Tato diplomová práce se zabývá personálním managementem malé firmy. První část práce je zaměřena na obecnou problematiku personálního řízení. Následuje analýza současného stavu této firmy. V poslední části obsahuje návrhy v oblasti rozvoje personálního managementu, které by měly napomoci ke zvýšení efektivity společnosti. This Master’s thesis is about personal management in a Small Company. First part of the thesis describes common requirements of personal management. Then it is followed by analysis of the present state of the company. Last part contains suggestions to develop personal management in the company, which should help to increase its effectiveness.
