In its practical part, the thesis deals with an industrial complex, specifications of its safety arrangements in terms of staffing and technology, and in particular the use of fire safety systems to minimise potential risks. In its final part, the paper proposes additional safety measures for the industrial complex that are currently rendered unfeasible by existing software, hardware or legislative restrictions.
Cyber-security in systems of publish-subscribe type

This thesis deals with data distribution service and is divided into three parts. The first part of this thesis focuses on theoretical knowledge of data distribution service. This section gradually introduces the model used in data distribution service, quality of service and the RTPS protocol, which was specially developed for the needs of data distribution service. The most comprehensive part of the theoretical part deals with security in data distribution service. At the end of the first part of this thesis, selected impelementations of data distribution service are introduced. The second part of this thesis deals with practical use of data distribution service, while OpenDDS implementation is chosen for the practical part. This part initially deals with the design of basic communication scenarios, followed by the design of complex communication scenarios. In the next chapters, within the practical part, the thesis is focused on verifyng security of the data distribution service selected implementation, design of security incidents and their subsequent simulation. Content of the final part of this thesis is the introduction of a tool designed for this thesis, which is used to implement selected types of attacks.
Managing the change in the reporting system of adverse events at Žatec Hospital

IN ENGLISH The aim of my thesis is to introduce the system of monitoring of undesirable events and its relationship with the legislative regulations of the Czech Republic and outline the process of controlled change in the organization. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to the general description of the system of reporting undesirable events at national and international level and is based on research from available literature. The other important part of the theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to the quality system and basic processes of controlled change processes as described by the Czech and foreign authors. The practical part of the thesis is based on a case study from The Žatec Hospital, which represents the initial analysis of the monitoring system of the undesirable events in the organization, planning and description of the processes and individual steps in the process of controlled change with subsequent analysis of the system of adverse event monitoring after aforementioned change. The search and rescue operations create one part of commitments resulting from the membership of the Czech republic in the ICAO International Civil Aviation Organization. This thesis is regarded as a study guide for future professional pilots obliged to get through their examination of ÚCL (Úřad civilního letectví).

Methods for identification and preparation of incident solutions caused by malicious software

This bachelor thesis deals with the description of methods for identification and preparation of incident solutions caused by malicious software, which can be retrieved by its various forms. In the theoretical part, the reader is firstly introduced to the situation before the occurrence of a security incident. Along with this, there are presented currently the most widespread types of malicious software, ways of spreading, its forms and tools for communication with attackers. Then follows initial response to the incident, after that there is described the measurability of security incidents, categorization, classification according to various criteria and determination of safety classes. The practical part, which is dealing with incident solution procedures, analyzes the security incident and explains in details, how to behave in this situation and about what to be aware. For the sake of completeness, the future development of the informatics industry is also mentioned. The aim of this thesis is to create a complex that can be used for example as a supporting material for the incident solutions caused by malicious software, which primarily affects security.

Threat management for CERT/CSIRT teams

The increasing importance of the Internet as an integral part of contemporary society has stressed the need to formalize the process of response to security incidents that accompany it inseparably. Security teams of the CERT/CSIRT type are established at different levels for this purpose. These teams respond to reports from their constituency and cooperate with other teams. This thesis introduces the reader to the issues these teams deal with and analyzes their needs in resolving threats and problems related to DNS and its domains. Part of the work is an overview of the basic existing tools to support the work of CERT/CSIRT teams to solve problems with domains, the design of a tool Malicious Domain Manager and description of its implementation. The results of test run of this tool by CZ.NIC-CSIRT team show its contribution to security of DNS.

This thesis is focused on design methodology of administration and management of issues, using issue-tracking system. The objective is to create such methodology and deploy it to specific organization. During methodology creation, there were used best practices, acquired from source thesis and authors experiences. In theoretical part of thesis are described approaches, witch is this thesis based on. Then thesis describes what issue-tracking system is and lists mostly used issue-tracking systems. In practical part, the methodology itself is created. At first, target group is described. Then, types of issuse and roles used in issue-tracking system are described. Then is described, how to create lifecycle of issue and how to handle with its attributes. Last part is focused on data reporting from issue-tracking system. Last chapter of practical part describes how to implement methodology to issue-tracking system JIRA.
Implementation of ITIL processes company underlining role of Incident Management

Thesis covers IT management with emphasis on incident management and its implementation to company, which desires to apply the best practice of information technology service management. First part of the thesis defines common language of modern management of IT processes -- Information Technology Infrastructure Library in its last 3rd version from 2011 (ITIL v3). Furthermore paper analyzes the function and role of Incident Management within company and its connections to other processes. Second part of the thesis describes practical implementation of the Incident Management and comparison of state before and after ITIL compliant processes.
