The rent and leasing

The subject of this bachelor thesis is "The rent and leasing", describing these financial products as they are in the legal order of Czech Republic. First part is dealing with the rent, concept connected with it and legal form, more specifically is studying rent contract and the rights and obligations. This part is focused on the sphere of business and several special cases of rents. The second part is aimed at the problem of leasing, usual terminology, the division of leasing operations and general terms of leasing used in praxis. In the last part is a comparison of pros and cons, which should potential applicant take into account. The thesis has as a goal to provide informations about basic legal order, moreover the differences between the renting and leasing and finally to give insight into the decision making about financing from external capital.

The use of art-therapy in the work with mentally retarded adults in a protected workshop

Anotation: The usage of art therapy techniques in the work with the mentally affected adult individuals in the environment of the sheltered employment. The bachelor thesis is focused on implemetation and usage of art-therapy methods in the work with mentally affected persons in the age of 20 to 30 years in the environment of the sheltered manufacture. The thesis summarises 5-year long work of the author in the sheltered workshop {\clqq}Blue Key`` in Prague. The artifacts of the selected clients were examined and the progress in the creative abilities of the clients, together with the progress in their emotional and social abilities were evaluated during the long term art-therapeutical methodological guidance.

Systémy úrazového pojišt ní zam stnanc nalezneme ve v tšin vysp lých evropských zemí. Fungují zde dlouhou dobu, bez v tších zm n a ot es . Na našem území došlo po roce 1948 k p erušení kontinuálního vývoje v oblasti sociálního pojišt ní a navazovat po tak dlouhé dob na tradice v oblasti úrazového pojišt ní bude jist velmi náro ným úkolem. První krok tímto sm rem byl u in n v roce 2006 v podob vydání zákona o úrazovém pojišt ní. Druhým krokem bude pak p enesení tohoto právního p edpisu do praktického života. Tax, charges and other similar tools for the protection of the environment

78 Resumé Taxes, charges and other concepts utilized as instruments of environmental protection The purpose of my thesis is to analyse economic instruments of environment protection namely emission charges for air pollution. Author analyzes, in theoretical part, instruments of legal order which stimulates environmental behaviour. The dissertation thesis deals with both direct instruments towards stimulation of environmental behaviour and with liberal economic approach towards environment protection. The reason for my research is to describe and document concept of charges. The thesis is composed of five chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of environmental protection. Chapter One defines existence of negative externalities which arise as the consequence of economic and other activities of people. Negative externalities are attributed with such characteristics as to be one of key causes for pollution. Furthemore there are described instruments which influence / stimulate the behaviour of regulated subject / polluter. Instruments are divided into categories of direct regulation, indirect regulation and instruments of liberal-economic approach based on clearly defined ownership rights. Thesis "Management of Municipalities in the Sphere of Heating Industry" is concerned with assessment impact of ownership relationships in operation of heat management in municipality Bystřice nad Pernštejnem and comparison prices of heat energy of municipal or private heat companies. Diploma thesis is divided into two parts. First part is theoretical-methodological and it proceeds from professional literature and it describes municipal enterprise, methods and forms of municipal company management and thesis deals with legislation conditions that adjust energy market of which part is heat industry that can be line of municipal business. Practical part analyses business activities of Bystřice nad Pernštejnem in branch of heat producing and distribution, external and internal environment of municipal company Bystřická tepelná s.r.o. and that compares prices of heat energy of municipal and private heat companies.

Options to expand production on small family farms

This diploma thesis deals with the financial analysis of "Bláhův dvůr". It is a small starting young farm in the Central Bohemian Region. In the first part, I analyzed the financial analysis using financial ratios such as rate of return, liquidity, asset and debt. To determine whether a company is a profitable one, I have made the financial analysis using status indicators which are following: Altman's Z score, indices of credibility, Taffler's z-score and Quick test by Kralicek. At the end of this analysis the Cash flow is provided. The next part of my diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the current market position of the farm using the external economic indicators such as the analysis PEST and Porter´s five forces model. After completing all the above mentioned analyses, all risks and divergences in agricultural commodities were evaluated through price trends. Using all the information, economically recoverable and revenue possibilities for future development were suggested. The main purpose of this thesis is the SWOT analysis, where I have mentioned weaknesses and threats, which will be eliminated and minimalized through business opportunities and business strengths.

The Woman and The Violin - Problems in the Pedagogy of Music

My diploma thesis, "Woman and violin - problems o f musical pedagogy", deals with women's contribution to violin arts as a certain profession area. It specializes in both its educational and purely practical function, represented by playing the violin itself. It is bringing closer the effort o f female violinists throughout the whole violin arts history. This work is divided into several parts. The firts one deals with the development and history o f world's female violinists1 activities before the beginning o f the "recording period" - up to the begining of the twentieth century (Wilma Maria Neruda, Teresa Milanollo, Teresina Tua and others). Furthermore, this work is also focusing on world's female violinists occuring after the beginning of the "recording time - from the beginning of the twentieth century up to the present - mentioning Maud Powel, Marie Hall, Erica Morini, Ginette Neveu, Ida Haendel, Kyung Wha Chung, Anne-Sophie Mutter and others. The second part tells about the Czech female violinists throughout the history up to the present - referring to Kitty Červenková, Marie Hlouňová, Bedřiška Seidlová, Nora Grumlíková, Hana Kotková, Gabriela Demeterová and others.
