Selection and implementation of a CRM system

This work deals with the selection and implementation of a CRM system for a real company, which is ALVILA SYSTEMS, s. r. o. The work is based on my participation in the process of choosing and implementing a CRM system and it aims to analyse the initial state of ALVILA SYSTEMS, s. r. o., to illustrate the selection of a CRM system using the multi-criteria selection process and the implementation of the CRM system. The contribution of this work is to show one of possible procedures, how CRM system can be chosen and then to describe the process of implementing SugarCRM in company ALVILA SYSTEMS, s. r. o. In the first part I shortly describe the state of the company ALVILA SYSTEMS, s. r. o., there is a description of the processes before the implementation of a CRM system and drawing up requirements for the selection of a CRM system. In the second part I analyse the market with Open Source CRM systems. After analysing the market and describing some CRM systems, one is to be chosen using the multi-criteria selection. The third part describes the implementation of SugarCRM.

This study is based on real experience with repeated process of implementation of different ERP systems. The target of this study is to describe individual problems, which can be found in process of selection and implementation ERP. Practical part is concerned on problems of real company based on two existing projects. Identify real problems which may cause losses. Value of this study is in summary of important mistakes, which can be helpful for other implementation projects.

The target of the master thesis is to examine and judge a process of recruiting, selection and hiring employees in the ČSOB. There are theoretical knowledge and recommendations about the process summarized in the theoretical part of the thesis. The theoretical part is written on the basis of books and internet resources. The thesis follows on with a practical part. There is examined and judged the process of recruiting, selection and hiring employees in the ČSOB in the practical part of the thesis. The segment RET/SME (segment with Retail / Small and Medium Enterprises clients) is accented. The segment is characterized by huge amount of employees and huge amout of new employees needed. The practical part is written on the basis of the ČSOB documents, internet resources, interviewing ČSOB employees and participation in Assessment Centrum and Selection Interview with candidates. There are also recommendations how to improve the process of recruiting, selection and hiring employees in the ČSOB in the thesis.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is a comparison of theoretical finding and recommendation with solving in concrete enterprise Brisk Tabor a.s. The findings from the professional publications are summarized in the theoretical part. The system of selection and evaluation of suppliers in the plant is analysed in the practical part. Several recommendations and proposals result from theoretical knowledge and from a practical experience. There are a new form for selection of suppliers and modified form for regular evaluation of suppliers.

This thesis discusses possibilities of using psychometric on-line systems in recruitment and selection process. The first part of thesis describes the process of recruitment and selection of employees and it attends to the characteristic of psychometric testing as one of methods of selection of employees. This part of work mentions the expanding trend of using on-line psychodiagnostics in recruitment and selection of employees. The second part of thesis focuses on possibilities of using the concrete psychometric on-line system in recruitment and selection process and it characterises work with this on-line system from user's view. It follows the description of recruitment and selection process with using of this on-line system for a specific position in situation of concrete company. The conclusion of thesis contains analysis of this process and it suggests some recommendations for doing recruitment and selection more effective.
