ČESKÝ Cílem mé práce je představit systém sledování nežádoucích událostí a jeho provázanost s legislativními předpisy České republiky a nastínit proces řízené změny v organizaci. Obecnému popisu systému hlášení nežádoucích událostí v národním i mezinárodním měřítku, je věnována teoretická část, která vychází z odborné literatury. Další podstatná část teoretického základu je věnována systému jakosti a základním postupům procesů řízené změny, jak jsou popsány českými i zahraničními autory. Praktickou částí je případová studie z Nemocnice Žatec, o.p.s., která představuje prvotní analýzu systému sledování nežádoucích událostí v organizaci, plánování a popis procesů a jednotlivých kroků v procesu řízené změny s následnou analýzou systému sledování nežádoucích událostí po změně. Dále jsou zde představeny výsledky porovnání původního a stávajícího systému sledování nežádoucích událostí v Nemocnici Žatec, o.p.s. Původní systém, jak bylo zjištěno prvotní analýzou, nebyl zcela funkční, data v něm zjištěná jsou porovnána s daty získanými po obměně systému hlášení nežádoucích událostí v této organizaci a na jejich základě byla provedena analýza vyhodnocující původní i současný stav sběru dat o nežádoucích událostech v nemocnici. Závěr práce pak představuje hodnocení přínosů změny pro organizaci i zaměstnance... IN ENGLISH The aim of my thesis is to introduce the system of monitoring of undesirable events and its relationship with the legislative regulations of the Czech Republic and outline the process of controlled change in the organization. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to the general description of the system of reporting undesirable events at national and international level and is based on research from available literature. The other important part of the theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to the quality system and basic processes of controlled change processes as described by the Czech and foreign authors. The practical part of the thesis is based on a case study from The Žatec Hospital, which represents the initial analysis of the monitoring system of the undesirable events in the organization, planning and description of the processes and individual steps in the process of controlled change with subsequent analysis of the system of adverse event monitoring after aforementioned change. Furthermore the results of the original and the current system comparison are being presented.
