1 ABSTRACT The work deals in general with the acquisition and keeping of the necessary knowledge and skills needed for work in an industrial company with a high degree of automation of production operations. Attention is focused mainly on the issue of the entry level acquired at school and subsequently personnel development in lifelong learning. At the same time, the issue of determining career paths and competence matrices, on which the need for educational measures is based, is also taken into account. Education of members of the Army of the Czech Republic using e-learning

The aim of the presented rigorous work is to describe the use of e-learning in the education of soldiers of the Army of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as AČR soldiers) at a specific military unit and to examine how effective is this method of teaching in relation with the needs of target group. The thesis deals with the issue of e-learning and its application in the conditions of the Army of the Czech Republic, where is used as the one method of education. This work is divided intotheoretical and research part. The theoretical part of the from of literary research. Attention is paid to e-learning, principles of education through e-learning, didactic-pedagogical aspects of education through e-learning, principles of adult education, etc. The research part of the work was divided into three basic parts by the author. There are: a qualitative research, a quantitative research and data interpretation. This thesis explores the content and position of ethics in the digital literacy of secondary school teachers. Ethics plays a very important role in the overall adult literacy in the 21st century. Ethics is an essential part of the everyday life of a secondary school teacher, not only in online teaching conducted through digital technologies with social networking elements, but also in working with the information (data) that they encounter in the course of their job duties and in their daily lives The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on ethics in relation to digital literacy and the digital world. New approaches in penitentiary care - model of the Open Prison Jiřice

The aim of the rigorous work is to identify and characterize the innovative concept of penitentiary care applied in the treatment of convicted men in the building Open Prison in Jiřice. Emphasis is placed on the analysis of elements of innovation at the architectural level (modification of outdoor spaces "Open Prison", specific accommodation for convicts, construction of a breeding zone, cultivation zone, ornamental gardens) and at the socio-psychological level. This is reflected in the professional work and application of specifically focused activities of the treatment program. It is based on a higher degree of professional intervention in terms of the application of the method of "accompaniment" and "case management", an open approach of employees in a mutually constructive, supportive communication with convicts. In the practical part, a qualitative survey will be used, which will aim to compare selected areas of activities of the program of treatment of convicts included in the execution of imprisonment in a ward with a medium level of security and a low level of security. The thesis is focused on the professional education of criminalistic technicians of the Military Police. In the first, theoretical part of the thesis, the author deals with education and training of criminalistic technicians of the Military Police in the context demarcating basic theoretical concepts from the area of further professional education, brief introduction to the structure of the Military Police and clarification of basic concepts from the area of criminalistic and technical activities of the Military Police. The aim of the second, practical part of the thesis, is to analyze the current professional education of criminalistic technicians of the Military Police with a focus on their needs.

1 ABSTRACT The aim of this thesis is to describe the issue of e-learning education of the Army of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as AČR) and to examine how effective this method of teaching is in relation to the needs of the target group. The work is devoted to the issue of education of AČR soldiers and describes several important aspects of the learning process. In this work, the emphasis is put on the interconnection of the educational process and the real-life of AČR soldiers. It takes into account the ethical and moral components of the learning process and focuses on the demand for individualization in the learning process. Furthermore, the work describes the issue of e-learning. Its advantages and shortcomings and focuses on the adequacy of introducing this educational resource in relation to the needs and demands placed on the AČR soldiers. The research part of the thesis aims to explore the effectiveness of e-learning in the educational process of AČR soldiers and tries to reveal possible shortcomings of this type of education. Furthermore, the thesis analyzes whether e-learning, as a means of education, fulfills the attributes of the way of education mentioned above.
Subjective evaluation of training courses in the field of inclusive physical education by primary school educators

Title: Subjective evaluation of training courses in the field of inclusive physical education by Primary school educators Objectives: The main objective of the diploma thesis is to examine the subjective evaluation of inclusive PE training courses by the Primary school educators. Methods: The subjective evaluation of postgraduate education in the field of inclusive PE by the educators of Prague Primary schools was surveyed through empirical research, which was carried out within the Movement for Inclusion Project. An anonymous survey of our own design containing 22 survey questions was used to monitor the opinions and attitudes of Primary school educators. A total of 19 respondents (18 women and 1 man), who met the requirements for inclusion in the target research group, completed the survey via Google Forms. Results: According to the thesis, all participants in the research have perceived an increase in competencies for working with SEN (specific educational needs) pupils. Furthermore, the advantages and disadvantages of full-time and distance forms of additional training were mapped. Adult Education at Basic Art Schools

The thesis focuses on art education of adults, more specifically on art education of adults at basic art schools in Prague and Central Bohemia. The thesis discusses the low frequency of exploiting of this kind of education and its reasons and presents suggestions to broaden education of adults at basic art schools. Theoretical part of the thesis defines leisure education of adults at the beginning and continues with definition of cultural and aesthetic education of adults, while it focuses on art and music education. The final chapter of theoretical part describes basic art schools and their associations. Statistical and other data connected to edult education at basic art schools in Prague and Central Bohemia are analysed in analytical part of the thesis. The research is completed with a questionnaire inquiry and is followed by suggestions for more frequent exploiting of adult education at basic art schools. Analysis of the management system of continuing professional education in health care

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the system of further professional education management monitoring the process of adaptation of employees - nurses from Ukraine in Thomayer Hospital. Thomayer Hospital is directly run by the Ministry of Health and is a state health facility. There is a great deal of emphasis on employee education, so there is a trend to have education centers in hospitals that serve to prepare graduates or other employees for a successful career in their chosen field. It is possible to deepen the knowledge and skills of lifelong learning and now also serves to educate nurses from Ukraine. The lack of nurses is a hot topic today and the change in education has not solved this critical situation. One way to tackle the critical lack of nurses is to find them in countries with similar cultures and languages. One of these countries is Ukraine, which is geographically close. The Ministry of Health was involved in the project of the Ministry of Industry and Trade "Special Procedures for Highly Qualified Employees from Ukraine." Motivation and Barriers to Continuing Education of Secondary School Teachers

The diploma thesis is theoretically empirical and deals with the current topic of motivation and barriers to further education of teachers at secondary schools in the Czech Republic. The author chose this topic, because it considers the topic to be important and included in the list of priority objectives of the Ministry of Education, which has long sought to increase professionalism and improve the working conditions of the teachers. In the first chapter there is a definition of the teaching profession according to professional literature, including the specifics of a secondary school teacher. It also focues on further education in the context of lifelong learning, especially in relation to further education of teachers. The main part of the chapter deals with the motivation of pedagogical staff for further education. The theoretical part ends with a chapter devoted to the career and professional development of teachers.
