Motivation and Remuneration of Employees in Selected Company

The aim of this master thesis is to describe and analyze motivation and remuneration process in the spin-off enterprise of Siemens, based in Mohelnice. The theoretical part includes the definitions of basic terms in this field. The practical part deals with the company mentioned above and the analysis of its motivation and remuneration process. The output of this thesis lies in the findings of examination how the current motivational tools of the company work and how much the employees are satisfied with it. I provide the list of suggestions for improvement of the process with aim to increase the employees’ satisfaction in the conclusion.

Employee Motivation in Company LETIŠTĚ BRNO a.s.

This bachelor‘s thesis aims to deal with the issue of employee motivation in the company AIRPORT BRNO a.s. The work is divided into three parts. The theoretical part will discuss theories of work motivation, explanations of key concepts and describe the issues of the topic. The analytical part will involve the company AIRPORT BRNO a.s., and research that has been contracted through the method of a questionnaire survey. The aim of the survey was to determine which factors of motivation are crucial for employees, and whether these factors are included in the Company's internal motivation strategies. The third part of the work will look at the result of the investigation and summarise findings to suggest recommendations for the streamlining of employee motivation within AIRPORT BRNO a.s.

Increasing of Effectiveness of Personal Management

This diploma thesis describes problematic of increasing of personal management in Ateko a.s. company. The work consists of three main parts. The part of company culture, the part of education, development and sustenance of workers and the part of motivation. This work is getting on from assigned suppositons of problems that pertinent to personal management. Essay includes methods of recognition actual quality of human resources management. Results of questionary research will make a headstone for suggestion of file of disposals, that will lead to raising efficiency of personal work in the company.

This work deals with electronic document management systems (EDMS) from the perspective of selected knowledge areas of project management processes. The aim of this thesis was to create an EDM system based on an appropriately selected EDM model, which would assist in the management of documents that arise during management processes in selected areas of project management (quality, human resources and communication within the project) with the possibility of extending to other knowledge areas.

Human Resources Management Support System in Projects

This thesis suggests implementation of human resources management system to manage project portfolio in small organizations. Main gist is implementation and demonstration of the system, that is able to assign human resources to planned projects. The thesis also provides basic theory of projects and human resources management in projects. Based on this theory the system is analysed, designed and implemented.

Employee Remuneration System in the Selected Company and Proposal of Changes

This Master thesis deals with the system of remuneration of employees in the selected company. The theoretical part of the work describes the basic concepts and knowledge of the issue. In the analytical part of the thesis, an analysis of the current state of the problem and an evaluation of internal and external factors influencing the remuneration system in the selected company were made. Based on the results of the analysis, the company has received suggestions to enhance the remuneration system that should improve the current situation.
