Reliability of evaluation in selected technical subjects

v anglickém jazyce Annotation In the theoretical part of my bachelor thesis I deal with the definitions of school evaluation, conception of the current evaluation, types of evaluation, characteristics of evaluation, specifications of the secondary technical school evaluation, as well as the assessment in specialised subjects and reliability of the assessment as the condition of the objective evaluation. The empirical part deals with the level of reliability in the assessment of a set task in the subject - Commercial - Law Correspondence. The written and oral communication and written and electronic communication. The teachers of this subject, at three secondary technical schools in Prague 1, 4 and 9, were asked to give students a specific task and assess it according set criteria. One of the assessors was the teacher of the subject and I was the second one. The reliability was defined as the identity rate of the independent assessment of the same school tasks carried out by two assessors. In the summary I reflect the contribution and drawbacks of the research and the task assessment done by the other teachers and my own assessment. I try to suggest the steps for following the basic rules of criteria in business letters.
Teachers personality in the 21st century

The aim of diploma thesis Teachers personality in the 21st century is to point out the importance of the human spiritual dimension, as well as the importance of personality development of every teacher. The thesis is trying to disclose which of the challenges are teachers facing nowadays and how the students and pupils themselves are affected by their lecturers. The paper describes the transformation of the teacher's role in present-day society. Two different approaches in teachers training are presented and compared - classical higher education and Waldorf education. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the definition of the personality concept regarding a psychological point of view, as well as the definition of teacher education paradigm transformation relating to key competences and professional teachers standards. One section of the text is describing the basic principles of Waldorf pedagogy. The empirical part consists of an analysis of two different teacher education approaches, obtained through interviews with representatives of the Faculty of Education of Charles University in Prague and Freie Hochschule in Stuttgart. The Certified Nurses - Causes and Impacts of Their Critical Paucity in the Czech Hospitals

The diploma thesis is about the current problem of the lack of nurses, in particular general, children and practical nurses in the environment of the Czech health care. In the introduction of the theoretical part, there is an overall view of the current lack of workers in these professions and the consequences that this deficit brings to the Czech hospitals. Furthermore, the theoretical part is about several topics that are generally identified as causes of the lack of interest in this profession due to the lack of nurses. These are especially the issues of education of nurses, salaries and also the prestige of a nurse's profession. The area of competence in nursing professions is elaborated as a supplement chapter, to the overall view of current issues. The empirical part includes eleven interviews with nurses in senior positions (ward and head nurses in hospitals), the topics of which are processed in the theoretical part. The interviews were processed as thematic analysis with the help of open coding. Particularly, data obtained from a discussion group of nurses on social networks was used to illustrate the situation. Competency profile of a women's football coach

Title: Competence profile of a women's football coach Aims: The main aim of the thesis is to create six competence profiles of a women's football coach, from the perspective of players, coaches, adult players, adolescent players, lower division players and upper division players. A partial aim is to compare the importance of individual competences for the aforementioned groups of respondents. Methods: The thesis used quantitative research methods. After reviewing professional literature, a list of three groups of 55 competences necessary for the work of a women's football coach was compiled. By means of an electronic questionnaire, women's football coaches and female football players in all adult and adolescent divisions were asked to assess the importance of individual competences. The questionnaire had a total of 424 respondents. Results: Six competence profiles of women's football coaches were created in the thesis, according to players, coaches, adult players, adolescent players, lower division players and upper division players. Possibilities of employing a social educator in the framework of prevention of burnout syndrome by teachers at a selected elementary school

In this diploma thesis I deal with the topic Possibilities of employment of a social pedagogue within the prevention of burnout syndrome in teachers at a selected primary school. In the theoretical part I deal with the concepts of social pedagogy and social pedagogue, stress factors and burnout syndrome in pedagogical practice. It also defines the competencies of a social pedagogue not only in the school environment. In the practical part I present quantitative and qualitative research. Quantitative research used a questionnaire method. Questionnaires were addressed to the teachers of the selected primary school. The obtained data are processed into graphs. Qualitative research, which expanded quantitative knowledge, took the form of interviews. From the information I gained, I developed a grounded theory. The main goal of this diploma thesis was to find out the possibilities of support for teachers that a social pedagogue has in the prevention of burnout. The research concluded that educators expect a greater opportunity to share stressful situations with a social educator. Central US bodies under the constitutions between 1781 and 1787 and their competences Abstract The subject of this thesis is the central bodies of the United States of America and their competences. In the context of this work the central bodies are the President of the United States as the head of the executive branch, bicameral Congress, consisting of the House of Representatives and the Senate, as the major body of the legislative branch and the Supreme Court as the major body of the judicial branch. The aim of this work was to analyze how these bodies function and their position within the constitutional system of the United States, both horizontally and vertically. The first part of the thesis deals with the circumstances of the establishment of the United States of America, the adoption of the Declaration of Independence and the end of the American War of Independence. The second part deals with the Articles of Confederation, the first US Constitution, and the process of their creation, the bodies that were created on their basis and their competences. Teacher assistant competences

Thesis "Teacher assistant competences" responds to growing number of teacher assistants in educational system and reflects still remaining ambiguities in delineating requirements on assistants' services and activities. The objective of thesis is on the basis of empirical findings define the basic competences of teacher assistant working in a regular basic school. In its theoretical part thesis works with legislative norms specifying the role of teacher assistant and with findings of relevant researches. The explorative part of thesis is based on qualitatively orientated methodology and processes data from eighty interviews realized with assistants, teachers, principals and pupils with special educational needs from twenty basic mainstream schools. Data in research were processed by classification, coding and schematization with using the form of framework analysis. From the research results author formulates the main outcome - suggested model of competences for teacher assistant professional standard.
Historical Development of Anesthesiology Nurse

The rapid development of the intensive care medicine with a large amount of highly specific information requires sufficiently educated nurses in the field. A nurse anesthetist is a nurse working in intensive care with a focus on anesthesiology. She provides highly specialized nursing care to patients during the course of general or local anesthesia. The work is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the development of anesthesiology and intensive care medicine. It also focuses on the education of nurses. The education of nurses is summarised from historical beginnings to the present time. This part also includes new requirements for the education of non-medical medical staff and the current supporting legislation. Higher education for intensive care is also mentioned. The next chapter of the theoretical part focuses on the competencies of nurses in anesthesiology and intensive care medicine. The practical part includes interviews with six nurses. Three interviews were conducted with nurses that witnessed the beginnings of the field of anesthesiology as we know it nowadays.
