The main point of the thesis is an employee recruitment and his external assurance. The thesis is aimed at the process of recruitment in system of personal activitites and implies a human resources management as a new concept of personal labour. The matter of employment is represented by description of individual personalistic activities, that precede and follow the process of employee recruitment. The entire employee recruitment process is divided into several steps, which can be used as an instruction manual of employee selection procedure. Attention is paid to a method of recruiting employees through internet, which is demonstrated by describing activities of the leading European erecruitment company and it's job portals. Another importat section is aimed to an outsourcing of employee recruitment. There are listed advantages and disadvantages of a personal consultancy and specifications of the outsourcing. Complete process of recruitment of employees in the Agency H. is included as an example of outsourcing. Therefore the thesis includes work experiences and also represents a general view of labour recruitment.

Business Plan: Coffee House

This thesis deals with the issue of the cafe establishment. The mater thesis consists of two main parts. The theoretical one describes basic concepts necessary for the business, which may include the definition of entrepreneurship, the characteristic of the legal forms of business and the catering equipment. Furthermore, the theoretical part characterizes Pacov town and the individual components of the business plan. The practical part comprises the business plan and its other parts described in detail in the theoretical part. Business plan is divided into 13 steps, which create total picture for the owners and potential investors. The first page of the business plan shows a title page with the company name, logo, address, the responsible manager and contacts. Other pages make up the content of the plan, summary, basic information about the company, description of the business opportunities which the company wants to take as an advantage and control discovered a niche market. Further part clarifies the issue of the individual suppliers to ensure the necessary inputs and raw materials, potential markets and competition analysis in the industry, marketing and business strategies as well as staff. At the end of the plan the financial plan is given, the most important part of the business plan, which decides on the possible implementation of the project and tells, what is more conveniently from the view of the owner, if to carry on the cafe or to rent it. In the last part the main prerequisites for the success of the project and an appendix are formulated. All conclusions are supported by proven and real information from available resources.

Non-verbal communication in African great apes

This thesis presents communication models crucial for creating research conceptions and unified terminology in the area of animal communication studies. The text reviews research types, methods and standards used for primate behavior research. The thesis also presents science disciplines that are concerned in great apes behavior research, its representatives and essential taxonomical, morphological, behavioral and ecological characteristics in African great apes. Text reviews contributions concerning cognitive abilities evolution, with emphasis on evolution of symbolic communication. The text further provides a listing of vocal and gestural communication in African great apes and focuses on facial expressions, its cognitive processing and interpretation. Next. the thesis reviews researches with encultured great apes focused on possibilities of inter-species communication and symbolic communication development.

Dissertation Conflicts at work and ways how to solve tlum deals with the theme of conflicts at workplace and various options how to solve them. Starting with explanation the term 'conflicť and listing its types carries on to the gist of the work relationships and workplace conflicts. The dissertation deals with reasons for conflicts at workplace and describes its types, their process and consequences on human health, analyses the implications of conflicts for the indi vidual as well as for the firm and also speaks about the most common ways of solving problems through negotiation, mediation and facilitation. AIso, the dissertation brings up the conflict management as an important managerial skill and describes the role of manager lil problem sol ving and conflict management, especially as a mediator, and tries to appeal on line managers not to underestimate conflicts and pay attention to them properly in order to be able to sol ve them effectively and in time.

Obesity and possibilities of its tratment

In my thesis I would like to concentrate on the problem of obesity, it gives us a overview of the possible choices of therapies concerning obesity. The first part is dedicated to a short historical overview about the appearance and therapy of obesity and the classification of the seriousness of obesity. There is also a list of current appearances of obesity in the world. In next chapters there is described the etiopathogenesis in a detailed way including the influence of genetical predisposition and some medication classes. There are also other methods of patients health examinations being introduced. One of the biggest chapters is talking about appearances, significations and causes of possible health complications including pathobiochemical aspects of obesity. The following chapter is dedicated to causes and appearances of obesity in childhood and teenage and it also shows its possible health complications. The biggest part of the thesis is dedicated to the therapy of obesity. Therapy is divided into pharmacological and nonpharmacological treatment. The nonpharmacological part of the therapy is made from diets, psychotherapy and sports. At the pharmacological treatment there is a list of currently used substances, as well as substances that are leaving the market or those not being in use. There...

