Rattanaphan, Chalakorn ; Janda, Karel (advisor) ; Benáček, Vladimír (referee)
The Regional Trade Agreements (RTAs) and the bilateral Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) have increasingly been a new wave of international trade around the world. The countries who seek to establish these agreements, be regionally or bilaterally, realize that the trade agreements are in fact tools to increase trade with their trading partners, to extend and expand their foreign markets, as well as to encourage foreign investments but the overall goal is to strengthen economic tie with the trading partners. Thailand is considered a young and new player in free trade agreements. Given the fact that Thai government's trade policy has been quite ambitious and proactive, Thailand has constantly attempted to establish free trade agreements with its important partners around the world. Regarding Thailand's strong support in export-oriented economy, seeking a greater access to foreign markets through free trade agreements is in fact the country's first priority. Thailand's commitment on regional trade agreement under ASEAN Free Trade Area, and bilateral Free Trade Agreements under TAFTA and JTEPA has provided considerable benefits for Thai economy mainly through an increase in export as well as impor. Moreover, the FTAs have proved to increase competitiveness on Thai products which results in an increase of market...

Eckertová, Zuzana ; Žárová, Marcela (advisor) ; Procházka, David (referee)
This study examines changes in British financial reporting that are in the progress with the focus on the year 2012. The subject of the analysis are the differences in selected areas between the new proposals (FREDs 46-48) and current FRSs, former proposals (FREDs 43-45), IFRS for SME, and "full" IFRS. The results suggest that Britain continues to preserve some particular treatments, even though those are not fully in line with IFRS for SME or "full" IFRS. In addition to this, formats of the financial statements according to UK GAAP were examined. The result suggests that the current formats defined by the company law will be preserved. The popularity of vertical balance sheet, which is typical for the UK, is illustrated by examining financial statements of selected companies.

The aim of my diploma páper is to uncover and at least partially analyse present statě of execution of prison sentence (execution of criminal precaution) of juvenile delinquents inprisonment, and to analyse possibilities of treatment of offenders from their point of view. The diploma páper is focused on personality of juvenile convicted offender who uses all prison services. I would like to reach this aim through partial standardized interviews which I present in a practical part of this páper. I complete the practical part with a few client characteristics. Respodents from the practical part are from prison Všehrdy. These questiones are solved in czech and foreign literatuře in context of comparing with alternative punishments. As I have established, this point of view on juvenile convicted offenders is untouched. That is the area where I see the benefít of my work, especially in relations to present trends and modern conception of penology. The theoretical information I drew from czech and also foreign background, from various researches and books.
