Cílem rigorózní práce je identifikovat a charakterizovat inovativní pojetí penitenciární péče aplikované při zacházení s odsouzenými muži v objektu "Otevřené věznice" ve Věznici Jiřice. Důraz je kladen na analýzu prvků inovace v rovině architektonické (úprava venkovních prostor "Otevřené věznice", specifické ubytování pro odsouzené, vybudování chovatelské zóny, pěstitelské zóny, okrasné zahrady) a v rovině sociálně-psychologické. Tato se promítá do odborného práce a aplikace specificky zaměřených aktivit programu zacházení. Vychází z vyšší míry odborné intervence z hlediska aplikace metody "doprovázení" a "case management", otevřeného přístupu zaměstnanců při vzájemné konstruktivní, podporující komunikaci s odsouzenými. V praktické části bude použito kvalitativní šetření, které bude mít za cíl komparovat vybrané oblasti aktivit programu zacházení odsouzených zařazených pro výkon trestu odnětí svobody v oddělení se středním stupněm zabezpečení a v nízkém stupni zabezpečení. Jako výzkumná metoda byly zvoleny případové studie. Záměrem je zjistit, zda aplikované zahraniční trendy penitenciární péče v Otevřené věznici Jiřice korespondují s potřebami odsouzených ve smyslu celkového posilování jejich samostatnosti, zodpovědného jednání a prosociálních vzorců chování. The aim of the rigorous work is to identify and characterize the innovative concept of penitentiary care applied in the treatment of convicted men in the building Open Prison in Jiřice. Emphasis is placed on the analysis of elements of innovation at the architectural level (modification of outdoor spaces "Open Prison", specific accommodation for convicts, construction of a breeding zone, cultivation zone, ornamental gardens) and at the socio-psychological level. This is reflected in the professional work and application of specifically focused activities of the treatment program. It is based on a higher degree of professional intervention in terms of the application of the method of "accompaniment" and "case management", an open approach of employees in a mutually constructive, supportive communication with convicts. In the practical part, a qualitative survey will be used, which will aim to compare selected areas of activities of the program of treatment of convicts included in the execution of imprisonment in a ward with a medium level of security and a low level of security. Case studies were chosen as the research method.