Life crisis of seniors

This thesis is composed of both theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of thesis is dedicated to life crises of seniors. It explains crisis itself and lists typologies of crises.It analyses crisis situasions, their causes and development. It also describes options of crisis intervention as possible help for a person in crisis. It dedicates to old age and ageing. It describes features of ageing, needs of senior, services for seniors and notes possible crises of seniors. The practical part is formed by qualitative research. Method of dialogue have been used in order to get information needed. The main aim of the thesis was to find out which life crises seniors see as most difficult and how they solved them. An intermediate aim was to find out whether moving to the home for the elderly is also seen as a life crisis or not. The research was done in Domov pro seniory Bechyně.

Addiction issue and development of child's personality

This bachelor work deals with addiction and the possibilities of its prevention (the possibilities of preventing its origination). In the introductory chapter, the terms habit and addiction are defined, addiction characteristics are listed, and the types of addiction are specified according to its possible appearance with children and teenagers. The next chapter presents the biological, sociological and psychological addiction-start hypotheses. Then the reasons of abuse of addictive substances by children and teenagers are given, as well as some special kinds of pathological behaviour. Prevention of addiction, especially in school and family environment, is elaborated on in the following chapter which covers also the organization of primary prevention in the Czech Republic, the prevention programmes bias and the responsibilities of prevention methodologists in schools. At the family level, important prevention rules are presented. The final sections are focused on the ways leading to acquiring sound confidence, mental resistance and responsibility for one's own health.

The work Commented translation: Lace wars. Uniforms and equipment of the Household of the French King and infantry soldiers under Louis XV. and Louis XVI., and of the British and Prussian infantry in the years of 1700-1800 consists of two parts: A Czech translation of the first part of the above mentioned publication, and a commentary on this translation. The commentary concentrated on the differences between the two languages (French and Czech) and on the translating strategies ensuing from these. It describes the structure of the text (the book as well as the chosen part) and gives information on the authors and the editor. As to translation, special attention has been paid to grammatical, lexicological, terminological, stylistic and factual aspects of the translated text, cohesion and coherence as well as mistakes and unclarities. The motives for choosing the text are listed, together with reasons of the importance of its translation. A brief conclusion and bibliografy follow.

Preconditions for tourism development in Pec pod Sněžkou

In the first part, there are the theoretical preconditions for tourism development in a destination listed. In the second part, Pec pod Sněžkou is introduced both from a historical point of view as well as from the present time. There are also listed some projects that were supported by the ERDF. The following part specifically introduces all the preconditions Pec pod Sněžkou actually has. It also gives a comentary on the quality of services offered. Next chaper gives propositions for the further development. The document is ended by a page deducted to introducing the survey, which was done among people in Pec pod Sněžkou.

Choral Works by Jan Bůžek

In the diploma work on "Sborova tvorba Jana Buzka" author give information about the life of the composer and devotes the arrangement of his composition for women and children choir, which devides into following categories: choir on the texts of folk poetry, choir on the ancient chinese and ancient japanese poetry, choir on the texts of J.Y. Sladek and choir on the poetry of other authors. Compositions, which are used in this diploma work weren 't, as a whole, published so far. For better understanding and use of Buzek's production, author analyses selected composition. The author firstly focuses on the harmonic and formal aspekt. Author pays attention to the technique of Buzek's composition and his use of modern methods. Author supportes this with a note extract processed in a computer program Sibelius4. As the supplement, the author presents a list of all well-preserved compositions for women and children choir, further then the whole version of individual compositions for practical use on atached CD, where it is possible to listen to every individual composition in electronic version and therefore get better idea of their sound form.
