Quality of Services and Care Provided in a Children's Home in Ukraiine in Connection with Psychological Development of its Clients
Krejčíková, Eva ; Klimešová, Anna (advisor) ; Mašát, Vladimír (referee)
Childern's home in Vilšany is not an ordinary kind of institutions of social welfare in Ukraine. Its uniqueness makes it need a special care, which is for last six years provided by a group of volunteers from civic association called Bodaj. The circumstance, mean, expanse, spectrum of provided social services for clients have a negative influence to psychological development of inmates in Vilšany. My work is interested in these provided services, it is described in a wider cultural context of the life in Zakarpadská Ukraine. To make it closer to my readers I present basic and global information connected with processing of the childern's home, also with negative influences of provided services, nowadays conditions of this place and tries of changing and global higher quality of clients' lives. The example of the influence of environments can be found in a chapter of a development assessment of the client named Eržika, which was based on analysis of her art creations provided by volunteers of Bodaj civic association. At last I have focused my work on alternatives and different means of work which would make this environment more benign for clients than it is now. I try to suggest some art activities to make it real. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Affix extraction: a case study on Hungarian Romani
Elšík, Viktor ; Starý, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Zima, Petr (referee) ; Halwachs, Dieter W (referee)
The PhD thesis Affix Extraction: A Case Study on Hungarian Romani explores the principles and complexities of the contact-induced mechanism of affix extraction, i.e. of affix borrowing through the mediation of lexical borrowing. The thesis is a case study on affix extraction in Selice Romani, a variety of Romani (Indo-Aryan) that is strongly influenced by Hungarian (Finno-Ugric). After a brief delimitation of the phenomenon of affix extraction and an outline of the contact situation, the thesis describes in some detail several individual instances of extracted Hungarian-origin affixes in Selice Romani. It is claimed that several levels of bilingual morphology and two tiers of potentially constraining factors must be distinguished in order to describe the phenomenon of affix extraction in an adequate manner. The concept of 'gap filling' is tested as a potential predictor of affix extraction. It turns out that the contact situation of Selice Romani vis--vis Hungarian instantiates a stage of borrowing that is characterized by categorially redundant lexical borrowing of morphologically complex forms and affix extraction.

Right to life
DIVIŠOVÁ, Petra
My baccalaureate work deals with the issue of right of life. From the very outset of the existence of mankind the human race has been concerned with the question of right over life and death and in the 21st century the mankind has not yet managed to solve this dilemma in a satisfying way. Right of life poses a basic human right which is the pre-requisition of all other values. The objective of this work has been to find out whether it represents a truly universal right or whether there are exceptional situations in which this right is not always applicable. In my baccalaureate work I have focussed on the issue of right of life as related to an unborn child. I wondered whether an unborn child should be subject to rights and whether the public gives him or her right of the right of life. The theoretical section of my paper deals with the protection of an unborn life from the legal, medical, psychological and religious points of view. The empirical section of my paper consists in my own research in form of a public opinion survey regarding the question whether an unborn child should enjoy the same right of life as a person already born and whether the public would appreciate a more rigid protection of this human right in case of an unborn child. The research results show that an unborn child enjoys only a generally interpreted right of life. The society does not guarantee an unborn child the same right of life as in the case of a person already born. Not even the public has expressed the need of a stronger unborn life protection. According to the current public opinion, the society is not authorised to guarantee the right of life of an unborn child by legislation, it is solely and exclusively the mother who can decide about the protection and life of a conceived child. The public expects the issue of human right of life of a conceived child to be solved more on the preventive than on the repressive level. Prevention is also the priority of the appropriate state social policy. Further research in this field could focus on the issue of the impact of state social policy on the decision-making process in women as related to their unborn children.

Work with Children with Dyslexia and Dysorographics Difficulty
Dundrová, Petra ; Ortová, Marie (advisor) ; Nejedlá, Dana (referee)
The problematic of specific learning disorders become seriousness at these days because inabilities to read and write represent inaccessibility to information and further education. Target of my work has been to choose from various remedial methods, dedicated to children with dyslexia, those which can be used in teaching process by teachers which are not engaged in. Usage of these remedial methods should intensifield care about students under the modernization of learning methods with support of didactic techniques. One of manners to help is to use individual access, premeditated work integration in small group, functional usage of teaching aid and diddactic techniques. By application of programmatic pedagogy elements is possible to respect even natural student pace and gain enough time to learn basic skills. To reach this goal requires considerable effort from teachers and also from children. Teachers have to respect mental and physical differences of children's development. It is only up to teacher to choose the best and most appropriate methods. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

