Miler, Miroslav ; Kostka, František ; Dvořák, Martin ; Krechler, Jindřich ; Silva, J.
In exposing large holograms one encounters the problem of insufficiency of the laser power that needs to be spread over an extensive area. A per partes exposure using a narrow beam of sufficient intensity offers a solution. The cover the whole hologram area, the beam spot is required to travel in concentric circles.

Using of Information and Communication Technologies in the course of analysis of capital markets
Polsemov, Anton ; Bruckner, Tomáš (advisor) ; Chocholatý, Drahomír (referee)
This graduation thesis is exploring using of Information and Communication Technologies in the course of analysis of capital markets. The basic financial theory is described at the begging of the thesis. After this we investigate information dilemmas. Expansion of information science allowed modern stock exchanges to change their traditional trading model to electronically trading model, which is much cheaper and faster. Stock exchange trading systems, clearing centers, depositors of securities and trading platforms are described in this thesis. These technologies allow us to automate a process of trading. Nowadays the modern stock exchange is a provider of high-quality IT services. In addition, IT offers a number of tools for analysis of capital markets. These tools are applications for technical and fundamental analyses. Stock screeners allowed us to filter a big set of securities. It is the most usable analysis technology. In the last section of the thesis the technical stock screener which allowed identifying market opportunities was created. We used Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and C# the programming language. We found a volume indicator which allowed us to achieve above-average gain 5% during the analysis of the big set of market data.

Optimal X-ray detection for thin samples in low-energy STEM
Rozbořil, Jakub ; Oral, Martin ; Radlička, Tomáš
In many applications it is desirable to perform energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) on very thin samples at low primary beam energies in a STEM. Thin samples, or lamellae, with the thickness of about 10 nm, are mostly prepared in focused ion beam instruments (FIBs), and they are used to evaluate experiments in the development of thin films and coatings, in the semiconductor industry, and in other applications. EDS then provides a map of different chemical elements or compounds in the sample, obtained by scanning the electron beam in a raster. Often the qualitative composition is known as a limited set of materials and only their distribution on the sample is to be determined. For large batches of samples fast measurements are desired to maximize utilization of expensive equipment. In this study we found a method to minimize the time needed to reliably acquire an elemental map by determining the optimal detector placement and the minimal necessary primary electron dose per pixel.

People with Affection and Tegnics
Voženílková, Pavlína ; Kuchař, Radomír (advisor) ; Vachulová, Jana (referee)
The Theme of my thesis are common problems of blind or semi-blind people. It is concentrated especially the list of the currently available compensation tools, together with short characteristic of their usage. First chapter covers the informations about concreate disfunctions of sight, and its potential causes. The main part targets the compensation tools including their categorisation into the four main groups. These are optical, optoelectronical, computer-based and other. The computer-based ones are additionally divided into software, hardware and including computer core tools. In the following part you can find information about two methods how to get these tools. These can be etiher bough directly in specialized shops for the cash or get them from insurance copany or state administrative. Last part is dedicated to the science, future visions and the current progress of science in the area. There are also briefly mentioned new implantates on electronic chip basis, that can stimulace directly ending of of eyeFnerve. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Intimate illumination
TICHÁČKOVÁ, Barbora
The Work in the first half deals with the theory of light, answering the question what the light is. It thus encompasses the physical study of light. A large part is also devoted to optics and its history. In the second half of the work we can find chapters that deal with the issue of light in art, accordingly the light as an expressive element of art and also the development of composition of light in the history of visual culture. Not even the theme of light in photography was left out and that is together with the drawing techniques the base of the practical part of this thesis. The analysis concludes with a case study which deals with the composition of light in the medium of drawing.

