resource management and performance. Its importance in the management of today's companies grows constantly with the increasing role of human capital in the intellectualization process. Appraisal is becoming an important way of achieving and maintaining the policy of high performance, productivity and competitiveness. The object of this thesis is a renowned Czech insurance company, which in the context of streamlining its processes and systems decided to change the employees' appraisal system. The aim of this thesis is to map out the implementation process of this new form of the appraisal system. The company will gain feedback on the overall course of the implementation and will be able to avoid some deficiencies defined during the process in future. At the same time this thesis can provide the company with some optimizing recommendations, which the company can use in the future revision of its appraisal system.
Intedrated orchards

The aim of the thesis is to describe the orchards in integrated production and practical experience to capture fruit growers, who are in this business long term business. The collected information was formulated recommendations for any aspiring individuals and corporations who want to deal with this industry. Monitored areas are located in the Šumava foothills of the Prachatice and Klatovy district. Methodically was chosen case study. There were three interviews with open-ended questions, each containing 9 interview questions focused on the establishment of orchards, their aftercare and economic viability. Visits to individual growers made in the months from April to November 2014. The information gathered was analyzed qualitatively. The obtained results revealed the following recommendations: market research focusing on a specific type of fruit, appropriate selection of land and planting, care orchards in compliance with relevant methodologies, skills and lifelong learning growers. Average costs associated with the management of the orchard growers for all 3 were in the amount of CZK 41 000 / ha, which is 60 %. Average earnings of production and subsidies for all three growers moved in the amount of CZK 27 000 / ha . i.e. 40%. Expenses exceeded revenues by 20 %. The grower was No.1 in the loss of 14 000 CZK / ha, the grower was No.2 in the loss of 11 500 CZK / ha and the grower was No.3 in the loss of 17 500 CZK / ha. Revenues from production and subsidies to cover their costs in 2014 only in part, which is very unprofitable.
