Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals to its Improvement

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topics of evaluating the financial situation of Brand Promotion CZ s.r.o. and suggestions for improving this situation. I worked with the company's financial statements from 2018 to 2022. Structurally, this work consists of two parts: a theoretical part and a practical part for a specific company. The theoretical part contains basic terms and indicators for financial analysis. Next, in the practical part, I calculate the given indicators and evaluate the subsequent results. In the last part of this work, I make my own proposals for improving the financial situation in the company.

The Project Proposal for the Implementation of an Information System for the Registration and Management of Contracts

The aim of this thesis is to create a project proposal for the implementation of an information system for registration and management of contracts in a small business that specializes in installing bath doors for people with reduced mobility. The thesis is developed using methods and procedures of project management. The thesis is divided into four parts; the first part introduces the objectives and methods of project management, the second part is dedicated to theoretical foundations, the third part presents the analyzed company and an analysis of the internal and external environment of the business, and the fourth part consists of the actual project proposal for the implementation of the information system and the overall benefits of the proposed solution.

The master thesis looks into the proposal of marketing strategy of the LOBEY Laboratories company. Thesis is divided into three parts. In the first theoretical part the author defines basic concepts associated with marketing. Following analytical part contains characteristics of the selected company. Moreover, it includes the evaluation of its internal and external environment using chosen methods. The last proposal part focuses on concrete proposals of marketing strategy of Lobey Laboratories.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the performance of Skromet s.r.o. in the years 2019 - 2023 using financial analysis tools. In the introduction, the theoretical background and individual indicators used in financial analysis are described. In the next section, the described indicators and methods are applied to Skromet s.r.o. and a SWOT analysis is performed, in which the obtained results are summarized. The last part of the thesis is devoted to suggestions for improving the performance of the company.

The topic of this work is improving the performance of the company "Notino s.r.o." based on financial analysis of data for the accounting period 2018-2022. The first part of the thesis is theoretical, it presents evaluation methods. The second part of the work is analytical. In this part, data is analyzed and based on it, conclusions are drawn about the current state of the company and its trends. The last part contains recommendations for more effective financial management based on the analysis from the previous part, which should improve the overall financial situation.

The diploma thesis deals with the development of business activities of a selected company operating in the food industry Podravka – Lagris, a.s. with a specific focus on increasing sales and market share for a specific product category. Based on the theoretical knowledge, an analysis of the current state is processed through analyzes of the external, industry and internal environment, whose results are summarized into a SWOT analysis. The design part of the diploma thesis presents recommendations for the company that will lead to the fulfillment of the set goals in the field of the development of business activities.

The first part introduces the theoretical framework necassary for conducting the analyses. In the following sections, these theoretical insights are applied. Subequently, the findings are discussed. The main objective is to propose improvements.

Proposal of Part of Information System as a Support for Managerial Tasks

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to create a proposal for a part of company's information system. Based on the current state analysis of the company's information system and the SWOT analysis, the requirements for the new information system were defined. Using data and functional modeling, the design of a partial part of the information system for solving managerial tasks is presented in order to unify the analyzes and outputs performed by sales representatives, to increase their work efficiency and facilitate the manager's control over the performance of his co-workers.
