The aim of bachelor´s thesis Optimisation of educational system in selected company is the educaion of employees in company Wüstenrot stavební spořitelna, a.s.. The objective is to design optimisation of educational system which improve actual system. In theoretical part we will look closer at the meaning of adult´s education. In analysis of the system, there is described chat system of education Wüstenrot stavební spořitelna, a.s. uses. The main objective of research is to find out what is the level of employees´ satisfaction with educational system. This research will help make out SWOT analysis which define the strenghts and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The optimisation proposal is focused on improvement of actual educational system.
Analysis of training needs in the banking sector

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of training in a particular bank. The aim of the final thesis is the analysis of training and development, combined with the finding of satisfaction and usability of the trained topic in practice. The survey was realized using a questionnaire. The questionnaire has been sent to the employees participating in the selected training. The point of interest are the individual parts of the course, which represent important steps in achieving the overall assessment of the training. The system of education is evaluated on the basis of the theoretical information as well as the results of the research. These results can be used to improve the system of training and development in the bank, where research was made of.
The influence of leadership style on employees' motivation to take responsibility for self-development

This thesis is devoted to the development of employees in the organization, their motivation to further self-education and formulation of recommendations aimed at the relevsnt use of stimulative and motivational elements. Attention will be paid to the leadership style of managers as a factor of employee's motivation whatsoever for its further development responsibility. Subject to examination and the objective of the work is to evaluate the role of leadership style in the education process in the organization and add the existing knowledge with the relationship between leadership styles and motivation to actively participate in the acquisition and diffusion of knowledge and skills. With the research survey, questionnaire and interviews is made an analysis on the motivation of employees in specific organizations and evaluation of factors that have a major impact on employees motivation to their further developement. Design Methodology of Security Awareness at the Secondary School

The diploma thesis addresses the topic of security awareness education at secondary schools. The goal is to develop a standardized methodology for building security awareness, which can be used by secondary schools to ensure the protection of their perimeter, their users and others from the user’s actions. The introductory part deals with the basic terminology, existing and forthcoming Czech and international legal acts, norms, regulations and certification in the area of information and cyber security. The practical part includes the methodology chapters describing the building of security awareness at secondary schools.
Education and Development of Competencies of the Employees in a Selected Company

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of education and competence development of employees of selected organization XY, which deals with grocery wholesale. It is a multinational organization employing more than 10,000 employees throughout the country. It analyzes the shortcomings and presents suggestions for their improvement, including the quantification of the costs of the current situation and, on the other hand, the cost of the remedy leading to a better functioning of the company. For the practical part of the thesis were using methods as observing, managed interviews and use the company's internal materials. Managed interviews were conducted with employees across the organization. Specifically, these were interviews with row staff, shift managers, HR worker and branch directors. At the end of the thesis, it is possible to find a proposal for a completely new concept of education, which would reduce the existing costs of the organization and increase both the efficiency of the education system and the satisfaction of the employees. New proposal is to create an internal academy, when an internal lecturer is selected in the company and further educates other employees as needed. The half-year pilot project would cost approximately CZK 260,000.
Volunteers and their Lead up in Humanitarian and Developing Organizations.

The term "Volunteering" as well as its sence has become well-known in today's society. Less knowledge we have about the process of preparations of volunteers before their final involvement in specific projects. This work focus on preparations of volunteers in organizations who operate in the field of humanitarian aid and development cooperation outside the European Union. The aim of this study is to survey particular phases of the contact between organizations and their volunteers especially the phase of training before sending the volunteers for their mission abroad. Volunteer's comments on the methods of preparations form a part of the work too. To reach the objective, the qualitative research was held, so that it was possible to describe the operating methods in focused organizations. During the research, the direct contact with volunteers and emloyees of organizations played an important role. The work is concluded with the survey of ascertained facts and resulting recomendations. Ethical Standards of Public Administration

The "Ethical standards of Public Administration" diploma thesis looks at the application of the Code of Ethics in central government administration and the civil service. The objective of the thesis is to evaluate the collected data, to determine the level of use of a single document, which addresses the ethical values within the administrative authorities, to identify problem areas and to propose possible solutions. The problem is defined and graphically displayed using a structured tree chart in the introductory part of the thesis. The next part of the thesis is dedicated to the subsequent identification of the problem and to the theoretical solutions, including the outline of a problem of applying ethical standards within the context of reform in government administration. This is followed by a brief description of the changes in the employment of civil servants in the government (public) administration authorities in neighbouring countries. The empirical part of the thesis is dedicated to an assessment of the research of the Code of Ethics implemented in individual government administration authorities and using interviews conducted with experts, the problem areas of implementing ethical standards are identified. It deals with the question of whether it makes sense in such an organization to educate employees and if so, what the most appropriate manner. Annotation The thesis aims at analyzing the service of Assisting Charles University Students with Special Needs from the point of view of all the parties concerned. It exploers both weaknesses and strenghts of the service by means of analyzing interviews with Charles University members of staff, who represent the service in the Office for Students with Special Needs, with users of the service, and particularly with its "providers" or assistants themselves. Proposals to solve possible problems are included. The thesis is based on the results of a questionaire and an analysis of interviews with 33 assistants and 10 users of the service.
