Title: Influence of regular extracurricular physical activity on components of physical fitness in preschoolers children Objectives: To determine whether regular physical extracurricular activity has an effect on the components of physical fitness. Methods: The research population consisted of 26 probands aged 5 and 6 years, who were exposed to an 8-month movement intervention that focused on all-round movement development in the form of after-school physical activity. The quasi-experimental and analytical methods were used in this study. The measured values were analyzed using paired T-Test for data with normal distribution and Wilcoxon paired test for data with non-normal distribution. In the investigation, we used motor tests namely: shuttle run 10x5m, long jump from standing, Pavlik's test,, flamingo 30s, seated lying 30s, pull up test, flexibility in sitting, body weight and body height of probands. Result: After processing the results of the research set, there was a significant improvement in all of the following tests: shuttle run 10x5m, long jump, Pavlik's test, pull up test, flamingo 30s, sit-up 30s. Except for the results of the seated flexibility tests where there were no significant changes. The results show that the chosen intervention has an impact on increasing physical fitness in...

Title: Analysis of the relationship motor docility, emotional stability and reactibility. Aim : The objective was to gain insight into the theoretical knowledge of motor docility. Try to analyze the correlation between the motor docility, reactibility and emotional stability of students of physical education UJEP. Methods: The level of motor docility was measured by IOWA BRACE test, the shift in learning new motor skills in selected sports during the semester and expert assessment. Reactibility was through disjunctive test reaction times observed temporal variability of response times. Emotional stability was diagnosed with neuroticism dimension in the EPQ-R. Results: The sample had the expected characteristics due to the emotional stability. It was proved relation between values of neuroticism and temporal variability in reaction time test reactibility. Partly succeeded confirm the relationship between motor docility (test progression in learning new motor skills) and temporal variability of response times. The relationship between the level of motor docility and emotional stability was not demonstrated. Keywords: motor docility, neuroticism, EPQ-R, IOWA BRACE.

Malý, Matěj ; Fialová, Ludmila (advisor) ; Peřinová, Radka (referee)
Title: Testing of motor competencies of 6th grade elementary school students using the MOBAK test Objectives: The aim of this work was to analyze the level of motor competencies of 6th graders using a MOBAK 5-6 test battery. Based on the analysis of the obtained results, the aim was to identify shortcomings and suggest the possibility of positive influence in school practice. At the same time, the aim was to verify the suitability of this test battery in school physical education. Methods: The research group consisted of a total of 144 students in the 6th grade of primary school (81 boys and 63 girls). Test results were obtained using 8 MOBAK motor tests (category 5-6). The first 4 tests form the category Movement with an object and the next 4 tests form the category Self-movement. The test results themselves were supplemented by data obtained by the method of questioning. Students' parents filled in questionnaires about their children's sports activities. Students were divided into groups according to gender, leisure activities and sports activities with their parents, and within this division their results were compared. Results: The whole research group achieved average and similar results in both categories (Movement with an object and Self-movement). Boys achieved slightly better results in...

Filip, Ondřej ; Kaplan, Aleš (advisor) ; Komínková, Linda (referee)
Title: The evaluation of overarm throw in elementary school children using two selected methodologies Work objectives: The diploma thesis aim is to determine and assess the level of overarm throw technique in 1st and 2nd grade of elementary school using two different evaluation methods meda by Haywood and Getchell (2014) and Haibach, Reid and Collier (2011). The results of the evaluation of overarm throw by the methodology of Haywood and Getchell (2014) will then be compared with the results of the evaluation of the diploma theses created by Maryšková (2007) and Králová (2014). The sub-objective is to create an overview of the evaluation of product and process of overarm throw and to determine whether the methodology of evaluating the overarm throw according to Haibachová, Reid and Collier (2011) can be applied to children of elementary school in Czech conditions. Methodology: The study involved 70 probands, of which 35 boys and 35 girls, attending 1st and 2nd grade of elementary school. Monitoring the movement level of the overarm throw was realized by the method of participatory observation. Probands conducted three attempts in the defined area. Two digital video cameras were used for recording for more detailed analysis of motion using selected methodologies. The camera was statically placed to...

Jonáš, Michal ; Musálek, Martin (advisor) ; Kokštejn, Jakub (referee)
Title: Relation between motor skills, physical fitness and body composition in preschoolers age 4. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to determinate if there are any significant relationships between motor skills, physical fitness and body composition in preschool age. Furthermore, to determine the degree of these relationships and their stability over time using repeated measures. Methods: The research group consisted of n=17 preschool-age children. For the evaluation of body composition we used the method according to Matiegka (1921) The level of gross motor skills was assessed with a TGMD-2 (Ulrich, 2000). To determine the level of physical fitness, a combination of agility test 4x5 metre, multistage 20-metre shuttle run, standing long jump, sit-ups, sit-and-reach and throw ball with alternative hands. Basic descriptive statistics, normality tests, Pearson correlation, paired T-test and regression analysis with level of clinical significance were used to analyze obtained data. Results: The results of our study did not find any clinically significant relationships between the level of motor skills, physical fitness and body composition. The largest relationship was found between the 4x5 m agility test and the jump within TGMD- 2 (r = -0.68). We found the highest stability (reliability) in the...

Čumpelíková, Nikola ; Dlouhý, Martin (advisor) ; Pádivý, Martin (referee)
This diploma thesis examines the influence of specific learning disabilities on the gross motor skills of pupils at primary schools. The primary objective is to find out which specific learning disability affects gross motor skills and thus may have an impact on physical education difficulties. To achieve the primary goal, I chose a partial goal, which is to find out whether over the past ten years has increased or decreased the number of pupils with specific learning disabilities in primary schools. The secondary objective is to determine the awareness of PE teachers in primary schools about the issue of specific learning disabilities and to consider pupils in physical education lessons if they experience specific learning disabilities. The analysis of literature and questionnaire will be used to achieve these goals. The questionnaire survey was carried out by means of an electronic questionnaire, which was filled in by 55 respondents from primary schools in the Central Bohemia Region. The results of the questionnaire survey are processed into graphs and tables. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part I deal with the issue of specific learning disabilities, then the motor skills of people and assessment of pupils with special educational needs. The practical part focuses on...
