Application of the software support help desk into the process Facility management

The work deals with a importance of the tool HelpDesk for Facility management environment, which covers a aggregate of services in the area of real estate management. The work analyses the effects on operation (event. requirements on manpower, acceleration of requirements servicing, improvement of services) after the system application with respect to requirements of the middle and top management (e.g. not increase of the human resources, an opportunity to course monitoring of problem solving, providing of data sources for negotiation with suppliers). A part of solving is a proposal of architecture for the whole system with the accent on an integration with typical applications in the Facility management environment (Asset Management Systems) a an offer of own services (SOA - Service-oriented architecture). The goal of work will the selection of the optimal platform for solving (web application, form application) and proposal of basic data structures.
The Study of Order Processing by Firm

This bachelor's thesis deals with mapping an order processing in the firm Iveco Czech Republic, a.s. according to basic operations. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is on the basis of analysis to locate venture situations and consequently to propose an optimal solution to correct them in letter of a change of process in the part of order processing by firm which is time intensive.

In this thesis are specified requirements at the suppliers of plastic parts. The costumer is Robert Bosch České Budějovice (RBCB). By standardization we understand selection and description of customer’s requirements at supplier.

The subject of this master´s thesis is the analysis of the current state of purchasing management in Iveco Czech Republic, a.s. and identification of areas in purchasing processes of this company, where the increase of purchasing performance is possible. The aim of this thesis is improving of current state of purchasing management and also efficiency and economy increase. The proposals of improving of current state of purchasing management are focused in electronic purchase negotiation with suppliers and suitable way of reducing number of suppliers.
Administration of development documetation over WWW II

Document server is a web application controllable by way of web browser. It is meant to serve for the management of development documentation. The application is divided to the four basic parts: Requirements, Products, Tests and Test Run. The section Requirements serves for inserting requirements for products. Product is produced on the basis of these needs and registered in part Products. Test setting is created in the part Tests according to requirements from the part Requirements. Particular products are then tested. The part Test Run registers records of these tests. These are parts of the application: management of users, connecting supplements to records, printing and exportation of data to different formats, saving history of records, filtration and sorting of entries, etc. All the data is saved in the database MySQL. The application is written in scripting language PHP. Data is presented by template system Smarty. The output is in language XHTML. Cascading style CSS is used to formatting. This work describes development of the application. First it is dealing with the proposal of the database, connection and structure of particular tables. The function of the programme is explained in detail at the same time, which is essential for the correct proposal of the database. The application is based on the database. The selected structure of files and relations of scripts to library functions are shown. The template system and the interface for access of the programme to the database are explained. The most attention is paid to the description of solving important functions of the application, i.e. listing of records, their pagination, filtration, sorting and operation with them: saving, browsing, copying, confirmation and work with history, category and problems by upkeep of consistent tree and export of data to various formats. It is always outlined the problem, the idea of solving and the description of appropriate scripts. Samples of source code are also included for better understanding of complicated algorithms.
Development of an application of system Helpdesk

Bachelor thesis deals with development of the Internet application Helpdesk for customer support. The aim of this thesis is to develop the application with system of automatic answers, which based on customer requirements, selects the best answers. The user of the application will be able to set multiple answers, from which the system will collect. If it happens that selected answer is not accurate, the user will be able to edit it and Helpdesk will improve selection of future answers based on machine learning. Customer requirements will be imported to the helpdesk via social network Facebook. The theoretical part focuses on analyse of selected existing helpdesk solutions where their properties are compared. Practical part consists of own solution of helpdesk system including used technologies. In the conclusion, we evaluate the goals of the thesis and benefits the system brings.
Implementation of JIRA in a selected company

This diploma thesis deals with implementation of JIRA in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to propose solution design for implementation of JIRA in order to support the processes of the company and also eliminate the problems occuring at present. The thesis is divided into three parts. The introduction of section provides a theoretical basis for the thesis, which consists of a description of the essential characteristics ADLM tools, analysis of the current competitors of the company Atlassian, which develops JIRA, and also description of the functionality of JIRA and plugins integrable with JIRA. The beginning of the second part consists of basic information about selected company, the defined processes and problems which new solution should eliminate. The core of practical part includes solution design for implementation of JIRA within the defined processes. The last part deals with the evaluation of implementation, proposal of possible improvements and generalization of experience gained in the implementation.
Analysis and design of a system for the support of distant management staff

The main objective of this thesis is to make an analysis and to design of a system for the support of distant management staff. An emphasis is placed upon the system design for effective utilization in practice and openness for further development. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter is about describing the issues of process and project management in terms of the focus of this thesis. The output of this chapter is a list of the general requirements of the system for the support of distant management staff. In the second chapter is an analysis of the market with systems that best meet the defined general requirements. The third chapter is about describing the methods which are used in the practical part of this thesis. The practical part is mainly about realizing the main objective of this thesis. The practical part is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter contains a catalog of requirements for the system for support remote management staff. The second chapter is describing the design of the requirements defined in the first chapter of practical part. The last chapter of this thesis contains a comparison of the designed system and other systems of a similar type.
Requirements analysis and design of registration IS - case study

The main goal of this thesis is to create a catalog of requirements for registration information system for a large security company. The thesis is compile as a guide for the selection of possible solutions to the problem arising from the absence of information registration system and the transition to record data in electronic form also known as a paperless concept. The secondary objective is to introduce best practices for requirements management. The theoretical part consists of six main chapters. First introduces the basic concepts. As I consider the most important part of the next chapter dealing with the demands, with an emphasis on the importance of requirements. At the same time in this chapter will try to fulfill the secondary goal. Easily describe the role of project manager and an analysis based on the findings of the current situation of enterprises in the Czech Republic regarding IT. The final part of the theoretical part is based on the performance of the most basic methods of data collection requirements. The practical part is based on information from the theoretical part, knowledge of the educated subjects and experience of working as security guard. It is carefully selected and suitable method for gathering requirements, and this choice is explained in detail. After analyzing the requirements is made requirements catalog, which is the output of the whole work. Constructing a catalog of requirements is thus completed the first phase of project planning, and to collect and analyze requirements. Output of the thesis can be used for the second phase and system development.