A musical and its realization in music teaching
Kousalová, Irena ; Volavá, Iva (advisor) ; Tichá, Alena (referee)
Firstly, I have tried to represent a musical as a whole, capturing its formality and historical development from both points of view; the international and the domestic ones. Additionally, I have focused on the contemporary Czech musicals. The second part was conceived in the didactic aspects, which were completed with few factual methodical instances. I took into account the psychological aspects of teenagers and the actual results of my sociometrical research. However, it is of course impossible to contain and to use all the varieties of the inspiration. The urgent necessity to clarify the terms of musical to public and especially to teachers was the main task when I was writing this dissertation. Since this music genre has noticed its "boom" very recently, it tries now to build its reputation. Unfortunately, as a consequence of this fact, the methodical materials lack still the necessary information about this genre. The shortage of methodical sources causes then the helplessness and refusal approach of teachers to this topic. Musical lies in the vocal, motoric and dramatic components which are supposed to provide the appropriate means for polyesthetic concept of music education. Moreover, the establishment of new Open educational programme emphasizes particularly music activities and mutual cooperation...

NOBLEMAN AT THE TURN OF BAROQUE AND ENLIGHTENMENT
HÁLOVÁ, Michaela
This work endeavours to introduce two treatises which deal with the topic of ideal nobleman at the turn of Baroque and Enlightenment in Czech lands. Both of them were written in French by scholars who had some relation with Czech lands. The first one is a manuscript called ?Le prince selon Dieu et les hommes prouvé par les propres paroles de l? écriture sainte et appuyé du témoignage des docteurs de l?église et des Meilleurs auteurs profanes?? ( The Prince according to God and the people, proved by the words of Holy Scripture and supported by the testimony of church scholars and of the best secular authors) which was written in 1725 by a teacher of French language named Philibert Joseph le Roux and its content shows the baroque point of view of virtues which are indispensable for every Christian prince. The second one is younger, it is a print called ?Connoissances que doit avoir un jeune seigneur ou l?idée d?un homme d?honneur? (The Knowledge which a young man has to have i.e. the ideal of the honest man) which was created at the end of 18th century. The aim of its analysis is to find out if the ideal of nobleman during 18th century has changed or not. The introduction of this thesis defines the topic and analyzes the state of research. In the next parts, the thinking of Baroque and Enlightenment is indicated as well as the change of position of the nobility during these two periods. The main part introduces a scholarly account of virtues and qualities which are, in a view of each author, necessary for every aristocrat.

How to refort the electoral system for the czech chamber of deputies? Analysis of current electoral system and reform options
Charvát, Jakub ; Bureš, Jan (advisor) ; Just, Petr (referee)
The aim of this study is to analyse a proposal of bill of electoral reform for electoral system to the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, and especially by the Czech government prefered so-called Greek variant, and to show its weaknesses. The main problem of this proposals is, according to the author of this study, the bonus for the winner of electoral competition. By using the analysis of current electoral system the author tries to prove that the more important in the Czech political reality is the proportionality of electoral results than the bonus for winning political party. In the end, author presents his project to reform the current electoral system. These changes are likely to have minimal effect on the electoral behaviour of voters and political parties. This proposal modifies the number of electoral districts from current fourteen to nine (by means of combination of current small electoral districts), it also modifies the process of preferential voting (four preferential votes for each voter and variable threshold for being elected by means of preferential voting between four and five per cent, depending on electoral district magnitude) and aborts additive legal threshold for electoral coalitions. This project may produce more proportional electoral results than the...

The media dialogical networks before the year 1989
Provázková, Karla ; Šebesta, Karel (referee) ; Nekvapil, Jiří (advisor)
Focusing on intertextuality and dialogical properties, the media dialogical networks are one of the methods of media content analysis. This thesis is the first insight into the mass media communication in the communist Czechoslovakia (1948 - 1989) through the media dialogical networks. Newspaper articles (mostly published in Rudé právo) from four years: 1952, 1967, 1972 and 1989 have been chosen for the analysis. The author's supposition is that the different political situation in the years 1952 and 1972 on the one hand, and 1967 and 1989 on the other, influences the shape of the media dialogical networks formed in these years. The analysis shows that the media dialogical networks from the communist period have the same basic properties as the media dialogical networks from the post-communist period (the turns are multiplicated and distributed in time and space). There is one typical characteristic common to the networks from all four analysed years: the networks are represented by a certain amount of newspaper articles, but they are usually constructed by a markedly higher amount of dialogical events. Another relevant finding is that the media dialogical networks in the years analysed have their specific features. The networks from the year 1952 are represented by only two or three articles. Next, they...
