Business trip
Naušová, Klára ; Štefko, Martin (referee) ; Procházková, Eva (advisor)
The purpose of this thesis is to analyse the concept of "business trip". The reason for choosing this topic is the fact that business trip is a conception of public knowledge. My thesis aims at delivering a comprehensive overview of the legal regulations governing the given legal issue. The thesis is composed of eleven chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of the business trip concept and the related concepts. The Introduction studies in particular the development of labour law in our country. Chapter One deals with changes in the employment relationship. It is subdivided into two parts, where the Part One defines the term "employment", and the Part Two deals with the specific kinds of changes in the employment - i.e. changes in the subject of a labour relation, and changes in the contents of a labour relation. Besides business trips, a change in the contents of a labour relation can be also a transfer of the employee to another work or place. Chapter Two describes the history of the legislation related to the business trips. Part One deals with the legislation under the old Labour Code (Act No. 65/1965 Coll.) until the amendment of 2000, where the employer was able to send an employee to a business trip without the employee's consent. Part Two examines the legislation under the Labour Code...

The influence of housing price development on household balance sheet empirical analysis for the Czech Republic
Dvořáková, Sylvie ; Seidler, Jakub (advisor) ; Jakubík, Petr (referee)
This study describes the topic of how housing prices influence households' consumption. We test the wealth effect hypothesis which postulates that change in housing or stock market wealth increases consumption. We provide empirical analysis of Czech aggregate data for 1998-2009 by combining the public databases of the Czech National Bank and Czech Statistical Office. To the best of our knowledge, this analysis on aggregate data is the first of its kind in the Czech Republic. We analyse the effect of change in housing prices on the consumption of both durable and non- durable goods employing the VAR and VEC models on quarterly seasonally adjusted data. We find a positive effect of both wealth components on both types of consumption. In case of non-durable goods consumption we estimate the cointegrating vector and conclude that the elasticity of non- durable goods consumption with respect to housing wealth (0.18) is over three times greater than with respect to stock market wealth (0.05). Keywords Households, housing prices, consumption, housing wealth, stock market wealth, VAR model, VECM

VYHNALOVÁ, Soňa
At this time of continuous development is important for organizations to remain flexible. And what is the most important subject in the organization? People. That´s why is constant education of employees so indispensable. The aim of this work was investigating the level of motivation for lifelong education and human resource management in chosen organization. Chosen organization was Komerční Banka. For this research was created a quiestionnaire. After adding the responses, evaluation was performed. The results were transferred into tables and charts. Results came out realy good for the organization. Most of respondents have a positive attitude to self-education. The main reason for respondents to educate is self-satisfaction. The organization arrange a lot of trainings for employees. The problem is that many employees visit these training courses over and over again. Almost half of respondents visited a course where they learned nothing. Human resource department should take care of what kind of employees to send to what kind of course. Another problem is that leaders are not sufficiently interested what the employees learned on the course. They should show more interest. All in all the organization has capable employees who want to educate themselves. This is very important to survive in a competitive society.

The use of lymph drainage in patients with lymphedema
DĚKANOVÁ, Klára
For my bachelor thesis I chose the theme ?Utilisation of the lymph drainage at patients with lymphedema?. In the Czech Republic the lymph drainage is a relatively new method which is used in medical facilities only since the year 1992. Efforts to introduce this method in the area of the Czech Republic came already before, since the seventies of the 20th century this problems was dealt by MUDr. Miroslav Bechyně CSc. Thanks to him in 1992 the first course of manual lymph drainage was realised in the Czech Republic. In the same year MUDr. Bechyně contributed to the foundation of the League against swelling and he made a motion to the birth of the Czech society of lymphology. The aim of my thesis was to acquaint patients with the possibilities of the use of the lymph drainage in the health care, to find out to which extent it is possible to influence the lymphedema and above all how this method affects the global state of patients. In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis I summarized the findings dealing with this problems. I engaged myself in the history of lymph drainage and in the research of the lymph system in the world and in our country. In my thesis I defined the notion of lymphedema and I sorted it according to its origin into primary and secondary. Next in the thesis I present the diagnosis of lymphedema and the possibilities of his conservative and chirurgical treatment. Among possibilities how to treat the lymphedema I chose in particular manual and instrumental lymph drainage. I present also indications and contraindications of the lymph drainages. In the thesis I dealt as well with the use of lymph taping. This method is more and more popular at patients with the chronical lymphedema. The application of the lymph tape has many advantages, for example it does not limit patients in move. In the last chapter of the theoretical part I dealt with possibilities of the spa treatment at patients with lymphedema. The practical part of my thesis was realised by the qualitative research strategy and the results were treated by the form of case interpretations. The research sample was constituted by four probands who had the diagnosis of lymphedema and whose therapy took place in the rehabilitation department of the health centre Poliklinika Jih MEDIPONT s.r.o. in České Budějovice. The sample was chosen from clients with various kinds of lymphedema who were willing to cooperate on my bachelor thesis. The chosen sample was constituted by one client with primary lymphedema and three clients with secondary lymphedema. Clients with the secondary lymphedema had diagnoses venous insufficiency, postoperative and post-traumatic lymphedema. All probands underwent 10 therapies of the manual and instrumental lymph drainage. At the beginning and at the end of the therapy the lower limb circumferences were measured. With the patient´s consent I have used their health documentation, I have elaborated their detailed anamnesis and I have realised a structured dialogue with all probands. The dialogue contained both closed-ended and open-ended questions in order to chart proband´s health state and the contribution of the implemented therapy. After the end of the therapy the probands had possibility to express their subjective opinions on the undergone treatment. All probands found out lymph drainage as a very pleasant procedure. Three of four probands have noticed improvement of their health state and a visible swelling reduction. At the fourth patient, who was treated with the lymphedema caused by the venous insufficiency the improvement did not take place yet. But this patient says that she did not observe regime measures. The doctor proposed to the patient to continue with the treatment. The results of my bachelor thesis may be used by other physiotherapists for the needs of education or for a further research.

Impact of Pupils' Acquired Knowledge of English on Their Writing in German
MIKULÁŠKOVÁ, Michaela
The main aim of this diploma thesis is to prove the impact of pupil?s acquired knowledge of English on their writing in German. In the theoretical part the historical development of both languages is shown with the emphasis on such historical events that determined this development. It is because of these events that each language developed in a different way. In the next chapter both languages are compared and the most important differences are pointed out. Next chapters are about Anglicisms in German, multilingualism and transfer, on this basis information are transferred from one language to another. The topic of last chapter in this part is ?error?. The practical part supports the theoretical knowledge gained by languages-comparing in a practical situation. On the basis of the corrections of upper primary school level German essays with the emphasis on the errors caused by the interference for English the practical part presents not only interesting results gained from many points of view, it also proves the impact of pupil?s acquired knowledge of English on their writing in German. Subsequently, the particular language areas are presented in which this type of errors was the most common. The authentically chosen errors are also commented on. The last part of the work includes various kinds of didactic material that can be used by such teachers of the German language who want to prevent this type of mistakes in their lessons.
