The thesis describes system communication rules and used ways for protection of a correct transmission. Master's thesis explores the behavior of real estate agents, real estate market features and its specifics. Thesis monitors selling of properties from the perspective of the seller and the buyer. It is focused on advices for succesfull sale of the property and it is describing, what could affect the selling process. Practical part is focused on pre-sale services, correct marketing when selling a property and it closely describes pitfalls of estate agencies.

Betterment of building by investment into smart building system

This thesis deals with investments issue for smart house systems. The theoretical part describes the definitions of the economic area, the area of intelligent systems and real estate valuation. In the practical part, there is detected the real estate price, accomplished a survey of public opinion and designed particular smart house system. The proposed solution is divided into sections and evaluated from economic and non-economic aspect. In the conclusion there is determined the value of the real estate after the completion of the investment.

Some specifics of communication in construction engineering

The aim of the thesis called Some specifics of communication in civil engineering has been to carry out research in construction companies and to find out to what extent they pay attention to corporate image in various respects – if (and eventually how) they make use of the Internet and how they present themselves to the public. On the other hand, part of the research focused on what emphasis do these companies put on internal communication with their employees. To prove or displace the initial hypotheses, several analyses have been made and research in 14 companies of different size carried out. The results have shown that construction companies pay attention to internal communication, however, they do not place much emphasis on presenting themselves to public. This way they underestimate the importance of positive corporate image, particularly in the media of the Internet.

This Bachelor’s thesis deals with design of basic communication bus interfaces in VHDL language. UART, SPI and I2C bus interfaces were designed in this work. Presented text contains description of properties of mentioned buses and methods of realization using VHDL language. Development and realization of testing equipment and software for communication with personal computer are also part of this project.

The subject of this thesis is the analysis and evaluation of the work environment ( job satisfaction ) in connection with motivation and stimulation in the selected company. The intention of the thesis is to analyze the company, to point out the importance of optimal motivation in connection with an appropriate working environment to identify potential weaknesses and propose solutions for efficient use of the human potential. In the theoretical level, based on studied professional literature, it defines the basic concepts and standards related to motivation and work environment. The following practical part presents the results of an analysis of the work environment in connection with motivation and stimulation in a specific organization based in the Czech Republic.

Communication Mix of the Hotel

Master thesis deals with improving communication mix of the hotel. Theoretical part describes marketing, environment analysis, marketing mix, communication mix, tourism marketing and risk. Analytical part describes the current situation in the hotel, current communication and marketing mix, including analysis of occupational and general environment, marketing research, SWOT analysis and risk analysis. In the last part I will try to propose a new communication mix to improve the situation in the hotel and suggestions resulting from risk analysis.
