Ověření použitelnosti metody mechanicko-biologické úpravy komunálních odpadů a stanovení omezujících podmínek z hlediska dopadů na životní prostředí: Environmentální a technické hodnocení vybraných zařízení MBÚ a komplexu využívání výstupních produktů v zahraničí

V rámci tohoto projektového úkolu bylo provedeno hodnocení se zaměřením především na technické a environmentální parametry zařízení na mechanicko–biologickou úpravu (MBÚ). Základními podklady k hodnocení byly obdržené dotazníky z vybraných zařízení MBÚ v zahraničí, jejichž výběr byl okomentován již v předešlých projektových úkolech, viz. "Výběr referenčních zařízení na mechanicko–biologickou úpravu ve vybraných zemí EU" a "Zabezpečení souboru srovnávacích parametrů ve vybraných zařízení MBÚ v zahraničí". První kapitola tohoto dokumentu shrnuje do přehledných tabulek informace z obdržených dotazníků z vybraných zařízení MBÚ. Ve druhé kapitole, byly stanoveny hodnotící technické, ekonomické, environmentální a sociální ukazatele, podle kterých byla vybraná zařízení na základě odpovědí z dotazníků hodnocena. Třetí část dokumentu se zabývá jednotlivými výstupy ze zařízení na mechanicko–biologickou úpravu, tj. výhřevnou frakcí resp. palivem z odpadů, stabilizovanou biologicky rozložitelnou frakcí a dalšími možnými využitelnými výstupy jako např. bioplyn nebo kovy.

Application of trihalomethane formation potential to evaluation of drinking water treatment efficiency

The aim of bachelor thesis was to develop a literature search for the potential creation of oftrihalomethanes (THMs FP) as indicators of water quality in surface water treatment. The THM FP test was monitorated to evaluate the effectiveness of current technological methods of treatment of natural water with special consideration of water with increased content of humic substances. The attention was focused on comparison of the THM FP values with the normally applicable water quality parameters; it means the concentration of dissoluble organic carbon (DOC), UV254, CODMn, CODCr. The obtained evidence suggests that THM FP test allows sensitively assess water quality in term of content of chemically and biologically easily biodegradable organic substances. The potential of THM formation has been proved as a valuable tool for quantify non-specific organic contaminants in treated water, which can usefully complete previously used criteria for assessing quality of treated water.

Application for Editing the Histogram

The object of this bachelor‘s thesis is create an application for editing the histogram. The program is realized by programming language C++ and programming tool Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition. It defines fundamental terms for this work as histogram or transformation of grey level scale. Above all, it analyses individual grey level transformations, which used for editing the histogram. It describes designing and realization of application. Input data of program is any input digital image, which user order, selected grey level transformation and its parameters. Output data are input image in grey levels, histogram input image, transformed input image and its histogram. Output images can be saved.

Analysis of Revenue Recognition in accordance with the Czech Accounting Legislation vs. IFRS

The master thesis is focused on revenue recognition according to both the Czech accounting legislation and the International Financial Reporting Standards. The introduction is devoted to the general description of the Czech legislation regarding accounting provisions and also brief description of IFRS is provided. An analysis of the Czech accounting regulation of revenue recognition follows and it is continuously confronted with the IFRS. Based on this comparison, appropriate improvement proposals to the Czech accounting legislation are made. This analytical part is divided into several parts such as measurement of revenue, recognition of revenue, presentation and disclosure, revenue from contracts with customers and revenue from leases. Final part devotes to the harmonization process in the EU and world (convergence between IFRS and US GAAP).

Ventilation systems for agricultural buildings

Theoretical part of my bachelor thesis deals with the description of ventilation systems and their certain parts used in agricultural objects. Practical part focuses on the description of post harvest line and possibilities of its ventilation system. Description and alterations were made for post harvest line Pluhův Žďár. The thesis analysis the current filter system and its alteration. There are parameters of both filter systems compared and evaluated in conclusion.

Analýza stavby končetin a kopyt koní využívaných v agroturistice v České republice

Aim of this diploma thesis was to analyze the conditions of limbs and hooves of the horses in agrotourist businesses in the Czech Republic. In the first part of the analysis, the conditions of breeding (stabling type, work intensity, ground and surface of the riding halls, care of hooves) and study of these horses (number of horses, age, breed, numbers of geldings and mares) were evaluated. These values were then recorded into the prepared form. In the other part of the analysis, the ground measuring followed. Four basic parameters were measured and evaluated: posture of the forelimbs and its discrepancies, posture of the hindlimbs and its discrepancies, angle and defects of fore hooves, angle and defects of the hind hooves). From these four basic parametres, 32 various differentiations were assessed, whilst not all of them were present at the measured population of the horses. Those values were statistically processed and compared in the Unistat program. During the evaluation of particular bodily proportions, an effect of six factors was assessed: effect of breed, sex, age, way of trimming hooves, intensity of trimming hooves, and effect of stabling type. The highest rate of statistically conclusive effects was detected at the age effect, which was statistically conclusive to affect six differentiations and significantly statistically affected one differentiation. Also effect of the breed highly affected the measured parameters. Statistically conclusive effect was detected at two measured differentiations. Statistically significantly conclusive effect was detected at four more differentiations. The effect of sex, way and intensity of trimming hooves and stabling type was not that considerable, but still yielded some measured values.

Survey of machine lines suitable for harvesting fodder intended for energy purposes.

This thesis is focused on making a survey of lines for harvesting forage and straw intended for energy purposes. Furthermore, this thesis is focused on making a survey of machinery lines for the production of molded fuel for primary agricultural enterprises. Theoretical part of this thesis is focused on biomass derived from fields and meadows, ways of its processing and subsequent use. Composition of each line, the purpose of each machine of machinery line and the construction process of these machines is described further in this section. In the practical part a description of specific lines, technical parameters of each machine of machinery line, their investment costs and payback period are outlined.

Práce je zaměřena na kvalitu mléčných výrobků z hlediska legislativy, kde popisuje nejdůležitější právní úpravy týkající se mléčných výrobků. V praktické části se soustředí na hledisko spotřebitelské. Na základě spotřebitelského testu jsou navržena doporučnení pro zlepšení systému testování.
