The master’s thesis is focused on the creation of a viable business plan for self-employment in strategy video game development. The foundation is a literary framework processed into a theoretical basis, including basic concepts focusing on the main idea of the plan and the creation of a business model. The analytical part is devoted to the examination of the business idea using the Lean Canvas method and performing further analyzes of the business environment. The proposal part describes the chosen strategy for the beginning self-employed person, including the business model, which is based on the results of analyzes of the business environment.

The content of the bachelor thesis is the use of project management methods in practise, specifically in the creation of a new brand of Mamtex, s. r. o. First part is devoted to theoretical background, which one is then used for the practical part itself. The analytical part focuses on current procedures for planning and implementation of existing projects. Following this, the design part deals with the entire life cycle of the project from the first idea to its successful completion. The conclusion contains a summary of the project.

Diplomová práce je věnována aplikaci metod a nástrojů projektového řízení v rámci projektu “You2ber Life!”. Kapitola 1 studovala teoretické základy projektového řízení a jeho metod. Kapitola 2 hodnotí (současná situace, udržitelnost události, konkurenci a shrnutí poznatků získaných pro zlepšení v příštích letech). Kapitola 3 simuluje (finanční analýzu a návrh rozpočtu), definuje (cíl SMART, WBS a řízení času pomocí Ganttova diagramu), vysvětluje (význam lidských zdrojů při řízení projektů), objasňuje (význam lidských zdrojů při řízení projektů), vyhodnocuje (rizika) a skládá se z návrhů platných pro projekt “You2ber Life!”. Nicméně, po úpravách může být použita i v příštích letech.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the use of project management methods and tools to create a project plan for participation in the Asparagus and Wine Festival in Ivančice. The first part of the bachelor thesis deals with the theoretical knowledge of project management, it explains concepts such as project, SMART goal, risk analysis, and more. The next part is focused on the characteristics and analysis of the current state of the selected organization. The last part of the thesis deals with the design of solutions and the benefits of the project. The project plan will serve as a model for future years.

První část se zabývá teoretickými poznatky a důležitými pojmi z oblasti marketingu, druhá část obsahuje základní informace o formulovém týmu a analýzu současného stavu. Poslední část obsahuje návrhy pro formulový tým TU Brno Racing.
