I think this subtitle, where each word begins with the letter of the name Alice (in czech), expresses the function of application quite clearly :) Try it with it too. If you choose to use Alice, everything what you need to know, you will discover during the process itself. Alice is actually a nice assistant who will help to you with everything. Simple advices will lead you to through the process. It guides you through five steps - just enter a few details, upload the text as it is (like Word) and at the end of prosecc you can download the publication formatted and ready to print. Application automatically did everything for you. You do not need any graphic designer or paid any graphic software. It takes you about 30 minutes. Application is running on the web, so it is not necessary any installation.
Collage Is Alive and Kicking!

The output of my studio thesis – redesign of a book called Zůstaňte s námi by Marek Šindelka, follows to the theoretical section titled Collage in contemporary Czech illustration and brings up the know-how of said issue. This fictional redesigned story book by contemporary Czech author deals with the current possibilities of the collage technique, its practical application in the field of graphic design and strives for its reconnection with modern Czech books.

On the basis of a performed research, the master's thesis offers suitable measures, which should lead to more efficient sales of Třebíč daily newspaper. The theoretical knowledge is applied to a real situation of the chosen company. The practical part then analyses the results of the performed marketing research and presents arising proposals.

This thesis is focused on process of setting up and creating blog and introducing blogging as a phenomenon of contemporary internet world and its explanation. Theoretic part is introduced by history and trends in blogging in the Czech Republic and in the world. And also provides mainly specific processes when setting up and creating blog. The aim of practical part is to use and compare these theoretical steps with real blogging project.
E-book developing and publishing

Current boom of e-reader and tablet markets brings wide range of innovations also to the e-books world. High performance devices, due to their degree of interactivity are now fully capable to work with more demanding applications including e-books,. This thesis is focused on e-books and their interactive elements including the process of analysis, implementation and final deployment. Based on practical experience with the development of a book for Unicorn College, author describes the whole process based on real life experience. An analysis and design of a methodology for managing e-book development is based on this experience. Thesis also includes an example of a business plan for a company producing e-books.

This thesis Interactive content of eBooks presents complex view on preparations and development of interactive and enhanced electronic book from technical, legislative, content and economic perspective. It describes types of interactivity modules, available interactive eBook formats, reading devices and software. It also compares USA market to the Czech market of interactive eBooks. This thesis processes results of questionnaire survey in the area of Czech readers awareness of interactive eBooks. In practical part of the thesis process of interactive book creation in Czech environment is engineered.
Accounting for securities

My work focuses on legal and accounting definition of securities distributed according to the type, form and other factors.It will focus in particular on simplification of stocks and bonds, their measurement and reporting. Work also includes a simlified example, which compares the methods of valuation of securities in accordance with IFRS applicable to their different impacts on basic finacial indicators. At the conclusion I tried to briefly compare the international financial system IAS/IFRS and US GAAP, and I added some informations from the securities trading and publishing.
Activities of the Ethnographic Committee of the Czech Academy of Arts and Sciences under Nazi occupation and its contribution towards the development of the field

The Ethnographic Committee operated in 1941–1946 to make use of a special state subsidy for Czech vernacular culture threatened by Nazi Germany. It worked with and financed top Czech scientific and museum institutions. It supported collection work by individuals and creation of some ethnographic works. It organised surveys of vernacular architecture in the Protectorate. It acquired some 10,000 images which form the basis of the photo archive of the present-day Ethnographic Institute in Prague
New Media in Communication within Communities

Opening part of this paper is dedicated to the ongoing shift in social communication paradigm. An introduction to the subject of new media, web 2.0 concepts and social network sites phenomenon is followed by a discussion of integration possibilities of particular web 2.0 services. Some concerns about privacy, security, legislative framework and general openness of such system are discussed afterwards. A real case study of community virtualization process is introduced in the second part of this thesis. The case takes place in community of local non-profit club of youth and children. First, it is carried out an analysis of the communication receiver groups and the message types. We also describe the ongoing project of launching a new web site (made from several integrated web 2.0 services) and partial results of pilot implementation. Finally, the plan of the next integration steps is designed.
