Qualification of dance education instructors of children from years 3 to 6 in elementary art schools and youth centers

This bachelor thesis looks at the skills and education of teachers of dance, teachers of leisure activities, tutors, and additional staff, who teach dance education in elementary art schools and youth centers. In the theoretic section the thesis processes theoretical and practical ideologies regarding free time, leisure and recreational activities, children of preschool age, and their relationship to exercise. Additionally the thesis discusses the educational backgrounds and qualifications of dance instructors and looks at how they lead dance classes in both elementary art schools and youth centers. In the practical section the thesis discovers whether the theoretical assumptions of the dance education management and its application match. Moreover, it compares the differences between two different institutions and measures factors of parental and directorial satisfaction of the dance workshops. This practical secrion examines the directoral requirements for the techers' abilities, their real education and qualification, and the parents' satisfaction with the institutions. Factors Affecting the Profesion Development of the Head of DDM and SVČ in the Pardubice region

This thesis deals with a topic that factors influencing the professional development of school principals. Its aim is to determine the quantitative and qualitative research which factors and to what extent the professional development of directors house of children and youth and leisure centers (the DDM and SVČ) in the Pardubice region influence. The core issue is the continuing education of directors DDM and SVČ, whether in their professional development in further education. The thesis also includes a six-year term of office, which can have a significant impact on the professional development of directors of DDM and SVČ. Research suggests that the Director of SVC and DDM most important factor that affects their professional development, continuing education. The research results are used in the field of school management and management education as an extension of knowledge about the work of the directors of DDM and SVČ and their professional development, which is negatively and positively influenced by various factors. Evaluation criteria for the evaluation of director of a house for children and youth

The subject of the thesis Evaluation criteria for the evaluation of directors of houses for children and youth is an analysis of the current status of the evaluation process directors by founders of houses for children and youth (DDM). The aim of this thesis is to determine how the assessment is carried out DDM founder of directors, including the sources, methods and criteria that are used in the evaluation. My fundamental goal by this thesis: To determine whether the results of the evaluation are used in the further development directors DDM and whether the directors and founders believe that the evaluation of the founder directors is necessary for improving the quality of DDM. The theoretical part deals with the definition houses for children and youth, director DDM, founder DDM, staff evaluation and training and development. In the practical part of the research - descriptive type of research, conducted through questionnaires on the basis of three hypotheses. Conclusion the paper provides an overview of the current condition.
Analysis of leisure time teachers job satisfaction at houses for children and youth

The goal of the thesis "Analysis of leisure time teachers job satisfaction at houses for children and youth" is to analyze leisure time teacher profession in terms of job satisfaction. It tries to find out what aspects of job satisfaction are considered to be the most important by the teachers, and how they are reflected to the satisfaction with current situation. Additionally, the thesis designes solutions in those areas where (based on the research) the leisure time teachers see the biggest difference between an importance and a satisfaction. The theoretical part deals with defining of the terms houses for children and youth, leisure time teachers, leisure education, theory of job satisfaction and factors of job satisfaction. The practical part is based on the research, carried out in the form of a questionnaire based on four determined hypotheses. The conclusion of the work proposes solution.
Institution for leisure children under 18 years in Pilsen region

The bachelor thesis deals with mapping of children and youth centres in Pilsen region and thesis is specialized for children and youth centres in city Pilsen. One of the identified institution undergoes thorough analysis. Thesis has two parts. First part is theoretical. In theoretical part are identified basic concepts in this issues like for example youth, free time, or institution of interest education. Second part of thesis is research part who deals practice this issues in Pilsen region. At first was compiles data about location and found children and youth centres in Pilsen region. On this basis are described children and youth centres in city Pilsen and one of these centres is choose for thorough analysis. In analysis is Children and Youth Centre Talent o.p.s. and target is determine whether institution fullfill function in section of interest education. Method of research is institional analysis by Bronislaw Malinowski. In the end of thesis is ratings this institutions accroding to results of analysis and the proposed recommendation for improvement function this institution.

The work focuses on school educational programmes which are a topical issue not only within all levels of the formal education, but also out of their scope where the school framework programmes are not applied. The first chapter deals with the school curriculum reform, curriculum documents, pillars, forms and the general analysis of school educational programmes. The second chapter contains characteristics and a comparison of two school educational programmes applied in two leisure-time centres - The Children's and Youth Centres in Jindřichův Hradec and in Strakonice. It also outlines the socio-demographic development, brief characteristics of both leisure-time centres, conditions for creation of school educational programmes, and their content analysis.

This thesis aims to describe which development oppourtunities are and valorize importace of further education for leisure time pedagogues professional develompent. The work is devided to four main chapters. The first chpater characterizes th youth center. Second one describes leisure time pedagogues. The third one is about leisure time pedagogues direkt in youth center. And the last one deals with development oppourtunities, accredited courses in further education systém, and another "new" further ecucation oppourtunities.
