Programme for calculation of electric machine shaft deflection caused by magnetic traction
Kukačka, Radek ; Lošák, Petr (referee) ; Vlach, Radek (advisor)
This Master thesis desires the design of methodology for calculating shaft deflection and critical speed of electric machines. There are two methods used. The first one is transfer matrix method, which is represented by a simple programme for shaft creation and calculating needed results built in the Matlab software. The second one is finite element method, which is presented in the Ansys Workbench software.

Business strategy of a small enterprise
Hourová, Tereza ; Svobodová, Ivana (advisor) ; Mísař, Jan (referee)
The thesis deals with the business strategy of a middle-sized entrepreneur in the food manufacturing industry. The theoretical part explains basic terms, introduces methods of a strategic analysis and describes basic approaches to formulating the strategy. The practical part contains the strategic analysis of a specific entrepreneur created using the PEST analysis, the Porter five forces analysis, and the Value Chain Analysis. The practical part also includes suggested business strategies determined using the Ansoff Matrix, Porter's approach to strategy and the Johnson -- Scholes' Strategy Clock. The last chapter is dedicated to a more detailed elaboration of the selected strategy variant.

Differentiability of the inverse mapping
Konopecký, František ; Hencl, Stanislav (advisor) ; Honzík, Petr (referee)
Primary objective of the thesis is proof of the statement that if for ∈ ℕ a ≥ 1 a bilipschitz mapping belongs to +1, loc ∩ ,∞ loc then also its inverse −1 belongs to +1, loc . We prove a similar statement also for spaces loc . For this purpose we construct a new ordering of -th partial derivatives to generalized Jacobian matrix. Thanks to this matrix we are able to differentiate matrices in an applicable way. Generalized Jacobian matrix is projected so that there still holds the Chain rule and, in some way, also rules for matrices product differentiation. 1

Common Image Stereo-Pair Processing for Simple Stereo-Geometry
Peloušek, Jan ; Schimmel, Jiří (referee) ; Říha, Kamil (advisor)
This Bachelor´s thesis considers the basics of epipolar geometry, explains the process of the automatic correspondency detection, describes principals of the fundamental matrix computation and finally the virtual camera view morphing between two images. There were described some of the basic Intel´s OpenCV library functions joined with this issue and describes de facto the computer stereo-pair processing. As a part of this thesis, there is the application, programmed in the C++ language in the Borland C++ Builder 6.0 developer´s environment by using the OpenCV library. This application demonstrates some of here-mentioned terms such as the fundamental matrix computation and the virtual camera view morphing. In relation to the Borland C++ Builder 6.0 using there was described the integration method of OpenCV to this environment.

Mass Lumping Methods for the SemiLoof Shell Element
Sháněl, Vít ; Kolman, Radek ; Plešek, Jiří
A particular attention is focused on the mass matrix diagonalization of the semi-loof shell element. Mass matrix diagonalization in terms of a finite element method (FEM) is essential for an effective deployment of the explicit method as one of the direct integration methods of the motion equations of elastodynamics.

Impacts of the economic crisis on a business entity
Švarc, Štěpán ; Svobodová, Ivana (advisor) ; Podskalský, Jiří (referee)
The thesis describes the financial crisis and its implications for the engineering company called Hydroproduct. The paper describes the financial crisis as a general economic phenomenon, but it also describes in detail the financial crisis in 2008. Using the tools of strategic analysis are then identified the significant factors affecting the company, from which the SWOT matrix and on the basis of the proposed strategies which were the potential routes for the company in times of crisis. In the thesis there are listed and analyzed management's actions as a response to the crisis which should reduce or eliminate the negative effects of the recession. The aim of the thesis is to describe the procedures and to propose the possible improvements for the future that should help the company in times of crisis.

Strategy of an Enterprise
Hes, Ondřej ; Kovář, František (advisor) ; Trachta, Václav (referee)
The goal of this paper is to establish a suitable strategy for Centropen company. The master's thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with analyses of the internal and external environment, which is based on literature. The practical part then applies the said analyses to the company. The internal analysis is carried out based on source and financial analysis. The external environment is studied through the PEST analysis and the Porter's Five Forces model. A synthesis of the two analyses forms the SWOT analysis. The strategy will be specified via IE matrix. The results of the analyses will serve as a suitable strategy recommendation for Centropen.

Study of resonance and threshold effects on simple two-channel model
Kocák, Jakub ; Čížek, Martin (advisor) ; Kolorenč, Přemysl (referee)
In this thesis we study simple one-dimensional two-channel scattering model where pointlike coupling between channels is provided by the delta potential. The scattering task can be completely solved analytically. The solution of the Lippmann-Schwinger equation leads to improper scattering eigenvectors, consequently to scattering S matrix elements and eigenphases. We study how the setting of parameters affects threshold and resonant behaviour (presence, position, width) and the mutual relationship between resonances and poles of the S matrix in complex k-plane. Then we apply projection- operator formalism to model with resonance and the on-shell T matrix is separated into the orthogonal, direct and resonant term. We discuss how choice of subspace of quasi-bound states effects the separation. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Návrh strategií pro zemědělskou společnost AGROSEV spol. s r.o.
Anděl, Karel
Bachelor thesis is focused on proposing strategies for the agricultural society AG-ROSEV spol. s r.o. The strategies are formulated based on Ansoff matrix product - market. Proposals for strategies are based on environment analysis, which are made by using PESTEL method, Porter's model of five drivers, McKinsey 7S model and BCG matrix. At the conclusion of this thesis is the most convenient strategy economically evaluated and given recommendations for its implementation.

Economics and fundraising in a non-profit organization
Kubů, Petra ; Boukal, Petr (advisor) ; Vávrová, Hana (referee)
This Bachelor's Thesis evaluates the economic situation in the public benefit organization Dialog Jessenius. The analysis of the company is conducted by focusing on the fundraising methods which are applied by the company in order to gain necessary resources. The theoretical part covers basic information about the non-profit sector, structure of resources, key fundraising terminology and introduction to the fundraising methods. The practical part includes a detailed description and assessment of the applied fundraising methods. Overall economic situation in the field of fundraising is closely examined using the BCG matrix. The future development of the fundraising methods in the organization is predicted based on the researched data.
