Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na navržení strategií pro zemědělskou společnost AGROSEV spol. s r.o. Strategie jsou formulovány na základě Ansoffovy matice Vý-robek -- trh. Návrhy strategií vycházejí z analýz prostředí, které jsou uskutečněny pomocí metody PESTEL, Porterova modelu pěti hybných sil, modelu 7S firmy McKinsey a matice BCG. Na závěr práce je nejvhodnější strategie ekonomicky zhodnocena a uvedeny doporučení pro její implementaci. Bachelor thesis is focused on proposing strategies for the agricultural society AG-ROSEV spol. s r.o. The strategies are formulated based on Ansoff matrix product - market. Proposals for strategies are based on environment analysis, which are made by using PESTEL method, Porter's model of five drivers, McKinsey 7S model and BCG matrix. At the conclusion of this thesis is the most convenient strategy economically evaluated and given recommendations for its implementation.
