According to this analysis and outcome of the questionnaire survey there are formulated suggestions with an aim of improve marketing communication of the company.

Based on these theoretical analyzes specific ways to use online marketing tools of the company XYZ, which is an exklusive distributor of brand Messoa for the Czech and Slovak Republics. Messoa manufactures CCTV and surveillance systems. Work subsequently proposes changes that lead to better effectiveness in the usage of online marketing in company.

The bachelor thesis deals with an issue of a marketing plan for the new internet project. The first chapter explains a basic concepts of marketing, marketing plan and marketing on the Internet. The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the current state, the internal and external environment of the project, and also analyzes the key words for the new project. Based on the results of the second chapter, in the last chapter of the thesis a marketing plan for the first year operation of the new project with a view to future years is formulated.

The correction of the communication plan, leading to the increase in brand awareness and to the enhancement of sales, is based on the analysis and evaluation of current online marketing tools.

The bachelor thesis focuses on finding and solving problems that impact the sale of Gumotex a.s. made inflatable boats via e-shop. Problems are identified through the analysis of data from Google Analytics, personal consultations in the company, and the set out theories of online marketing. The work includes suggestions for improving the situation in form of non-price benefits for the customer, strengthening the middle of the conversion funnel and improving marketing channel coordination and engaging a longer-term strategy.

Marketing Strategy of the Selected Company

This diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of proposals for the improvement of the marketing strategy for an optician brand named Valore. Following the theoretical background, this thesis analyzes the current state of the company and its marketing strategy. Based on the findings from the analysis of the internal and external environment of the brand, as well as from a questionnaire survey, specific and feasible suggestions for an improvement of the marketing strategy are created. The proposal part of the work is mainly focused on minimization and elimination of identified weaknesses while making use of strengths and opportunities of the brand. The marketing mix method was chosen to formulate suggestions for the marketing strategy adjustments. Suggestions contain a specific description of the recommended changes that will help to raise the company's awareness and bring in new clients. The proposals are mainly focused on the unification of the current online self-presentation, which is the company's greatest shortcoming. The suggestions include drafts for a redesign of the company's website as well as custom made way of communication on social networks. It also contain adjustments of the discount policy and the use of online customer registration, which is related to customer benefits and newsletters. The proposals were made in detail, including target groups and illustrative examples, so that it could be used by the company. The company is also recommended to employ an external online marketing specialist who will manage marketing communication according to proposals and his or hers own experience. Other suggestions include the modification of the assortment at the Gajdošova shop, so as to improve the identified customer dissatisfaction. A solution is also proposed for a detected problem with an employee in one of the stores, who the company should lay off and replace with a new employee. Among the proposals is also the use of the potential of the company's electric car, for which a design of an advertising sticker is prepared, which will create an affordable mobile outdoor commercial. To save unnecessary costs, it was also proposed to cancel the current advertisement in the BRNO-STŘED magazine, because the return of the costs proved to be almost zero amount.

This diploma thesis is focusing on drafting an improving marketing strategy for company IRD Group s.r.o. which deals with retail jewellery sales in the city Jihlava and also online with the new e-shop. The first part is focusing on the theoretical knowledge associated with this topic. Second part, using theoretical knowledge, is focusing on the analysis on the current situation in the company. In the internet area and on the overall marketing strategy situation. From these facts and dates we found out is created the 3th and last part of these diploma thesis which is focused on the suggestion for improvement a marketing strategy. These improvement, should lead to the acquisition to some new costumers, increase a profit for the company and increase a competitiveness of the company on the market.
Proposal of a Strategy for Online Marketing Communication in a Selected Company

The content of the diploma thesis written below is the design of a marketing strategy in an online environment for the branch of OK For You a.s. in Svitavy, which deals with financial consulting for natural persons. The structure of the work is divided into three main parts. The first part provides the necessary theoretical basis associated with the issues of this work, along with the necessary concepts and methods that are used in the work. The second part is an analysis of the company's branch itself together with its clientele. The third part, based on the analytical part, presents a concrete form of online marketing strategy together with proposals for its successful implementation. Part of this third part of the work is also an economic evaluation, a plan for the implementation of proposals and risk analysis, along with a proposal to minimize the impacts arising from them.
