Specifics of lecturing work in the Customs administration of Czech Republic

The aim of this thesis is to identify and characterize the specifics of lecturing work with a focus on the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic. The structure of the thesis is divided into two main parts, namely the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part emphasizes the importance of further professional education. Attention is paid to the characteristics and description of general concepts of business education. The profession of the lecturer is characterized in the andragogic context with the definition of his/her basic competencies and activities in the individual phases of the educational event implementation. Lecturer's work in the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic is also characterized and its specifics are identified. In the practical part of the thesis, the case study is realized in the form of questionnaire. The aim of the case study is to analyse the effective use of the teaching methods, teaching aids and the feedback methods. The target group are lecturers of the Czech Customs Administration. An anonymous questionnaire was chosen as the key tool of the case study. The findings are presented in graphs and tables including accompanying comments. The conclusion summarizes the results of the investigation and a final evaluation.
Management of training courses of technical staff in an out-of-school organization

This thesis focuses on creating a draft proposal for the qualification paths for two specific technical professions in accordance to the modern and increasingly popular trends in e-learning methods. The draft proposal deals specifically with the new structure of the qualification paths and compares the ways in which the qualification paths are managed within the scope of technical personnel training performed by the extra-curricular department of After Sales Training. This department provides training to importer delegates and the Czech dealer network. The comparison study focuses on the currently used structure of fixed learning/qualification paths performed mainly in the form of presence training (which joins profession-specific training with general and shared basic content), and on the newly prepared training concept consisting of an individual and personalised training plan based on personal preferences and knowledge levels, which is completed by a final knowledge test. Therefore, the objective of this thesis is to propose a new structure of personnel training for two professions which is to be delivered in an extra-curricular training organisation. The work is focused on creating a set of teaching materials on the theme "Birds", which are designed for work groups of pupils aged 8-11 years old elementary school under the guidance of a teacher without the presence of the trainer Zoo Hluboká nad Vltavou. File ("teaching package") will provide information and tools used to help demonstrate the approach of the topics dealt directly with exhibitions focusing on birds, guidance and information for teachers and worksheets for children, including solutions. Individual locations are related with biogeography and apply to the specific environment selected birds groups.
The Relationship between Level of Motivation and Achieved Results in Adult Education Process

This bachelor thesis focuses mainly on the issue of a motivation to professional education of adults and its influence on the results of the education, in particular the knowledge of the office application MS Excel. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the issue of education of adults and their motivation to education in general terms. In this part the personality of a teacher of adults, his/her abilities and competences, is discussed extensively. In the following part the author focuses on the possible influence of a teacher on the result of education. The practical part is based on the questionnaire survey and tests of knowledge of participants of education by the GEDU program. In the survey the input motivation of the participants to education, the possibility to use the gained knowledge in practice and the possible influence of the personality of the teacher on the results of education, mainly concerning the subjective shift of knowledge, is examined. The aim of the research is to ascertain whether there is a shift of knowledge of the participants during the training, considering that the initial knowledge of the office application MS Excel is not important. The final part of this thesis summarizes results of this research. It is showed how the participant of the research perceives the teacher and to what extent is the personality of the teacher important in connection to other motivational factors. Finally, the subjective and the real shift of knowledge of MS Excel of the participants is illustrated.
The phenomenon of instructors - just a worker or a personality?

The bachelor thesis is focusing on the phenomenon of instructory according to different points of view. The main object is to chart organisation requirements towards elev traitor and leading mentor with their own perception of themselves in the role and them being aware of a possible progress. Then the thesis focuses on the conditions for choosing team members by the leading mentor. Another researched fact is difference between an instructor as a worker and an instructor with a personality. In the first part the theme is dealt in the teoretical context. The second part is a practical investigation. For the research the author uses half structured interview with instructors of three organisations, representing all the three positions elev traitor, mentor and leading mentor. The results complete the theoretical part.
Competencies of a lecturer using activation methods in adult education

This Bachelor's thesis focuses on the definition of lecturers' competences in adult education that uses a participative style of teaching. The current state of professionalization of lecturers in the Czech Republic will be explored alongside the definition of lecturer using activation methods in adult education and lecturer's competences within this thesis. The basic description of the commonly used activation teaching methods and the high teaching requirements of these methods will also be illustrated. Finally, this thesis introduces the competence model using the activation methods in adult education with a possible schema of the model usage in the real world. Qualification of dance education instructors of children from years 3 to 6 in elementary art schools and youth centers

This bachelor thesis looks at the skills and education of teachers of dance, teachers of leisure activities, tutors, and additional staff, who teach dance education in elementary art schools and youth centers. In the theoretic section the thesis processes theoretical and practical ideologies regarding free time, leisure and recreational activities, children of preschool age, and their relationship to exercise. Additionally the thesis discusses the educational backgrounds and qualifications of dance instructors and looks at how they lead dance classes in both elementary art schools and youth centers. In the practical section the thesis discovers whether the theoretical assumptions of the dance education management and its application match. Moreover, it compares the differences between two different institutions and measures factors of parental and directorial satisfaction of the dance workshops. This practical secrion examines the directoral requirements for the techers' abilities, their real education and qualification, and the parents' satisfaction with the institutions. Demands on Competencies of Lectors of Adaptation Courses for High School

This Bachelor thesis discusses demands on competencies of lectors of adaptation courses for high schools. The object of the thesis is to assemble a list of competencies that a lector should dispose of to be able to attain the goals of the adaptation course. The thesis presents the concept of adaptation courses and differents ways of their realisation. It also disserts on the competencies and the advantage of their utilization and presents two competency models that concern the profession of an adaptation course lector. With the use of relevant literature it identifies the main goals and principles of an adaptation course and the competencies they imply. Examples of particular show of these competencies in behaviour are a part of the assembled list.
