Tato práce se věnuje výběru a implementaci CRM systému pro reálnou společnost ALVILA SYSTEMS, s.r.o. Práce vznikla na základě účasti na celém procesu při výběru a implementaci CRM systému a klade si za cíl analyzovat výchozí stav společnosti ALVILA SYSTEMS, s.r.o., znázornit postup při výběru CRM systému použitím metody vícekriteriálního výběru a postup implementace CRM systému. Přínosem práce je ukázání postupu, kterým lze provést výběr CRM systému, a dále pak ukázat postup při implementaci SugarCRM ve společnosti ALVILA SYSTEMS, s.r.o. Práce se v první části zabývá popisem společnosti ALVILA SYSTEMS, s.r.o., popisem procesů před zavedením CRM systému a sestavením požadavků pro výběr CRM systému. V druhé části se provádí analýza trhu s Open Source CRM systémy. Po analýze trhu a popsání několika CRM systémů byly vybrány ty, mezi kterými se nadále rozhodovalo na základě vícekriteriálního výběru. V třetí části je popsán postup při implementaci SugarCRM. This work deals with the selection and implementation of a CRM system for a real company, which is ALVILA SYSTEMS, s. r. o. The work is based on my participation in the process of choosing and implementing a CRM system and it aims to analyse the initial state of ALVILA SYSTEMS, s. r. o., to illustrate the selection of a CRM system using the multi-criteria selection process and the implementation of the CRM system. The contribution of this work is to show one of possible procedures, how CRM system can be chosen and then to describe the process of implementing SugarCRM in company ALVILA SYSTEMS, s. r. o. In the first part I shortly describe the state of the company ALVILA SYSTEMS, s. r. o., there is a description of the processes before the implementation of a CRM system and drawing up requirements for the selection of a CRM system. In the second part I analyse the market with Open Source CRM systems. After analysing the market and describing some CRM systems, one is to be chosen using the multi-criteria selection. The third part describes the implementation of SugarCRM.
