Práce se zabývá personálním managementem v malé firmě EKON international, s.r.o.: shrnutí teoretických poznatků k dané problematice, analýza podmínek, návrh řešení pro současný stav personalistiky ve firmě. Cílem návrhu je zvýšit efektivitu pracovníků. Text je určen i pro čtenáře mimo danou firmu. This work deals with personal management in a small firm EKON international, s.r.o.: a summary of theoretic pieces of knowledge, an analysis of conditions and a proposal of methods of solution to the personal situation in the firm. The sense of the proposal is to make higher effectiveness of employees. The text is intended for readers out of the firm, too.
