Calender operation safety in rubber industry
Darvaši, Martin ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with legislative requirements for the safe production and operation of machinery in the territory of the European Union. It describes the most significant European directives in this field and explains their importance for machinery manufacturers and operators. An overview of harmonized standards and their application is also provided in the thesis. Furthermore, a risk assessment of a rolling machine in operation on the territory of the Slovak Republic is conducted. This section elaborates on the issues related to operating older machines.
Safety of the gantry-type machining centre
Pejchal, Viktor ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the safety requirements of the harmonization legislation EU of the portal machining center. Within the specific machinery, a list of relevant harmonized standards, a list of possible hazards and an overview of calculations with a particular calculation of the safe cover thickness is prepared.
Digital commissioning of a robotic production system for parts assembly
Onderka, Tomáš ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with digital commissionig of a robotic production system for parts assembly. The issue of digital commissioning is described in the theoretical part of the thesis, followed by a safety of the workplace and description of used grippers. Parts assembly, large series and small series approaches are described in the practical part of the thesis. For digital commissioning was used ABB RobotStudio and small series workplace was commissioned.
Safety assessment of a multifunctional machining centre
Šponiarová, Petra ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The thesis deals with the safety of the multifunctional machining centre of TOS KUŘIM – OS, a.s. In order to assess the safety of the multifunctional machining centre and the safety of the workers involved in its manufacture and assembly, it was first necessary to familiarise ourselves with all the legislation, which includes EU harmonisation and OSH legislation. Harmonised legislation is followed by harmonised technical standards. Compliance with the basic safety requirements of the relevant harmonised standards is a prerequisite for meeting all the requirements of harmonisation legislation. One of the basic requirements before placing a product on the EU market is to carry out a risk analysis. This has been done by correcting and supplementing the risk analysis of the milling machining centre, on whose design the analysed machining centre is based, to meet the requirements of ČSN EN ISO 12100:2011. Particular attention was paid to the production and assembly stage, where several standard production and assembly procedures were selected. Flow charts were drawn up for these selected procedures and a risk analysis was carried out using the FMERA method, which was developed by modifying the FMECA method. For each risk, measures were proposed to ensure that it was reduced to an acceptable level.
Safety of a selected production node of an automated body production line
Plachý, Štěpán ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with the safety of a selected production node of an automated body production line. The first part is focused on a recherche of relevant directives by the Council and the European parliament. Follows a systems analysis of a solving issue and description of the production line. In the next part of the thesis, there is an accomplished analysis of harmonized standards in the safety of the production line. Furthermore, there is made hazard identification, risk estimation and risk assessment. The last part of the thesis is focused on a variants creation of safety of a workplace, technical-economic consideration of variants and computations for a final variant of the workplace.
Safety assessment of NHX5500 DMG MORI machining center
Novotný, Petr ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with legislative purposes for the operation of machinery in the Czech Republic and the European Union. It deals with the analysis of technical standards of machinery, specific machining centers. The analysis of the risky machining center NHX 5500 DMG Mori is based on this. The result of the work is the minimization of ongoing risks and meeting the legal requirements of the state of the operated machining center.
New Concept of Car Headlights Test Fixtures
Melničuk, Petr ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The subject of this diploma thesis is designing a way of substituting pneumatic drives with electrical actuators for mechanical movements in a headlights tester. The thesis also contains a theoretical introduction to the issue in the first part. Substitution variants are assessed considering chosen parameters and evaluated using multi-criteria evaluation method. Two final designs are compiled based on the evaluation results and processed into the 3D model of the tester. Drawings are produced for these solutions. In conclusion, a recommendation derived from achieved results is given to the tester manufacturer, ELCOM a.s.
Risk analysis of conveyor belt type PDN-DPU 10010
Lapčík, David ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with safety requirements for the conveyor belt according to the legislation of the European Union and related legislation of the Czech Republic. Requirements are processed by system analysis (approach). A risk analysis is performed for the given requirements and the conclusion is the assessment of these evaluated risks.
The issue of placing machining centers on the market of the European Union and the Commonwealth of Independent States
Drozdov, Filipp ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
This thesis discusses introducing CNC machining centers to the markets of the European Union and the Commonwealth of Independent States (currently the Eurasian Economic Union). The first chapter of the thesis focuses on the legal requirements for placing the products on the markets of the European Union and the Eurasian Economic Union, their comparison, systematic analysis of the problem, and certification schemes. The second chapter of the thesis analyses safety requirements for CNC machining centers, discusses CNC machines checklists development and their comparison for the markets of the European Union and the Eurasian Economic Union.
Safety assessment of operator activities for WHN 13 CNC horizontal boring machine
Nohavica, Radek ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The diploma’s thesis deals with the current state of requirements for products resulting from directives of the European Parliament and the European Council. The aim of the thesis is a system analysis of the issue, proposal and justification of the chosen procedure for solving the objectives. Furthermore, the analysis of requirements of current standards and safety analysis related to the work of machine operators in the areas of operation, service and maintenance of horizontal boring machine WHN 13 CNC. The analysis is followed by a proposal for preventive measures for hazards where the value of risks and criticality is unacceptable, leading to their reduction.
