The Current Form of Evaluation and its Impact on Fluctuation of Employees in the Chosen Company

The diploma thesis titled is focused on the perception of evaluation in a selected sample of respondents. The main objective is to describe, analyze and process the evaluation system, which is also an important motivational element, in the chosen company in the field of electrical engineering. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of the term evaluation and of evaluation process. The practical part is focused on the characteristics of the chosen company, it´s evaluation system and the results of the analysis dealing with the current state of evaluation of the employees. The final part of thesis describes suggested approaches which will help to decrease fluctuations in the company.
Evaluation of public procurements - law and practice

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to examine the process of evaluation of public procurements, especially the analysis of evaluation criteria within the chosen period. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts of public procurement. The practical part focuses on evaluation criteria, their frequency, occurrence and possible changes with the adoption of a new law.
The Evaluation Process of Employees in the Organizational Body of Funded Organizations

The thesis consists of a case study and focuses on the processes of assessment, training and remuneration of employees in the organizational component of a budgetary organization. The introductory part focuses on the opinion of experts on human resources management with emphasis on the areas studied. Special emphasis is placed on the evaluation process, its methods, evaluation criteria, classification, evaluator's personality and the course of evaluator's meeting with the person who is being assessed. We also focused on training and remuneration - processes following the evaluation. Concerning educational issues, we were interested in the opinions of professionals focusing on identifying the needs of training, its planning and results evaluation. Remuneration was viewed as one of the most effective tools to motivate employees in connection with the transfer of assessment to the remuneration. The application part of the thesis introduces in-depth analysis of the current levels of the evaluation process and the processes connected with it - training and remuneration of employees in the selected organization. Assessment of headmasters by school founders

My diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of headmasters by their school founders. It deals mainly with identifying the ways of evaluation, defining evaluation criteria and the overall approach to the assessment of the quality of headmasters' work. The aim is to create for a school founder an overview of the most commonly used forms of evaluation of headmasters. My work seeks to identify and compare different approaches to evaluation of headmasters by different school founders in the Prague region. My goal is to map and compare which criteria are considered to be crucial in evaluation of headmasters. Firstly, I would like to determine whether school founders have determined criteria for assessment of headmasters; secondly whether these criteria are familiar to headmasters, or whether they are possibly published. Next, I would like to present the schedule in which evaluation of headmasters is carried out and which forms of assessment are considered as motivational. Self-assessment at the Primary School focusing on integrated pupils

This thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part defines the concept of self-assessment and focuses on the significance and forms of self-assessment, as well as the factors arising during implementation of self-assessment in education. This part also contains findings from specialized publications analysing the relationship between assessment and self-assessment directed towards individualisation (personalisation). The practical part of this thesis takes the form of pro-active research, the aim of which is to observe implementation of self- assessment by a specific pupil with a specific learning disability. It describes how to teach an integrated pupil to self-assess, confirms that the pupil is able to self-assess his work and describes the steps involved in the implementation. Selfevaluation of pupils during transition between 1st and 2nd primary school level

The topic of my graduation final thesis is "Pupils self-evaluation during the children transfer from 1. to 2. level of a primary school (and teachers help with determining self-evaluation criteria). The thesis is composed as theoretical - empirical work. The mail goal of the theoretical part of my final thesis is to define main terms of pupils self-evaluation during the evaluating criteria formation and teachers help with determining self-evaluation criteria using didactical and psychological literature. The main goal of the empirical part of my final thesis is to map the occurrence of self- evaluation of pupils during their transfer from 1. to 2. level of the primary school. The empirical study was carried out during two years. It was focused on 5th grade pupils and subsequently their situation one year after- in 6th grade. The basic method was observation of educational process and the observation was completed by dialogues with teachers, pupils and the school director. The result is, that the self-evaluation at the first level of primary school is strongly taken into account and is used during almost all pupils activities. The situation on the second level of the primary school is different, the self-evaluation is only used by several teachers and there is no continuity between these two levels...
Community Planning as the Way of the Public Participation in the Development of Selected Municipalities in the Region of South Bohemia

The diploma thesis is focused on the public participation in the municipality development through the community planning methods. The main goal is the evaluation of processes of public participation in the municipal planning documents preparation for some selected municipalities in the region of South Bohemia. These documents have been created on the principles of community planning. Among the documents belong strategic town plans, community plans for health and quality of life, and community plans of social services. The theoretical part is primarily focused on the issue of local development, community planning including its principles, historical links and legal foundations. Last but not least, there is a public participation process described in the theoretical part as well. At the end of the theoretical part, there is a theory of evaluation of the successful public participation in the planning process. The empirical part relates to the mentioned theory of the evaluation of the public participation methods. The empirical part contains the analysis of the public engagement in creating documents in three particular towns: Třeboň, Dačice and Český Krumlov. The analysis aims to the approach of mentioned towns in the case of public participation, measuring related costs, assessing the success of the process according to the assigned evaluation criteria and eventually on the mistakes identification. On the basis of this analysis there are the key, determining the successful community planning implementation, defined. According to the analysis new procedures are suggested.
Founder's evaluation of headmasters of leisure time centers

The aim of this dissertation is to describe current state of evaluation of leisure time centres' directors, approaching the topic from the point of view of a superior institution that adjusts reward amounts. Firstly, the paper classifies leisure time centres in the Czech education system. Then, it goes on to describe current state of these centres in the Czech Republic, including funding, youth workers and laws that influence activities of particular directors and superior institutions. After that, the work focuses on the topic of directors' evaluation from various aspects. It describes evaluation methods that can be used in the process, including the procedure of adjusting reward amounts. Then, the work analyses particular kriteria that are published in certain cases by superior institutions at their web pages. It describes the most common evaluation criteria and procedures, seen both from the position of leisure time centres' directors and from their superior institutions. At the end, there are recommendations for superior institutions that can be used in the process of adjusting reward amounts for leisure time centres' directors.
Public tenders in the Czech Republic - their potential and application

The topic of this submitted diploma thesis is an analysis of the commissioning and evaluation of the public procurement in the Czech Republic. I pay attention to the most frequent mistakes at spending public funds through the public procurement. The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical description of the Czech public procurement system. The next chapters include the overview of the evaluation system and evaluation criteria in the public procurement. The forth and the fifth chapters are focused on the general and individual mistakes during the commissioning and the application procedure.
