Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na rozvoj metody modifikace povrchu germania pomocí kapiček slitiny Au-Ge. K termomigračnímu pohybu kapek je využíván fokusovaný elektronový svazek, který je přiveden do těsné blízkosti kapky. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je věnována objasnění základních principů, které je důležité znát pro správné pochopení provedených experimentů. Součástí teoretického přehledu je také představení jednotlivých přístrojů, které byly použity v experimentální části. V praktické části byl nejprve zkoumán pohyb kapek slitiny Au-Ge a výsledný tvar povrchu, který kapka zanechává po svém průchodu. Zbývající část praktického výzkumu byla zaměřena na využití fokusovaného elektronového svazku pro řízený růst nanodrátů v procesu VLS. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the further development of a method for modifying the surface of germanium using alloy Au-Ge droplets. A focused electron beam, which is brought in close proximity to the droplet, is utilized for thermomigration-induced motion of the droplets. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is dedicated to explaining the fundamental principles that are essential for a proper understanding of the conducted experiments. The theoretical overview also includes an introduction to the individual instruments utilized in the experimental section. In the practical part, the movement of Au-Ge droplets and the resulting surface morphology left by the droplets' passage were initially examined. The remaining portion of the practical research concentrated on utilizing the focused electron beam for controlled growth of nanowires in the VLS process.
