Bachelor thesis is divided to two parts theoretical and practical part. Main object of theoretical thesis is definition of basic concepts and theoretical knowledge. Description of the differences between organic food and conventional food. This thesis also inc-ludes ecological agriculture, marketing of organic food, history of the market with organic food, established labeling of organic food, marketing as itself, marketing mix and process of the consumer behavior. Main object of practical thesis is focused on performace of carried out market research survey and analysis of the gained information. Practical thesis also includdes assessment of the twelve selected samples of organic food, which are available on regional market in south Bohemian region and interview with owner of organic food shop "Zdravá spižírna" in České Budějovice. Finally, a draft marketing strategy for a selected range of organic food through the cultivation of suitable relation to organic food from early school age through the main findings of a consumer group. Strategy for spreading the consumption of organic products. In the end of the thesis there is a summary of results of analysis and practical research. Recommendations for consumers, distributors and marketing.

Content analysis of men's lifestyle magazines

The aim of this study is to examine the contents of men's lifestyle magazines such as Maxim, Esquire, FHM, and one women's lifestyle magazine Glanc. The author used two analytical procedures: qualitative analysis by experts group and quantitative content analysis of sentences in the selected articles of the chosen magazines. The analysis pointed out the differences between the perception of content and the actual content. If the reader has some impression of the text, it does not mean that a more detailed analysis of sentences will reach the same conclusion. Effect of text is highly individual matter - this thesis came to the conclusion that although men's lifestyle magazines can be controversial for some people, upon closer examination the magazines cannot be clearly labeled as chauvinistic, cynical, ironic or tabloid. The author devoted to these categories in detail in the quantitative part of the analysis. Cochlear implant by adult

Bachelor thesis "The cochlear implant in an adult deaf" deals primarily with the cochlear implant. The most extensive part of the thesis talks about this topic, which also talks about the development and design of cochlear implants, explains the difference between cochlear implantation and tribal implantation and describes operation of implant and the subsequent setting of the implant. This section is also dedicated to binaural cochlear implantation, myths of cochlear implants and problems which are implanted meet. Bachelor thesis further defines an adult age and acquaints with the problems that loss of hearing in adulthood brings, suggests the possibilities of communication with a deaf person and mobility aids, which cochlear implant users use. The aim of this thesis is to map the level of hearing by adult with cochlear implant and the findings of the current problems by adult users of cochlear implants by questionnaire and interview.
Licensing system in professional football in case of Gambrinus league.

Title: Licensing system in professional football in case of Gambrinus league Objectives: The main aim of diploma thesis is description of licensing system in professional football in Czech Republic, which has to be observed by professional football clubs, if they want to get a professional licence. Without this required licence clubs can not figure in I. and II. league. The next object was the comparison of Czech football and German football. Methods: In thesis is used a method of interview, method of content analysis and method of comparison. Semistructured interview took main part in datas collection. The method of content analysis was used for analysis of these datas. The method of comparison was helpful for research of second aim of this diploma thesis, which was comparison between football in Czech republic and football in Germany. Results: This diploma thesis shows positive and negative of licensing system. Further describes differencies between Czech and German football. Between monologue and dialogue: An interpretation of Buber's book I and Thou

This paper is devoted to a critical analysis of the book I and Thou in the attempt to identify the main points of the dialogical philosophy as presented by Martin Buber. The introductory passages present the background of the book in terms of time (the era after WWI), cultural background (the influence of Hasidism), or the history of philosophy (an opposition to immanentism, monism, idealism, transcendental philosophy etc.). The main goal of the following interpretation is to try to understand man as a person in his complex existential situation, i.e. through his potential relationships or objectifying attitudes to the world. Being is described as a dual structure either of the basic pair of words I-Thou or of the basic pair of words I-It. As opposed to the usual use of the term, dialogue is defined as a specific interaction of man and the remaining world metaphorically expressible by the structure of addressing-responding. By this scheme, the characteristic reciprocity and direct continuity is expressed. The dialogue is also placed in the area "between" I and Thou, which mediates the genuine, immediate and transcendental knowledge constituting the reality. Personal diagnostics-measurement methods of current and perspective staffs

The dissertation is focused on personnel diagnostics. It understands it as an instrument, which helps the company to choose the best employees, to compare an actual profile of personality of a candidate or an employee with an ideal profile of position, which is needed to fill, and to assess the potential of employees. It concentrates on methods of personnel diagnostics. It uses the classification of diagnostic methods after Mojmír Svoboda. It describes two of three groups of diagnostic methods, which can be used in human resources management. They are clinical methods and testing. There are characteristics of all subsets of this classification. The intention of the dissertation is to find and describe the diagnostic methods, which can be used in practice by personnel clerks without university degree in psychology or without practice. For these purposes there are described methods like interview, Thematic Apperception Cards after Evangelu, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and technique of Pack of Personnel Cards after Evangelu. Besides from description of these methods there are recommendations for using them in practice. In the end the author thinks about current situation of using of personnel diagnostics in companies and about expected progress in this field.

Journalistic interview and its application in the contemporary czech radio (radiožurnal) broadcasting

This bachelor thesis focuses on journalistic genre of interview from theoretical, practical and methodological point of view, especially aiming at interview in radio broadcasting. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first chapter defines the genre of radio interview and puts it into the Czech historical context. The second chapter is devoted to methodology and current affairs radio interview, which also includes a radio interview according to the classification structure of Czech and foreign media theorists. The second chapter also discusses the role of moderator in the current affairs programs in which the predominant genre of journalistic interview and monitors the level of linguistic and rhetorical resources of journalists. The third part analyzes the main programs of Czech Radio 1 - Radiožurnál which consist of interviews - Dvacet minut Radiožurnálu, Host Radiožurnálu, Nad věcí and Ranní interview. The aim of this thesis is to specify the chosen genre of the three above-mentioned aspects and describe the specifics of the radio public service.

BACHELOR THESIS Pupil's conversations during creative processes in art education DENISA NOVÁKOVÁ My bachelor thesis has a character of qualitative explorative probe dealing with the problem of communication during the art lessons, focusing on chats between the students. The goal of the probe is to map the content and form of the chats between the students of second level at elementary school and use of the contents and forms, as a curriculum in art teaching. There search will be made by observations and informal conversations. There search shows that the chats could become a topic with specific educational possibilities. It is the topic, that naturally connects general cultural aspects with personal aspects of one student. The creative part of the work will be focused on various options to express the concept of chat (photo, comic, flipbook).
