Tato práce se věnuje problematice výběru a implementace ERP systémů v segmentu menších nebo středních firem. Práce vznikla na základě reálných zkušeností s opakovaným výběrem a implementacemi různých ERP a klade si za cíl popsat a sumarizovat jednotlivé problémy a rizika, které se v praktickém fungování podobných projektů objevují. Práce se v první částí zabývá ERP systémy, a to zejména se zaměřením na teorii výběru a následné implementace. Druhá, praktická část pak popisuje problémy reálné firmy na základě zkušeností ze dvou projektů týkajících se implementace informačních systémů. Definuje jednotlivá rizika výběru a implementace podnikových informačních systémů. Přínosem práce je shrnutí skutečných problémů, které se práce snaží identifikovat a které by měly sloužit jako pomůcka po další projekty týkající se dané problematiky. Difficulties in selection and implementation of information systems with the intention of ERP systems for small and middle-size companies. This study is based on real experience with repeated process of implementation of different ERP systems. The target of this study is to describe individual problems, which can be found in process of selection and implementation ERP. Practical part is concerned on problems of real company based on two existing projects. Identify real problems which may cause losses. Value of this study is in summary of important mistakes, which can be helpful for other implementation projects.
