Glass Plates Manipulator
Zach, Jiří ; Kunta, Zdeněk (referee) ; Foller, Bronislav (advisor)
The object of this diploma work is to project a manipulator for the chaffs of glass, which will be mounted to the cutting machine RKP 01. The function of this manipulator will be a transposition of the chaffs of glass from the supply table to the haul. This manipulator check by calculations. RPK is the cutting machine for the circular-shaped cutouts, from which the saucers are made. Everything will be operated automatically, position of a handling moulding will be located by the sense organs and everything will be controlled by the automat, which was already designed by the firma FESTO FEC 30.
Deskription of vacual manipulation end-effectors of industrial robots
Pačíska, Tomáš ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Kolíbal, Zdeněk (advisor)
The work contains a competent recherche, sorting and description of different types of passive and active vacuum end-effectors of industrial robots and their's work principle. This work also defines basic parameters of ejectors and components for providing their functionality.
Design of a robotic workplace for the operation of injection molding machines with subsequent assembly and inspection
Musil, Marek ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design of a robotic workplace for the operation of injection moulding machines. It is concerned with the design of the workplace component deployment and the evaluation of the best variant using a multi-criteria assessment. In detail, attention is paid to the end effectors of industrial robots and the assembly workplace, where finishing operations take place. Finally, the risk analysis and technical and economic evaluation of the proposed workplace are carried out.
Robotic workstation for silicon filling of part of “Valve cartridge”
Černý, Jiří ; Tůma, Zdeněk (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on robotized technological workstation (RTW) for production of “Valve cartridge” product. The production workstation, studied in the diploma thesis, is located at IMI Precision Engineering company and is focused on silicon filling. In the introduction a present workstation is evaluated and a present status of industrial robots and robotized workstation is analyzed. In main part of the thesis two solutions for robotic automation are designed, with respect of assigned parameters. The final solution is chosen by method of multicriteria decisional analysis. Project documentation is created for chosen variant including manipulation work cycle and block diagram of RTW control. The thesis includes calculation of capital return. At the final part of the thesis ergonomics and safety of workstation is analyzed; the risks of robotized technological workstation components are also evaluated. Technologists and quality engineer requirements are taken into account during working on the thesis.
Electric drivers for robotics area
Matušík, David ; Huzlík, Rostislav (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the problematic of electric drives in a robotics area. The first part focuses on the history of industrial and mobile robots. In the second part is made an evaluation of the current state in the field of electric drive units which are used for stationary and for mobile robots. Following chapter contains a research of suitable power energy supplies for direct current drives of mobile robots. The conclusion of this bachelor thesis is devoted to a critical evaluation and recommendations for constructors.
Proposal end effector for industrial robot
Dvorník, Jan ; Merenus, Ondřej (referee) ; Budík, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with the distribution of end effectors used in industrial robotics. The first part describes the basic types of industrial robots. Further deals with division and description types of end effectors. Subsequently, it describes the proces of design and selection of the gripper module. The last part includes connectivity solutions for robot grippers, a proposal power, control and calculation gripping forces.
Production machines and industrial robots with hybrid kinematics structures
Martinec, Matej ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is aimed at gaining insight into the issue of hybrid kinematic structures of production machines and industrial robots. For simple understanding, the basic concepts and a brief overview of the history of industrial robots are defined at the beginning of the work. The next chapter describes the components. Next is the analysis of industrial robots and manipulators. The following chapter contains a description of kinematic structures and individual robots with a hybrid kinematic structure. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the use of industrial robots with hybrid kinematic structure in practice and design of robots for medical purposes.
Design of measurement robotized workcell
Tvardek, Michal ; Sláma, Josef (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This master's thesis focuses on the use of the Renishaw's Equator gauging system in cooperation with the industrial robot. The target is to design the robotized workcell which contains these two products. Robot acts as a manipulator for inserting and sorting out the workpieces into the "good" and "bad" pallets according to measured results from the Equator. Equator uses a parallel kinematics and probing system which is normally used on coordinate measuring machines. Therefore there is the introduction to the parallel and serial kinematic structures, to the problems of the coordinate measuring machines in the first part of this thesis. It was made a separation of the probing systems into a few basic categories, description of the typical representatives of these categories and of the other important accessories of the coordinate measuring machines, too. The second part of the thesis contains a description of the Equator gauging system, the industrial robot which I used and their accessories. In this part is mentioned a few examples of measurement automation in industry practice, too. The third part devotes to the design of the robotized workcell and contains all the important requirements for the realization.
The construction of the industrial robot type "SCARA" with electrical actuators basic kinematic chain located on the base of the robot
Rybár, Šimon ; Kočiš, Petr (referee) ; Kolíbal, Zdeněk (advisor)
The theme of the thesis is a structural design of the robotic system SCARA. Thesis at the start clarifies the definition of robots and industrial robots. Next it deals with kinematic structures, from basic to more advnced structures, including SCARA type robot. The next chapter describes parts used in design of industrial robots. In the fourth chapter, the table provides an overview of currently available SCARA robots and their attributes. The rest of the thesis itself consists of machine design from determining the required parameters to 3D design. This section also contains extensive computational parts and justifies the choice of the components.
Application for Industrial Robot Demonstration
Lázničková, Jana ; Benešl, Tomáš (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of this paper is to create a demo application that presents the interaction of the Mitsubishi RV-4FR industrial robot with the SICK Inspector industrial camera. The robot step by step takes out items from the input stock (items can be randomly sorted), uses the camera to identify a specific item. Items that are not in order are placed in the storage stock. Conversely, the items in the corresponding order are folded into two output stocks and creating two different images.