Rehabilitation of Ocular Patologies and Compensation of Visual Handicaps
PLÍŠKOVÁ, Kateřina
The thesis "Rehabilitation of eye pathologies and visual handicap compensation" was aimed at the visually disadvantaged. People with visual impairments cannot receive information from their surroundings visually, but must rely on other senses, especially touch and hearing. In that some assistive devices help them. They play an important role in the integration of visually impaired into society and the workforce. Tools help blind users to orientate themselves in space, to simplify the care of his person and to keep in touch with friends. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the term oftalmopedie, anatomy and physiology of the visual organ, the type of visual defects, their causes and degree of disability. As the title of this thesis suggests a description of assistive devices, which are divided into non-optical, optical, optoelectronic, information technology and other tools to facilitate the visually disadvantaged movement and work. In short, the theoretical part deals with the social and rehabilitation centers dealing with this issue. For an overview the contributions to utilities are given. The aim of this thesis is to determine how to improve the quality of life of people with visual handicaps. Research questions are established according goals. The main issue is to determine what compensatory aids are most often currently used. The second question is what ophthalmologic pathology of the respondents found. For data collection, the thesis qualitative research was used. Two methods were used. The first method of analysis documents that revealed that compensatory aids are the most in South Bohemia bought. As a second method of questioning was used semi-structured interview technique. Respondents were selected by the method of occasional selection of the examined group. The main criteria for the interviews were a person with a visual handicap and willingness to be interviewed. The sample consists of six clients. The results were evaluated using the cluster method. Results are divided into two parts. The first part is an analysis of documents obtained from Tyflokabinetu o.p.s in České Budějovice. The second part contains the subjective opinions of customers on usability of assistive devices. Results are for greater clarity divided into circuits. The first area contains the identification data of the respondents; in the following range visual defects and degree of disability of the respondents are mentioned. Other topics deal with assistive devices and latest circuit shows rehabilitation and care allowance. Discussion is also divided by headings and research questions. In the discussion of the results are compared information from respondents with the statement in the theoretical work. The results indicate that the computer is the most desired tool. According to the response to the client, we can say that the trends visually disadvantaged people are the equivalent of "healthy" population. Computers used to mediate contact with friends, searching for new information and reading written text. The use of other equipment mainly depends on the individuality of the individual. The research confirmed that aids help people not only in the orientation in space, at work and in educational facilities, but also in many other activities. Visually disadvantage can, through today's technology to tailor the majority and keep it the same step. The knowledge gained from this thesis could be used to raise awareness about mobility aids how in the case of the handicapped citizens, and even the general public and as a basis for further research.

Bipyridine complexes of Ru(II) as SERS spectral probes of the mechanisms of surface -enhanced optical processes
Kokošková, Markéta ; Vlčková, Blanka (advisor) ; Šmejkal, Petr (referee)
SERS and SERRS (surface enhanced /resonance/ Raman scattering) spectra of a dicationic Ru (II) bis(2,2'-bipyridine)(4,4'-dicarboxy-2,2'-bipyridine) /Ru(bpy)2(dcbpy)/ complex in systems with aggregates of unmodified and/or chloride-modified Ag nanoparticles (NPs) were obtained and compared to those of dicationic Ru (II) tris(2,2'-bipyridine) /Ru(bpy)3 /. The splitting of several bands and the appearance of a new band at 1367 cm-1 observed solely in SERS and SERRS of Ru(bpy)2(dcbpy) in the system with unmodified Ag NP aggregates was attributed to chemisorption of the complex onto Ag NP surface via two carboxylate groups. SERS/SERRS excitation profiles obtained for the spectral bands and attributed to the Ru- dcbpy unit of the chemisorbed Ru(bpy)2(dcbpy)/ complex were found to maximize at 488 nm excitation, while those of the two Ru-bpy units peaked at 458 nm. Comparison of the profiles with the electronic absorption spectrum of free Ru(bpy)2(dcbpy) has revealed that chemisorption of the complex causes a red-shift of the Ru→dcbpy charge transfer transition band. The observed decrease of the energy of the Ru→dcbpy charge transfer is explained by an increase of the electron-withdrawing ability of the two COO- groups upon their chemisorption on AgNP surface. Concentration value of SERRS spectral...
