Sysel, Tomáš ; Magnusek, Pavel (referee) ; Nový, Vítězslav (advisor)
The theme of the development of the existing sports grounds was dealt with Based on a number of analyzes, visits to the site and communication with the community management, the theme of the development of the existing sports grounds was dealt with. The whole territory is up to a football field in a very maintained conditions. There are two smaller accommodation facilities, which are seasonally used mainly by schools in nature and other students, but their condition is quite unsatisfactory. The soccer field, which is the only one maintained, belongs to the existing base of soccer players - the dressing room with the clubhouse. Their condition is also somewhat aggravated. In the current spatial plan, the whole proposed area is at the interface of two areas, the first is the area of sport and individual recreation and the second is the area to be examined. Urban design is based on the location of the existing soccer field and the preservation or improvement of existing links to the surrounding area. Most of the paved areas will be overtaken. Part of the design of the development of sports activities in the village was also to find a possible solution for parking for tourists, for which there is no free space in the village. The chosen location is advantageous in that, when a parking lot will be created, it will be created near the main entrance to the village on road II. Cl. No. 420 from Hustopeče through the village. Architectonically, but also conceptually, the construction is based on the economic possibilities of the municipality, the possibilities of variability of the solution and especially of the possibilities of staging construction. The result are two buildings. One main, replacing the background of spccer players, creates the conditions for year-round training in the new gym, for going to fitness, while part of the building is a platform for the soccer field. The second building is an accommodation that replaces the existing unsatisfactory buildings. Architecturally, they are masses that are greatly affected by the modules. The building structure and the facilities of the sports hall are structurally designed from standardized modular systems, steel containers that are interconnected to create an unusual spectacle. The area of the gym is defined by a reinforced concrete skeleton. Both buildings are covered with gold anodized sheet metal, which is profiled similarly to the peripheral walls of the containers. At the same time, the object was to create year-round sports grounds that are accessible to the general public and youth.

Vliv vybraných proměnných na trh s kryptoměnami
Doležal, Daniel
Doležal, D. The impact of selected variables on the cryptocurrency market. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2023. The thesis deals with the selection of individual factors and the subsequent identification of whether or not these factors have an influence on the development of the price of Bitcoin. The variables are selected based on scientific articles that deal with this issue and subsequently are subjected to regression analysis. The analysis itself focuses on the period from the last Bitcoin halving, i.e. on those variables that could have potentially influenced the development of the price of our asset in the last approximately three years. The focus is on the general influence of explanatory variables that influence the price of Bitcoin, but also on a comparison of the significance and nature of the influence of individual determinants on the second largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, Ethereum. The results of the work are critically evaluated with scientific articles and recommendations for investors are made based on the information obtained.
Alluvial gold placers from Klínec area - morphology and nature of gold
Fox, Simon ; Zachariáš, Jiří (advisor) ; Štědrá, Veronika (referee)
The search for economically viable gold deposits remains a significant pursuit requiring skilled expertise. The first part of the thesis establishes essential concepts related to gold ore deposits and placer gold, including its elemental properties, genesis in an orogenic environment, transportation by natural forces, and deposition in a fluvial setting. The study particularly focuses on the Klínec area in Central Bohemia and offers an insight into the geological region characterized by a Neoproterozoic basement uplifted during the late Miocene due to tectonic movements that played an integral role in the placer gold deposition. The historical context of gold mining in this Bohemian region is also presented. The practical segment of this thesis aims to establish connections between statistical and observational methods and the relationship between placer gold and its orogenic gold deposit. The methodology involves fieldwork for collecting gold particles which were then subjected to optical observation and microscopic photography. Morphological features, particularly sphericity and roundness, are analysed to identify trends indicating proximity to the primary gold source. The findings reveal that gold particles closer to the primary source exhibit sharper angularity, larger grain size, and greater...
Genetic relationships between intrusions of porphyry dykes and formation of Au ores at Petrov and Bohuliby
Petrov, Ivan ; Zachariáš, Jiří (advisor) ; Slobodník, Marek (referee)
This master's thesis is focused on genetic relationships between Au-bearing ores and associated granodiorite porphyry dykes in Petrov and Bohuliby area in southwestern part of the Jílové ore district. Subvolcanic rocks with hydrothermally induced alteration and Au/bearing mineralization were characterized by petrography, mineralogy and crystallochemistry. Mutual genetic and textural relationships of studied materials were examined as well and were validated by biotite, arsenopyrite and chlorite empirical geothermometry. First identified generation of sulfide mineralization was formed at 360řC and consist of arsenopyrite, galenite and native gold. At circa 274řC porphyry mineral association was chloritized, and chlorite gangue crystallized. Second generation of sulfide mineralization precipitated at 264řC. Anomalous absence of Bi-Te-S phases and scheelite in hydrothermal paragenesis is important indicator of contrasting conditions of mineralization at the studied areas and main zone of the Jílové ore deposit. Based on acquired data, granodiorite porphyry dikes were categorized to two separate genetic types, which have mutual origin in deep magma chamber of Central Bohemian Plutonic Complex but intruded non-contemporaneously.
Electron beam modification of nanostructure growth
Kilian, Jakub ; Voborný, Stanislav (referee) ; Bábor, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the further development of a method for modifying the surface of germanium using alloy Au-Ge droplets. A focused electron beam, which is brought in close proximity to the droplet, is utilized for thermomigration-induced motion of the droplets. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is dedicated to explaining the fundamental principles that are essential for a proper understanding of the conducted experiments. The theoretical overview also includes an introduction to the individual instruments utilized in the experimental section. In the practical part, the movement of Au-Ge droplets and the resulting surface morphology left by the droplets' passage were initially examined. The remaining portion of the practical research concentrated on utilizing the focused electron beam for controlled growth of nanowires in the VLS process.

