Aristotle's theory of cause

Aristotle's theory of cause being a broad topic, this bachelor thesis focuses on Aristotle's theoretical treatment of causes in Physics II. It undertakes a detailed analysis of its most important chapters (II, 3 a II, 7) and deals particularly with division of causes into four types. It also included the topic of causal modes. Equally, it deals with the repercussions of the theory for the work of a natural scientist, which follow from the division into four types of a cause. Aristotle's attitude to the job of a natural scientist is that all four causes are to be demonstrated to make knowledge complete. The thesis also deals with the status of causes in general and inquires both into the meaning of causes as real and constitutive factors of reality and the role of causes as explanatory factors. Among questions relating to the explanatory function of causes is a consideration whether it is not just a linguistic analysis. Another question is the foundation of the theory of four causes. In the core chapter of the thesis are separately analysed four causes in their mutual relations. Analysis demonstrates causal interdependence resulting in recognition of causal unity. Burnout syndrome in health workers

The bachelor thesis consists of two parts. Theoretical and practical parts. The first theoretical part deals with the issue of a burnout syndrome among a health workers. Now a days the burnout syndrome is a phenomenon and a well- known trend that nobody takes seriously. Therefore, the theoretical part contains the various definitions which describe this syndrome, a characteristics and its significance, a phase and a causes of its occurrence and whom it might most be affected. In addition, knowledge of how to prevent and treat the syndrome. The second practical part defines the main aim of this work. The aim is to introduce a students of University of South Bohemia as a prevention of the burnout syndrome, a laics who sporadic meet this term, and last but not least to recall this issue to a healthcare professionals and a health workers who do not admit that they in many cases really suffer from this syndrome but the opposite is true. I want to chart the susceptibility of this problem to the sample of a health workers and a medici staff I have been doing. A quantitative research strategy was used for a research using a questionnaire survey. Further in the practical part I use a tables and a charts for a better orientation of my surfy results. In the final part of the bachelor thesis I compare the results from the questionnaire survey with hypotheses. Finally, I propose a measures that would prevent this syndrome.

The theoretical part deals with anatomy, kinetics and kinematics of the hand. It also includes causes, etiology, diagnosis, or invasive and non- invasive and postoperative treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome. Two case reports of patients after surgery carpal tunnel syndrome are presented in the practical part. The case report is devided into an initial examination, treatment, final examination and evaluation of results of the therapy.

The aim is to compile a comprehensive text and a compact overview of procedures and activities connected to the subject. The work also includes a supplement containing parts of a specific final report, which shows practical solution to the problem.
Suggestion for Reduction of Customer Complaints

The master’s thesis is focused on evaluation of present process of managment of complaints in particular company in 2014. The evaluation is made by quality managment tools and with using correlation analysis. On the basis of acquired pieces of information there will be suggest corrective measures. These correctives measures will lead to improvement of managment process of complaints and reduce customer complaints.
Analysis of process for production of small plates

Theme of the Master’s thesis is analysis of process for production of small plates. Main parts of the thesis are analysis of the production process, process mapping, data capture, analysis of the data by Pareto analysis and find causes of nonconformities. Causes analysis is based on data analysis and process observation. It is divided to chapters by factors which are influencing the process. Optimization measures are designed with regard to their simplicity of realization and system in organization.
Analysis of forging disagreement

This diploma thesis deals with the generation of the different drope stampings in industrial process in MBNS Kovárna Company. The main purpose of this thesis is analysis of the industrial process and finding the main factors influences on the process. It especially deals with forgings of the shafts and also flanges with the similar quality of material 42CrMo4. Reasons of the disagreements are focused on surface insensibilities of the forging - crack. First theoretic part introduces company, meaning of the quality of material and describes tools used for finding reasons of the generation of disagreements. In the second practical part is described the whole industrial process and determination of the reasons of disagreements. In concluding part the results are analyzed and some correctional recommendations are suggested.
