Comparison of preparation Scout and Pionyr group leaders to child education and working with them

The aim of this work is comparation of two organizations working with children and youth and their systems of leader education. It is concerned with the largest organizations of this type in Czech Republic which are "Junák - svaz skautů a skautek ČR" and association "Pionýr". Both of these organizations has a long tradition in extracurricular education in Czech Republic.
Preparation of early school age children in fire sport

My thesis paper is focused on preparation of early school age children in fire sport. This sport is known as adult sport and only marginally. In theoretical part I want to bring near ideas of this sport. I deal with history of fire departments and children in these departments, next I am focused on fire game "Plamen"(Flame) and also trainer personality. Research is focused on searching and evaluation of informations about preparation early school age children in fire sport in Benešov district.
Situational leadership theory and its application in the optical business in the Czech Republic

The Theory of Situational Leadership, the core of the thesis, has become nowadays one of the intensively studied area in Sociology of management. The primary goal to be accomplished here in this thesis is to examine leadership styles of leaders in the optical business in the Czech Republic and to determine if the leaders are effective when exercise leading the followers, all with regard to Blanchard's and Hersey's Situational Leadeship Theory. The main part of the thesis consists of empirical study which focuses on leaders and their ledearship styles in optical organizations as well as their effectiveness in leading team of followers. The quantitative survey tool modified by author so can be used in czech environment will be introduced in the methodological part of the thesis. The theoretical assumptions should appropriately illustrate the analytical results obtained by the research. Tool for Effective Project Task Organization

This bachelor's thesis deals with management of bachelor's and master's theses. The main goal was to design and develop system for students and supervisors. The result is a web application implemented in Ruby using Rails and Bootstrap frameworks. The application provides supervisors with overview of students' activity by weekly reports. It allows students to cooperate and share information and motivation.
Psychology of work of leaders at the children´s camp and their working motivation

The aim of this work is the analysis of the workload of workers at children's camps and monitoring their motivation. The work will be divided into a theoretical part describing job scope of leaders at summer camps and their motivation for better performance. The second part is practical, in the practical part I will use the quantitative research by questionnaire survey. The aim of this investigation will determine whether the workers at children's camps are motivated enough and if the style of management at their camps is acceptable. I may propose some innovative measures that could improve their working motivation.