Grobař, Bartoloměj ; Matouš, Petr (advisor) ; Opálka, Lukáš (referee)
Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of organic and bioorganic chemistry Candidate: Bartoloměj Grobař Supervisor: PharmDr. Petr Matouš, Ph.D. Title of thesis: Synthesis and reactivity of enyns with terminal double bond This work focuses on synthesis of structures containing terminal vinyl moiety and their subsequent reactivity. We tested various approaches that lead to formation of enynes, which are then cyclized using gold complex catalyst into tetrahydropyridines. Both utilize the addition of propargylamine protected by 4-methoxybenzenesulfonyl group to substituted butynone and methoxyphenyl propiolates. Tetrahydropyridine molecules that are successfully created, are further derivatized forming polycyclic structures.

Makaj, Petr ; Matouš, Petr (advisor) ; Kuneš, Jiří (referee)
5 ABSTRACT Charles University, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradci Králové Department of Organic and Bioorganic Chemistry Candidate: Petr Makaj Supervisor: PharmDr. Petr Matouš, Ph.D Title of Thesis: Synthesis of Ortho-Condensed Nitrogen Heterocycles Using Gold Complexes This diploma thesis is focused on the preparation of pyridopyridine derivatives using gold-catalyzed cyclizations. The synthesis is based on MBS-protected propargylamine, which after substitution with aryl using Sonogashira coupling reacts with tert-butyl (3- oxopent-4-ynyl)carbamate to form substituted 1,5-enyne. The enyne thus prepared then undergoes cycloisomerization using tris(2- furanyl)phosphinegold(I)chloride as a catalyst to form pyridopyridine. Substances with this scaffold can be further used to synthesize potentially biologically active structures. Keywords: gold catalysis, cyclization, pyridopyridine derivatives, 1,8-naphthyridine derivatives

Sedláček, Patrik ; Matouš, Petr (advisor) ; Krátký, Martin (referee)
Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Candidate: Patrik Sedláček Supervisor: PharmDr. Petr Matouš, Ph.D. Title of thesis: Synthesis of Chromeno[3,4-c]pyridines with New All-Carbon Quaternary Centre This diploma thesis focuses on the synthesis of 3,4-disubstituted pyridine derivatives and their subsequent cyclization to form chromeno[3,4-c]pyridine derivatives with a new all-carbon quaternary center. Phenyl-propiolate reacts with an aryl-substituted propargyl amine protected with 4- methoxybenzenesulfonyl group to form a 1,5-enyne. Substituted 1,5-enyne undergoes intramolecular cyclization catalyzed by tri(2-furyl)phosphinogold(I)chloride [AuCl(TFP)] to form the corresponding dihydropyridine. In the presenece of concentrated H2SO4, dihydropyridine undergoes carbocyclization forming the corresponding chromenopyridine with a new all-carbon quaternary center. The compounds prepared and their derivatives could find application as potentially biologically active substances and intermediates in organic synthesis.
