This master’s thesis focuses on practical use of project management methods for a project proposal of new website for a selected town section. Initially, the thesis specifies theoretical knowledge needed to understand the problematics, after which continues by analysing the corporate environment. Based on the outcomes, the project proposal solution is created for the main purpose of improving the offered services to citizens and elevating the municipal reputation.

The topic of my dissertation work is The Competition Analysis of company Stroje a Mechanismy, a.s. As the main goal, that I staked, is to gather as many relevant information as possible about the issue, closely analyze the company and compare it with their main competitors. I´ll try to suggest several tips how to improve the situation and how to increase competitiveness based on my competition analysis. I choose this topic, because I think that the one of the most important thing for modern company is to actively checking competitors, assimilate them, and always be a one step ahead, and as a delivery company could be an attractive partner for its customers.

The Bachelor‘s Thesis is working out a business plan for sandwich bar. The thesis is divided into three main parts – the theoretical, analytical and proposal section. The first part defines the basic concepts that are directly related with the business. The second part is based on business environment analysis and questionnaire survey. The last part of proposal contains the business plan and completes the preparation of the business plan and prognoses for the implementation of the whole project.

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to design a marketing strategy for an advertising agency / design studio. The theoretical part contains a comprehensive overview of the marketing issues, marketing mix and marketing strategies. There is also included a creation of the analysis of external and internal company environment, project management and STP process. The current situation is discussed in the analytical part of the diploma thesis. The appropriate recommendation are defined according to realization of the marketing research through questionnaires and afterwards suitable marketing strategy is created for two years.
