Kohoutek, Jan ; Strnadel, Josef (referee) ; Šimek, Václav (advisor)
The purpose of the thesis is to design and physically implement a system for location of devices in a Wi-Fi based networks deployed in the interior of small and medium-sized enterprises. First of all, the attention is given to the survey of commonly available technologies suitable for determination of the object position. Then, based on these findings, architecture of a location system comprising an array of sensor nodes and central processing unit is proposed. In conclusion, the results are presented and the fulfillment of the requirements is evaluated.

The top of this thesis is 3D face reconstruction by the help the projected regular grid from the 2D image. It also includes the grid detection and the description of methods that are needed to raster image processing. The application was written in C++ programming language, it uses OpenCV graphic library, and also it is designed for OS Windows XP and higher.
Optic disc segmentation in retinal images
System for People Detection and Localization Using Thermal Imaging Cameras
Představujeme metodu detekce a lokalizace osob s pomocí nízkonákladových termálních kamer FLIR Lepton 3.5 a malých počítačů Raspberry Pi 3B+.
Distribution Logistics of Selected Company
Tyralíková, Alžběta ; Kula, Karel (referee) ; Juřica, Pavel (advisor)
This Bachelor´s thesis deals with creating a new distribution warehouse by TONDACH Czech Republic s. r. o. At first it explains the basic and professional concepts of logistics and project management, introduces the reader with the solution of the issues. The following section analyzes the actual status of the company logistics, stakeholders and introducing the project strategy of establishing the warehouse. At the conclusion summarizes the benefits of a distribution warehouse and financial evaluation.
Methods for localization of pulsed broadband signal source
Machala, Petr ; Hadinec, Michal (referee) ; Drexler, Petr (advisor)
The topic of this barchelor’s thesis is the analysis of problems regarding localization of partial discharges (PD) and related PD recording, processing and interpretation in time and frequency domain. In majority of cases the occurrence of partial discharges refers to a certain defect in the measured device, therefore in practice (eg large equipment such as oil transformers) it appears to be very useful and economical to determine the exact position, where PDs are formed. To address these complex issues, it is necessary to design the entire measuring chain from PD detection to measured data processing and localization itself. In terms of data processing and PD localization many different localization and detection methods can be applied, some of them are presented in this documentation. These methods are gradually studied, implemented and afterwards tested using the input data of the experiment.
Localization of the caller in emergency medicine information system
Maleňák, Filip ; Sekora, Jiří (referee) ; Rozman, Jiří (advisor)
Aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to analyze methods that are used for localization of the caller during emergency call to 155 and the importance of an accurate localization during the rescue operation. Describe other methods that can be used for localization of the caller and draft of the solution for use these methods to enhanced localization of the caller. Emergency line is presented by the module of emergency operation center in emergency medical service information system. Proposed solution for enhanced localization of the caller is given by the iPhone application iSOS. The application was designed on requirement of simplicity and maximum efficiency of caller localization in emergency situation.
Detection, Localization, and Decoding QR Code in Image
Kałuża, Marian ; Juránková, Markéta (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
This thesis describes the QR Code detector based on detecting edge lines using Hough Transform and point-to-line parametrization. Generally, the presented method can be also used for detecting different types of matrix codes. This approach searches in the accumulated Hough space for evidence of the matrix code as one compound object. It detects parallel lines by finding a concurrent lines' image groups in the transformed space. It contrasts with the common approach which is first detect the lines and calculate the vanishing point afterwards, which omit much of the useful information stored in the Hough space which can be useful for the detection of vanishing points. The purpose of this thesis is a research of methods which can detect the QR Code in spite of rotation, perspective distortion or uneven illumination. The experimental evaluation shows that the presented algorithm is stable and accurate and is tolerant to high degrees of perspective deformation.
Deep-learning based localization of cardiac arrhythimas in ECG
Khaliullina, Sabina ; Novotná, Petra (referee) ; Ronzhina, Marina (advisor)
The thesis deals with the localization and classification of atrial atrial fibrillation. In Python, a detection method using convolutional neural networks with multi-instance learning (MIL) and the method of local maxima for localization were implemented. Segments from two ECG leads were used. In the binary classification using the first subset and subsequent post processing, the F1 score reached 100 %, in the classification using the second subset 92 %. In the discussion and conclusion of the work, the success of classification and localization was evaluated, the achieved results were discussed and compared the with the results of other authors.
